My Mini Cooper developed a shaking issue about a year after I bought it and Id taken it to a couple of different places to get checked but no one could tell me what was wrong. I brought my car here for oil change back in June and they were able to diagnose the issue in minutes and it was fixed the next day! Ive since moved out of the area but I still come here to get my oil changed because of the excellent service.

Apollo was incredible! I came in right before 8 because my car battery was completely dead. The second he showed up he instantly replaced my battery and I was gone within 15 minutes. He was incredibly professional as well as helpful. He explained the warranty for my battery and then gave me all the details of the service and how it would effect my car ( resetting my clock and radio stations). He gave me a fair and accurate price and I am so grateful!!!

I had aired down my truck’s tires during my last off-road trip and needed to air them back up to 65psi for towing a trailer. I discovered that most self-serve compressors can’t deliver the volume of air to achieve more than 40psi on a larger truck tire. I stopped in to see if these guys could get me some air and get me on my way, they were happy to oblige and 5 minutes later I was on my way with all four 35’s aired up to a robust 65psi to handle the trailer weight. They didn’t even charge me anything. Super friendly A+.

Best oil change company BY FAR! These guys know my name, wave at me when I drive by and always treat me fairly. I have recommended them to 6 people and will continue to recommend them. They are the best.

We stopped here for a quick oil change. I gave explicit instructions that I only wanted an oil change. It didnt take long for them to try and up sell. The manager brought in my air and cabin filters saying they were badly needing replaced. I told him I could do it myself. He told me he would sell them at cost of $18-20. I told him to go ahead. When we got the bill he charged us $27 and 21. When I asked him about it he said that was only a range. I will never go here again. Please dont try to placate me with a reply because this was very dishonest.When I frequent a business its because theyve earned my trust, once lost you can never earn it back.

I have taken my car to this location for emissions for years. It has gone thru several owners but several of the guys who work there have stayed. I like the place. I have read some of the comments and I can see where they are coming from yet for me it has been positive.

Only place I go for oil changes and emissions. Quality work fast service and very friendly.

These guys took advantage of my mom and charged her TWICE for an emissions test. The first test failed so they told her she had 30 days to get it retested for free. She went back 16 days later and they charged her again. I went back in to get them to refund the second charge, but they refused to refund the duplicate charge. I will definitely report this to the BBB and make sure people know this place is shady.

Dont ever come here! These guys are crooks and they will take your money for fake services. They dont know how to provide any type of resolution and they dont care either.

I am always on guard with mechanics trying to prey on women they assume are clueless, especially since I know more than they think about my vehicle. But, these guys really took care of things for me. I appreciated & was impressed with their honesty & customer service. The owner, Blaine, was awesome & truly stood behind his service. I’ll be back for sure.

Ive been using these guys, or their predecessors at the same location for all of my 35 years in American Fork. They are quick, professional, and dont push the upsell stuff like most such shops. Any kind of oil change they always check all fluid levels, all filters, tires, etc. I also really like that you can take car of your registration renewal her at no extra charge from the big line wait at the DMV.

They flat out lied about retaking my emissions test. They ended up charging me twice for the SAME test after they said it would be free if I brought it back in within the same month. I went back in to get a refund and tech denied me because it was already charged. Im going to report these people to the BBB for lying and charging for the same service twice.

Greedy owners that will charge you twice for doing an emissions test after they tell you its free the second time. I will never come back here and make sure people know how terrible they are.

My husband took my car here for an oil change. Fast forward a few weeks and I find that my car is leaking oil, which it has never done before. We take it back the same day I found the oil, and they say it’s the oil cap and charge us 80 bucks to replace it. But it continues to drip oil. So we take it to another shop for them to fix. The second shop informs us that the oil filter and cap were both loose, so they tightened them and so far so good. The second shop also told me that the cap that was put on was not a good one, so I’m glad we spent 80 bucks on garbage. When we called to talk to a manager about all of this we were challenged on everything we had to say. So needless to say this company has lost my family as customers.

As a female, I feel I am always taken advantage of when it comes to taking my car in for things and this was the case this time. I was asked what type of oil I would like and I wasnt sure of the name of what I had previously put in my car so I told them the oil type was on the sticker that was in my windshield. They got the sticker and he then told me what I had previously put in was a high mileage oil (more expensive than the GTX oil) and I said I didnt know the details but that I just wanted whatever oil was in there before. Well they put the high mileage oil in and when I looked at the sticker the oil type definitely was not what I had from my previous oil change. My previous sticker had some form of the GTX oil and the oil I was given this time was a MAG1. I was shocked at the price difference from oil changes I have had in the past. They were fast which is why I gave two stars instead of 1 but I felt taken advantage of and will not be returning to this business.

These Castrol guys are fast and cheaper than any oil change around! Dont monkey around. Dont get yourself into a jiffy. Castrol is the way to go.

If I could give them a 0 star I would. They quoted the same price for full-synthetic and traditional oil then proceeded to give me a quote for the first 5 qts.... and after I told them my vehicle to get a better idea of the price, which is a desiel f350, they basically told me they have no way of knowing how much oil it would need and continued to press that it would 69.95 for the first 5 qts.... well an additional $150 later for the 13 total qts and I’m pretty annoyed. Also- synthetic ended up being more expensive even though it was quoted at being the same price for 5 qts. Needless to say, I won’t go back and these guys don’t care enough about their work to do a good job. On top of all that I also had my emissions done... they didn’t give me the paper. I had to come back inside and ask for it. Completely disappointed and dissatisfied.

Ive been going to Grease n go for years for oil changes and registration on my vehicles. They always do a great job.

I got my oil changed on 2/8/20. I specifically went to this place because of its good reviews and was sick of going to jiffy lube. Ever since I got my oil changed by fluid tech Domonick and lube tech Brandon my Jetta has been leaking oil consistently all over my drive way. After paying $106 for my synthetic oil change I expected 0 leakage (which has never happened before).

Equipment was not functioning . there “certified technician” told me my car didn’t pass or fail . they asked me to drive the car to springville hoping it would “pass” . after doing this multiple times the “certified Tech “ asked for an additional $35 . a waist of time and money . business wasn’t nice or informing. they claimed I had issues with my Catalytic converter . i went to auto zone to find out they were lying . I would rate this dishonest shop 0 stars if I could . don’t waist your time here , they just want your money.

My car hasnt been serviced for a while and needed some major basic stuff that I had been putting off because I was afraid to take it anywhere. A few months ago I came to Grease N Go because Jiffy Lube was too busy. It was the best moment of fate for me and my car. I receive better customer service, better pricing, and am in and out in ~15 minutes (compared to the hour+ at Jiffy Lube). Everyone should really consider making Grease N Go their first choice!

In my experience Jesse is honest, kind, and good to work with. The office was nice and cool on a hot day, and the bathroom was clean. Im glad I went and Im sure I will be back!

This auto shop is the best! Fast quick and they dont charge you a arm and a leg. They were super nice and fixed my car and fixed a couple of other things they saw wrong with it and didnt even charge me for it. This is the best shop around and its the only place I will go back to.

Been going here for 3 years with no issues. Took my wifes car in for an oil change and oil started dripping 2 weeks after visit. I took the car back in and they said it wasnt anything they did but it was the cap. Paid $70 for new part, but the oil kept dripping. Just took the car to a real mechanic who said the oil filter wasnt put on right and that was the issue. I cant go back if they wont be honest about their mistakes. They just lost a loyal customer.UPDATE: I spoke to a manager who argued with me about what the mechanic said, acting like the mechanic who actually fixed the oil leak was wrong.Ive had other quick lube places make small mistake which led to oil dripping and other places have taken responsibility and fixed it. Not this place I guess.

These guys are badass. Got my safety and emissions testing done here and they were fast but more importantly fair. They didnt try to screw me over by throwing in a bunch of extra stuff like some places Ive gone. They even took the tint off of my windows for free. I would go here again and recommend them to anyone I know.

This place has been impressing me for years. I had a few friends that worked here so I started coming here. Now most of them are gone to other places but the service still impresses. I havent had any issues and I enjoy how close it is to my home.

Went in for an emissions test because they had no lines and the bays were empty. Turns out the equipment needed to do my test was broken. No wonder no one was there. If they dont keep their own equipment functional I dont want them working with mine.Went to Jiffy Lube instead. Long lines, bays full, but their equipment works! Yay! Not only that, jiffy lube price was better.

I love going to this place, they are honest about any repairs that have to be done. They so great work and they a fair on their pricing. They have a friendly knowledgeable staff. I will certainly be coming back.

Flat out lied. Got my safety/emissions done and, I believe the manager, asked if I wanted on-the-spot. I asked how much they charge for that and he said $10 so I said I would do it at home. He said it costs the same if I do it at home and I asked when the state started doing that and he said its always been like that. $2 credit card fee and $8 to mail the sticker to you. I turned him down anyway and came home to do the renewal online for ZERO additional fees. Makes me angry when they try and power sell you and lie about it.

They seem real shady, I went for Safety and emissions and they found many things wrong that they conveniently repair, I took my vehicle somewhere else and was told most of the items were fine. While I was there they were just adding more stuff to other customers that were getting oil changes done. I would go elsewhere.

Went in for an oil change. I asked them to not roll down my window because it was off track. They rolled down my window breaking my regulator and refused to pay anything or do anything about it. Buck tooth manager really tried to be a major d bag about it even though it was their fault completely. Terrible service. Would not go here again.

I saw an add for a car they were selling on KSL, I had to drive an hour to get there so I texted before I went to make sure their were no problems. I drove it for 5 minutes and every time I shifted into third gear the transmission made an awful sound. I felt they were being dishonest with me.

I went to Walmart at AF to get my oil change, on my way home I notice lots of smoke and a bad smell coming from my SUV, I pulled over on Grease N Go thankfully they were honest and explained what was the problem. I will recommend to come to this location and get a quality service.

Went in for routine car inspection and drove out of the parking lot with my power steering broken. Turned around, went back in and reported it. They confirmed the power steering was out and said, We didnt touch it. I went to Auto Zone next door where two mechanics looked at the car and showed me how Grease n Go over-filled the power steering fluid which was causing a major leak and now lots of air bubbles flowing through the tubing. It burst the O ring and killed the power steering.
