They are helpful and courteous. They follow good covid protocols.

Honestly. I think customer service in America is dead. And, this location is an example of that. I agree that the owners needs more training. The staff presents competent enough. I will continue to use this location only because of its convenient location.

This time shame on you and next time would be shame on me if I go come back here to over pay for services. I have always come to this local UPS store and have been for many years since it opened. My most recent visit was very disappointing and felt taken advantage of. I felt deceived! I had called earlier in the day to get a quote, I needed to mail something with a date on it and over the phone the owner said “a couple of dollars” when I got there there was a huge line and after a few long minutes of waiting I got to the owner he took my envelope and when he finished imputing the information in the computer and he took my envelope to put inside another envelope I gave him $3 expecting to get some change back since the owner himself quoted me a couple of dollars over the phone. He looked at me and said it’s $16.99 I said you said it was a couple of dollars, that is what you quoted me over the phone. for what, for simply putting a date on what I wanted to be delivered? He said “$16.99 is a couple of dollars” and made a comment of how he felt that I could afford it. I got very upset with him and told him that this was the last time he would take advantage of me and that I will never come here again. I really do not like giving negative reviews like this but it is ridiculous how this place seems to conduct their business. I try to give the local businesses my business but this place will no longer get mine.

I use this store all the time and have my mailbox there. They have the most professional, hardworking, and friendly staff that Ive ever encountered. Theyve been very good about helping me with my very busy e-commerce business and are always very attentive. I would highly recommend them to other retail consumers and business customers alike.

I had to return a defective exercise bike to amazon, I brought it to this location and UPS redelivered the bulky and defective item to my house a few days later. I now have to try to return this heavy item AGAIN. Not to mention the lines at this place normally. You are better off using a competitor.

I know the owners and the staff and find them great people and a great business relationship.

I went to ship my documents on January 2, 2020 and I paid the most expensive fee just to make sure it will be delivered on January 6, 2020 for my Moms interview. My mom didnt receive the documents so we started tracking it until someone from the customer service told me to call the ups shop because they were contacted regarding the address issue but no one contacted me from their store. I called their store and the associate told me that they would call me back. When she called me back she told me to give her the address again, so I did. She promised that it should be delivered to the correct address this time. The tracking continued not to be updated until I decided that I will just request for a refund because it has already been a month and my parents interviews are done. I called today the lady owner told me that I should be the one paying more for the return and hang up on me. She is so rude! What kind of customer service is that?! They totally robbed me money and my documents.

Shy was great help. They are always friendly and prompt. They have many services any small business owners find useful. Ive never lost a package because someone forgot to write my box number. And they always try to remember your name. Great job.

Awesome service! I had several heavy boxes to drop off (by myself) and they let me prop the door open and even offered me a dolly! Other locations I have used look at me like I’m being annoying so this was really refreshing!!

I have only had good experiences here. Customer service is fast and friendly. Grace and Jyoti always greet me with a smile. I am happy they are so our office.

SORRY!! BUT I did not choose the lesser price because I had been sending my documents at the Springs Rd USPS store and never had an issue!! DO NOT LIE ON ME ...I NEVER USED RACIAL SLURS TO YOU!! Lets not start lying on here since people are reading. You know exactly what happened and theres not enough space to type ALL THE DETAILS. I came in there to ask for refund you said NO and you would file a claim and would get back to me. Til this day I have NOT HEARD ANYTHING. I EVEN CALLED AND LEFT A MESSAGE WITH THE HUSBAND and still NO CALL to resolve it. How dare you say we can be civil about this. Ive been civil.

The owners do BAD BUSINESS. The husband doesnt understda the difference between USPS and UPS. The dont keep their word. They stole my 120.00 from me and wont return my calls. Ive given them the benefit of the doubt but its been over a month in a half and now I will pay them a visit regarding my issue. I would NEVER conduct any of my IMPORTANT business with this store. Both husband and wife which are the owners are poor business people.

I just went to this establishment and was charged .94 for a SINGLE STAMP. Pretty sure the cost of one stamp is .49. How I got charged almost double is anyones guess. Will not be returning here. Better off just going to the post office.

Normally I have an okay experience going there but today was terrible. I came to print out my project (I set up and paid for it online) but when I went to the store, they didnt know how to print it or even the password to the account. A worker thought I wanted to print out the email confirmation or even the website page instead of my actual project I already paid for.It took almost an hour to get 6 pages to get printed out. The worker printed my project wrong, made me pay for it, and said it was because I uploaded the file wrong (which made no sense). Then my actual project was printed out, but, it wasnt exactly what I paid for online. Instead of a catalogue, I got printed paper binded by staples that the worker made me do myself. I can tell the worker got frustrated with me and I shouldve asked for a refund. The amount of money that I paid for and the preview I got for it online was not what I received (also paying for the extra copy from their mess up was unnecessary). I know I wont be coming back until theres better customer service.

Very bad service and super expensive They charged me $3.54 for 1 paper printout dont go guys this store Vallejo store is close to this store and cheap you can print out 1 paper for $.90

I love these guys, they go above and beyond helping me ship my CDs to people. Even when I choose the cheapest option, they are still nice. :)

Zero customer service skills.

Wow very rude customer service here. I pulled into the stall directly in front of the building and when the lady working inside seen this she rushed to the door to lock it. Now note the posted closing time for this establishment is 7:00 and it was 6:42 when I pulled up. If they want to walk out the door at 7:00 maybe they should adjust their store hours to 6:30 or something. Needless to say I will NOT be doing business here again.

Another unpleasant experience at this UPS store. The owner was not helpful and not understanding. Never again.

I called to get prices for the passports the lady tells they dont do passports just pictures even though the website clearly states that they do so I asked her why the website stated that if they dont do that she told me that is separate and she told me to go to travel.ca.gov so I went to look it up that doesnt exist its actually travel.state.gov
