Valmed has filled prescriptions in pillpacks for my elderly parents for the last year. They are super caring, very responsive & thorough...making sure there were no changes from doctors each month. We dont live locally so having them help us manage their medications was a blessing. We also purchased medical equipment from them & it was easy and efficient. Shout out to Sandra & the rest of the staff at Valmed!

The customer rep. Jennifer is sweet and does a great job. Shauna gets the job done perfectly, and has the best attitude. The parking lot system should be improved for curbside delivery and have More open spaces for it. the rushed workers drive like it’s a race track.

Andrea was AMAZING!!! She absolutely took care of what I needed and was on top of it. She made the necessary phone calls and knew I needed my meds quickly and made it happen.The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this pharmacy.

I had a total knee replacement and needed a CPM machine. They brought a machine to the hospital and it did not work. They brought another machine to the hospital and I brought it home and it broke in the middle of the night. I call the emergency number and they were supposed to be here at 10:00. Not here yet and now they won’t the emergency phone number. I do not recommend this company.

I wanted to like Valmed as it was suggested by my trusted doctor and the staff is really friendly. After requesting auto refill two times prior, I assumed my prescription would be ready for pick up. I was told it was out of stock. I thought auto-refill was to avoid this issue. So frustrating.

On May 4th I ordered 4 cloth under pads through Careforde. This is my second order. The 1st order went fine but the 2nd order I was told Val Med would have them in stock on May 31st from a back order. NOW... Im being told that Val Med says they wont have them until August 31st...thats 3 MONTHS and theyve already been paid for. Whats the hold up? I need these asap please. Why are they advertised to buy if you are out of stock? I was wanting to order more of these pads in the future and since I had a great response from my 1st order...and now this...I don t know.
