The visit didnt start out great because I was looking for clubs I could hit and no one greeted me so I could ask. Once I made contact service was friendly and helpful. 3 or 4 other people came in the store while I was there. They were just looking around. I then understood the low key approach.

Found a putter as they had a great selection. The service was helpful too! Poor quality of choices in womens golf shoes with available sizes. Very disappointed but they were having a great sale👍

Like several of the other bad reviews, I walked in with my son. Was barely even glanced at and never even approached. I wanted to buy a set of Irons.. I will not buy from them. I suppose I do not look golfer esque enough for them. Guess I will spend my money elsewhere.

Well the bad reviews are true...went in here wanted to get advice on my club fitment and waiting in there over an hour and not 1 person helped me. 2 employees were just txting on their phone the entire time. Finally just walked out and not a word said to me. If you go here make sure you go in with a golf club because then you will be helped immediately like the 4 people who came in after me. Definitely not the place to go if you dont dress like the average golfer on a daily basis.

Stay away! This place is awful. Take your money elsewhere. I have been in several times over the last few months and every time I am more disgusted by the lack of customer service. I live an hour from the store and it is very much out of the way. The final straw was I was wanting to exchange a club and going to buy another and they refused to honor their own return policy. I had a receipt and the club had not been used outside of the store and was in the same condition it was sold to me. No satisfaction from these “professionals“. Typical behavior from amateur salesmen always stepping over a dollar to get a dime. I will never spend another hard earned dollar with clowns. I am moving my business to Dallas and online retailers. So glad I did not spend $3,000 with this joke of a business.

Helpful staff and fair prices.

Its a 5 star visit everytime. Whenever I go in, the guys always make me feel welcome and they are there to help any way they can. I have never had a bad experience! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to go to a golf store. These guys know what theyre doing!

These guys have been very accommodating since I picked up the game of golf a few konths ago. Their regripping team is amazing as well as their virtual reality.

There have been times in the past where I have either been ignored, shunned, or just flat out disregarded in this store but today was a complete different experience. Im horrible with names so I dont remember the persons name that helped me out, but he was personable, helpful, courteous, listened to what I told him and understood what I was looking for. He said he had only been there for a couple months, but with his personality and willingness to help he will go a long way. It was pretty busy so it was tough to get into the booths to test some clubs, but there was plenty of stuff to keep me busy shopping and the staff made sure to check randomly to make sure I didnt need anything. With service like that I will continue to spend my golf dollars here! Good job on staff choices Lisa!!!!

Beat place to buy golf equipment

This is very upsetting. We planned on going to golf headquarters. Their hours are posted showing 1 to 5 on sundays. We live near canyon, so we make sure to get all our shopping done while we are in amarillo. We planned our day around making sure we were at golf headquarters at 1 today. They are closed for a month on sundays? What the heck. Also saw many others come by and see that they were closed and they were upset. Very frustrating and not a good way to do business. Ive been in there before and its over priced and the employees are rude. Only reason I was going there is because I had a gift card.

Walked in and the guy behind the desk just looked at me and said nothing. Nobody helped me out at all. Went in there to buy a new set of irons, went to Lubbock instead. Need customer service lessons!! Their loss!!!!
