I contacted Accent Embroidery about getting a yard sign and banner made for our 2020 senior. They responded very quickly to my request and had an email with a proof sent to me right away. Once I approved the proof they had both the banner and yard sign done the next day. The whole process of ordering and getting the signs was easy and fast.The customer service was great and the staff was both helpful and friendly.

I called today asking for some information on getting some patches made. I needed 10 to 20 but was told their minimum is 50. Ok cool. The woman who spoke with me used a rude tone while trying to explain things to me. I definitely felt like this womans customer service needs some practice. If youre trying to provide a service that someone is paying for and the customer is asking you questions never speak to them as if theyre a child. I definitely wouldnt recommend calling this place, skip past it and check the next one on your Google search.

I have a question.... do yall put names on lettermen jackets

Our company has been ordering shirts from them for years, and they do good work. However, recently I took over this responsibility at my job and cant believe #1 how long they take and #2 how terrible they are at making you feel valued as a customer. I went in to pick up my order (that took almost 4 weeks for 3 shirts) and the lady literally held her hand up to me to wait. Out of 3 workers who knew I walked in, not one ever looked up to greet me or even say Ill be with you in just a moment. I finally said Hi! and she held her hand up to say Just a minute. I was flabbergasted. I really hate to switch companies because its a pain, but cant justify staying with them! Lifes too short to give your money to people who dont treat you well!
