We hired Starnes Construction for a kitchen remodel in February of 2018 He was paid 21,000.00 up front and did not do any of the work he was supposed to do in our written agreement. He skipped off with 21,000.00 of our money and will not return calls or offer to pay it back I have hired and attorney. BEWARE!!!!
