I ventured out to try Sweet Creations and they cancelled my order late on the delivery day!I received an email of cancellation at 3:08pm and I immediately tried to call and no one answers the phone.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

This made my day! I got the call that my mother was hospitalized yesterday, so I called in and spoke with Alanna about getting an arrangement made. She worked to provide me options within my budget and even got it delivered to BSA for me since I live in Arlington. Wonderful and understanding people make magic here!

Best florist in town! Beautiful flower arrangements are made with a loving touch. To make it even better this is a one stop shopping experience as you can also find a nice gift and gourmet chocolate. Couldnt be happier with my purchase!

I called few days before Mother’s Day and the lady that I talked to was very polite but I am very disappointed with the flower arrangements. She said she will make me a pretty mixed flowers but unfortunately it was few sunflower and green leaves. I spent good money for an unsatisfactory bouquet of flowers for my mom which I think was definitely not worth it. We were very unsatisfied after seeing the pictures my mom sent us

My son told me Friday night he needed a corsage for prom Saturday. I called other places and was told it was too late to order for same day. Sweet Creations made what I needed same day. They are life savers!

I cannot say enough kind words for this special lady!! I am in Kansas and on a Saturday I needed to get a dozen yellow roses and a romance novel to my beloved sister in law who is in a hospital there with little time left. This florist made a special trip to get roses that color, bought a book to go with it, AND delivered it to her that same day!!! God bless her for her kindness!!! The roses brought such joy to my sister in law!!!

If could give a rating of no stars I would. I called to have a delivery of the rainbow roses and the man who answered the phone was very polite and helpful but the woman who was in background and eventually the phone was neither of those. She stated that she would not accommodate the order. For the roses or any flower orange or otherwise. I did over hear her when the gentleman answered saying the rainbow roses were hers. So I hope whoever she is can either watch her mouth when customers are on phone or has enough money to keep the business going while being a rude and self serving b****.

I ordered the most beautiful basket of chocolates for my momma today. she’s diabetic, so Aly made sure to put a bunch of sugar free goodies in there! hand delivered perfection 💞

Wow! I came to Amarillo to marry my husband. I wanted to carry a simple bouquet for my wedding, a lotus flower.They told me I didnt give them enough notice (5 days) to get a lotus flower.So I settled for a pink rose wedding bouquet ($75.). I went to pick it up the day of my wedding & it was no where to be found. I pre-paid cash. She wanted me to wait (on my wedding day) for her to make it. I just didnt have time to squeeze in anything else, so I asked for my money back. There wasnt enough money in the cash register to return my cash ($75. + tax), so I had to come back after 3pm to get my money back. Can you imagine going through all of this on your wedding day?You could not pay me to go to this flower shop again. Extremely unprofessional, very unorganized, unkempt and dirty store. Plus obviously they need someone who is going to be responsible for managing the place.
