I was in town visiting family when I realized that I needed a new battery for my RV. My mechanic minded brother brought me to this business. As soon as we entered the business and told them what we needed, the man behind the counter said that they didn’t have the specific battery that we were looking for. He then commenced to making a smart remark & “correcting” my brother’s knowledge about the battery we were pursuing. It was a really terrible interaction & he just kept talking at us all the way to the door. If I lived here, I would not give them my business! My brother will probably be avoiding this business in the future. Bad for them because he is a big part of a local racing team.

Great Customer Service and speed of order. I had actually ordered the wrong model and the clerk pointed that out quickly when she brought my purchase to the car. Saved me a trip home and back.

I purchased a $21.00 flex light. I was told to save the recipe in case of a return. I returned the item two days later with a very neatly opened package and was told if the product was opened it could not be returned. Im done with local places like this not returning an item. You lost my business over $21.00. Buy off of Amazon. There in two days, easy to return and zero hassles. I was just trying to support the local business.Buyer beware.

I ordered a Answering Machine/Phone Battery online. I somehow missed a step in the process causing a mistake in the online payment. When I arrived at the store I explained my frustration. The problem was solved in minutes with a smile. Great customer service & the products are also very good. I will use Battery Plus Bulbs for all my Battery needs.

I went in for two watch batteries. All I asked for was the batteries. The guy tried several times to charge me $12 for installation, despite repeatedly telling him “NO. That’s not what I want.” Totally rude and unacceptable.

Did not have my phone battery. They said it was obsolete. Found it online for $30.

Store hours for Sunday say 10am-5pm but they aren’t open those hours. Not sure why they put those hours on the front door if they can’t open up at that time. 3-18-2018 Sunday
