Great experience with the sales lady.. She was very friendly and was able to answer all questions we had. Our old mattress is 9 years old but due to my sleep problems we were looking at other beds. The experience this time provided more information as to types of beds and all the updates. We were very pleased with this experience.

Very dissatisfied with customer service. Needed to change my delivery address to a location 10 miles away from the original address. Called a month in advance to make the change and they are pushing the delivery out another 8 days. This is on top of having to wait two months to get the bed. And am being told that there are no instructions for the setup also. This is great. I may just cancel the order. This is my second bed purchased with them and have never felt this dissatisfied.

All were very friendly and helpful and answered all our questions. Our current bed is a sleep number approx 25 yrs old. Not wore out but decided to get one to elevate head and feet. Looking forward to getting it here.

Weve had our sleep number king bed for over 8 years and are ready to replace it with something different. It sounds great in theory but the warranty is prorated meaning that you get a partial credit for the time youve owned it but then have to purchase a new one if you have a problem. Ours wont hold the pressure. About a year ago, customer support told us to pressure up the bed, disconnect the hoses from the compressor and then put caps on the hose connections. It seemed to hold just fine so they said the compressor was the problem. We got a prorated reduction for the new unit but still spent several hundred dollars. And then we find that the new unit warranty is very poor. Basically, after a few months it goes back to the overall bed warranty. In other words, you spend $250 for a new compressor that has a 90 warranty. After the 90 days, the compressor get prorated back to the date you bought the bed so you get to spend another $250 if you have a compressor problem.Were still having a problem and literally re-pressure the bed nearly every evening. A big disappointment.We cannot recommend this bed.

You will get full service at this store, lol. They give you all the information u could possibly need about there beds, they walk you through the store allowing u to test each style of bed that they have. There is a comfort simulation that shows you the uncomfortable spots of your body to assist you in finding the right sleep number. I did not buy one because of the cost. But they have a pretty good bed.

I have lupus when we went in the Amarillo store to purchase we made this known. The sales rep told us if we didn’t live the bed we had 100 days to return it. Waited 2 weeks for them to deliver it just to get it in our house and hate it! It wasn’t anything like the bed we laid on in the store. We purchased the king i10 bed and the flex for 3 after being miserable in the bed for a week and a half I wanted to return it. Called and they stated I had to try it for 30 days. Nothing was said about that to us at the store nor could I get a call back from anyone at the store. I finally get a customer service manager to schedule a pick up and he makes us wait 2 more weeks. Also tell me I will not be refunded the $199 for delivery and it will cost me another $199 to have it picked up. So as the two weeks ticked on I have been waiting for a check that now they tell me won’t come until 2 weeks later. Who returns things and doesn’t receive a refund when the item is picked up or returned? Sleep number they work as slowly as possible. I also had purchased a mattress pad and sheets that I no longer needed since we didn’t have the split top mattress so for those items I exchanged through the phone and again they sent the wrong comforter and still haven’t recieved the sheets! This company is a joke do not trust their return policy and their customer care!! I have again called the store multitude of times to have them tell me someone would call me back or left a message and still nothing!

Told us that we have a 100 day trial period but didn’t tell us about $199 for delivery and $199 for pick up. Also when we decided to return the bed because my father had a stroke they told us they’d waive the pick up and delivery fee which was not waived. The beds are great but too soft even on the hardest setting. The reps here are very helpful but this stores communication with corporate is lacking. Too many miscommunications and even after returning an $8,000 bed we still have to pay up $700 to just have them take it back. That’s complete and utter stupidity and just a method for extorting money. DO NOT TRUST THE 100 DAY TRIAL PERIOD!

Purchased a sleep number in Amarillo. Never got to try it however, because two months later they have yet to deliver it. We had a great experience in the store, we were super excited to get the bed so my husband could have some relief when he slept. But we were lied to repeatedly over the phone, we were lied to by the sales representative in Amarillo, we had extremely rude customer service agents when we would have to call the company, and the ones who were polite just lied to us. They were supposed to deliver The bed today and after rearranging all the furniture and getting my current bed ready to move out per their instructions, they called and said it was delayed and they could not make it. So Im sure the bed might be amazing to sleep on… But we will never know. I finally had enough and cancel the order. My recommendation is to never deal with this company.

I spent $1,000 and four weeks on a bed I still can not use. Also, they did not believe me when I said I had the wrong parts. They suggested i watch tutorial online to fix a bed with the wrong parts.
