The wonderful scents drew me into the store & kept me looking for fall & holiday air freshener. Was very pleased with my purchase, the sales people were helpful & cheerful & I got a good bargain. Will definitely go back

I love finding so many new scents and products. But, when you make a coupon for a freebie @$7.50 value, I think I should get my choice of item, not a selection of just a few . its really frustrating.

My go-to place for soaps and lotions. Came in here around mothers day when they were very busy and got the help I needed pretty quick. There is a lot to look at and it can be a bit overwhelming to say the least. The workers are very helpful and will have you on your way pretty quick.

The Amarillo, TX store has an amazing staff. If you know what you are there for they will take you right to the items. Especially helpful if the store is a madhouse! I do recommend signing up for their emails to get coupons if you are on a budget, as most the time the coupons will stack on sales they are having.

The selection of items i was looking for was low. The store was very busy and the staff was helpful but also overwhelmed with customers. The checkout process was ridiculous. I spent way more time in line to check out than purchasing.

I entered the store around 1030am. Walked from side to side, back to front, passed several employees and not one greeted or acknowledge me until I was leaving and she excused herself out of the way. I heard others being greeted and I spent about less than 10min in the store.

Wish they had coffee beans to clear your palette to smell other items. It all smells alike otherwise.

No one helped me what so ever, (with toddler in stroller). I wanted a hand sanitizer even though it was low cost I bought several no one ask if they could help me. This was today , about 2:30 . I counted about 8 people in the store this includes children. I was also looking for a room spray . I kept going back and forth twice and no one bothered to help me again. I paid up front . I inquired at register about the spray and the girl did say the scent for room spray changed and they where sold out! That’s it , no further assistance .... Lubbock store was nice they said I could order online and they tryed to give me an idea when the spray would it in more or less and even check for me over the phone . Thank you Lubbock !!! Amarillo could use more customers service manners . I know they have girls the say hello but go beyond just standing there just to greet! Also cashier could have asked if I need help I wasn’t far from her!

Yesterday was candle day and even though they were extremely busy the employees gave great customer service.

Love the products! Dont care much for the staff. Pushy and they dont accept no for an answer. Im a shopper that knows what I want before I get there. Be prepared to be hustled hard to buy things you dont want. Might just start paying shipping so I dont have to deal with the staff.

They have great smelling products, but their staff is unfriendly and mean. They dont honor the coupons they send you in the mail.
