I have used Fast Signs multiple times over the past few years as a Licensed Realtor. While our industry provides many sign vendors that regularly offer huge discounts to purchase signs from them I still choose to use a local provider. FastSigns always either gets the job right, or makes the job right, all at a fair price! I recommend them highly!

When I first needed signs made I contacted a highly advertised area business. They appeared to be very helpful and concerned with my urgency for the signs. They promised product in less than a week. After three days and only two days left in the week I had no proofs and could not get in touch with them always pushed to voicemail, no one answered the phone. Left voicemail twice and no return call. I then in a some what rushed panic now contacted Fastsigns. They were very helpful and said they could rush what I needed through and have it done by the weekend. They did just that and for lack of better wording, saved my bacon. I was back up and running on Monday as planned. I now recommend them over all others for their work ethics and product delivery. I havent had many signs made so I do not know if the product is better than others or not, but I do know what I got was more than satisfactory compared to others I have seen. However the service and follow through on the work is what sells it for me.

Ordered a vinyl banner, was told if I had artwork sent within an hour that it would be ready next day by 3pm. Was there at 3:15. Told front desk lady (who said she was the manager) I was there to pick up the order - she scuffed at me and said there’s no way that it would be done since they had just received it.The second I sent the original email with the file, I called to confirm they received. Which they did.The “manager” was completely unprofessional and rude. If you can’t get something done, that’s fine. Just say it. Don’t sell me on something any not do it, and darn sure don’t be rude to a customer who literally did nothing wrong.

Fast Signs has always taking care of our company whenever we needed a sign or decal designed, replicated or corrected because of a mistake on our part. They have the small town customer service you want and still have the response time of a larger company. We use them for OSHA, MSHA and general company signs for locations and vehicles. Since Ive been here, weve used FastSigns a couple of times. Both times they provided an excellent product at a great price. Because they maintained our artwork our first sign job, the second job was completed MUCH more quickly that we expected. I absolutely recommend them!

I did not have good experience here, and I will caveat that I was looking for vinyl decals for application on a truck. The communication from their shop was abysmal; everything was apparently our fault though. If you want to make money you need to ensure you provide service, which means you might actually have to call your customer! We took our business elsewhere, so I cant speak to the quality of the products.

Fastsigns goes the extra mile to make us happy, as well as doing quality work in a very timely manner!! We use them for all our signage needs.
