I am so glad to finally have removed the window lettering installed by this company. After I sent the SPECIFIC wording I wanted, they brought over an unacceptable vinyl for our window without sending a proof first. After sending an email again and showing him exactly what I wanted, and having them remake it, they came and installed the vinyl lettering without my approval. It was still not correct and had been a thorn in my side ever since they installed it.In addition, they installed a metal sign for us. We provided the metal for them to print. A few weeks after they installed it, wind blew it down. The screws all over our parking lot showed that they had only went 1/8 past the stucco, into the concrete. The sign was all bent up and their solution was to straighten it back out and cut off and splice one end. It was still rippled so I told them it was unacceptable. The installers took it back. I called the office and told them I wanted to know what they were going to do about it. I waited over a week before calling again and the owner, Daniel, was very rude. He came into our store, at my request, I showed him the screws, and he was still very rude about it, refusing to accept responsibility for his installers mistake. We just had them put the bent sign back up to get rid of them but we will never use them again.

If i could give this business less than a start I would. Horrible people to deal with, all around rude and they cant ever get the requests from a customer correct. Keep clear of this business, I know I sure will.
