Blake and Adam talked me through a sticky Situation at a dealership. We had takin the Ford to a dealership because we had bought it there. It was misdiagnosed at the dealership and they had ordered a part we did not need. I called Mike Probes shop and they told me exactly how to handle this so I was not overcharged for parts we did not need! I will not take my vehicles anywhere else ever again no matter where I bought it from. These guys at Mike Probes are experienced honest Professionals and very personable human beings that care you are getting the best service ! One of our big vans, with pets on board started having issues just as Linda was going through Amarillo, TX this morning. After doubling back into town they found Mike Ropes Repair Center. Now usually we get the run around at repair shops but Mikes place took the van right in, diagnosed it and had it repaired and back on the road in just a couple of hours...and it didnt cost an arm and a leg!! Great people, excellent workmanship and outstanding service. We will be advising all our drivers to go here if they need just a basic service or small repairs like ours. I had my vehicle towed to them to have them diagnose it they legally robed us through towing charges. Our paper work mysteriously disappeared, then they lied to the property owners saying they didnt know whose vehicle it was. I am very disappointed yet another crooked repair shop.
