We are from Amarillo texas areaand(ismael and verinica) we were going to purchase a razir . So we got approved, well then they stared tell in me i needed all kinds of paoaer work so i got them she ( ABBY)told me two times i needed bank statments so i had to get out of work to take it to them. Well the second time one of our friends told us that he had seen them take the razor we wanted . So i called and they told me that it wasnt sold yet so we went on. Well tell this day they havent contacted us to tell us nothing anymore not even hey we have another one or we sold the other one . Honestely we get called more from the people that work there than the people in front or well the lady that was helping us .

This place is great, they repaired my rzr after a wreck awhile back and the machine looked and drove way better after their repairs than it did when i bought it. It was a substantial wreck I’ll also add, head on collision at about 35-40 mph with another rzr. I had a small hiccup when i took it out the first time after getting it back but I don’t believe it could have been avoided or even be seen by anyone prior to the part completely failing under use. And when i brought it up to them they immediately took the broken part from me and ordered a new one that day. They got it fixed and back to me quickly considering how much the insurance company drug their feet on getting their end of things done, like they always do. This definitely won’t be my last visit to Snider, and I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone i know, they’re by FAR the best shop in the panhandle! Friendly, knowledgeable, and fairly priced.

Went up there about a month ago looking at a go kart and the guy was pretty friendly so I got some information on it price wise which also included a 5yr warranty with them and decided to get it. Well when I went to pay for it which was with someone else the warranty ended up being way more then what I was originally told which ok no big deal. I then decided to just finance it but that it would take some time and I would get a call about it later on. I got the call and it was delivered later that night, mind you this was a Friday night. I messaged them that night saying I didnt end up wanting the warranty and since it wasnt processed yet I figured that it could be removed. So they said they will see and let me know the next day. Now to this day I have not heard a peep from them and I have called multiple times, emaild and all and still nothing, dont know if the warranty was taken off or when I make payments or even the paperwork I originally signed. The customer service I had that Friday was great but since then has been absolutely horrible and non existent.

Excellent sales and knowledge of the products. Fair price and follow up for service. I would definitely trade there again.

Hands down best ATV/UTV buying experience with these folks. All of the staff was extremely knowledgeable and willing to do whatever it took for customer satisfaction. Jordan and his team are definitely top notch and I highly recommend them.

Took my wifes triumph in on chance they could replace clutch handle. Jason did it on the spot also tightened the mirror for me.Great service great people definitely use them for any future needs.

2 stars because of the sign ... it is way to bright at night and blinds drivers on the interstate.
