They were able to get our counter tops in quickly when we were ready after having to rip out our kitchen due to the freeze. They matched up the veining perfectly and the countertops looks great.

Remarkable service from start to finish. Jeremy helped us from start to finish on picking our granite, lamination, and installation. My advice..pay the extra cost for the lamination because it was so worth. We went with 2cm slabs and added waterfall edge with lamination with Santa Cecilia Classic. This company uses an awesome distributor (Expo Stone) for picking your slabs and Jeremy is a man of his word and always available for questions or concerns. I cant say enough how pleased I am with our countertops! We have been working on a kitchen remodel disaster forever so I am still in shock at how quickly the countertop situation went. I was given Jeremys phone number on Sunday October 11 by a friend who found him online. I called Jeremy Monday morning and he told me to send pictures of my kitchen for an estimate. I sent pictures at 12:39 and had an estimate at 12:46. We couldnt go to Houston to look at the granite until Saturday morning. The inventory is huge and we walked around and around for about an hour and a half before finally making a decision. Once we picked out 2 slabs we sent the info to Jeremy who immediately called to set up an appointment to take measurements. Jeremy arrived at my house Monday October 19th and scheduled installation for Wednesday October 21st. Today, Wednesday morning Douglas, Manollo and Rider show up with my countertops. These guys are the best of the best! Excellent work ethics, super polite and OMG the awesome personalities. They were in and out too fast as I was enjoying conversing with them as they worked. Again, I am still in awe that I actually have countertops already and how gorgeous they are! I will be telling everyone I know to call Jeremy and his awesome team! Now if only the rest of the house could be finished....

I had a great experience with Jeremy and Diamond Cut Granite. I just had my counter tops put in yesterday and they are beautiful! The communication was great from start to finish. I got many quotes before making the jump to get rid of the old white laminate counter tops, and even with a big shiny sink and granite that was unique and interesting, I got a great price. Great experience with Diamond Cut Granite. Kitchen countertops and bathroom vanities turned out beautifully.

Jeremy is great communicating, even with follow up for problems. However the porblem doesnt lie with Jeremy. The subs he uses to install are either rushed, or dont care, or cant comprehend. We had a lot of granite installed, two bathrooms, kitchen, and master bath shower surround. One would expect this much work to take two days, but they rushed it into one, with a late start and didnt finish until after 8 in the evening. Problem one, during the day of the install the installers could not seem to close the front door behind them, even when cutting the granite in the driveway. End result was the house caked top to bottom in dust, heavy gray dust on everything and mosquitos by the horde inside. Problem two, damage to the shower pan. To be fair, they tried to patch it (not acceptable to me) but it was chipped from setting slabs on it. The solution was for me to pull it out and replace it myself, and they would cover the parts. Thats a lot of work, and I had already done it once.Problem three just showed up. I have been dragging my feet putting the rest of the bathroom together, well, its almost done, but when using the shower another problem shows up. The installers used lots of silicone caulk everywhere else, but for some reason didnt in the shower (I can only speculate they dont have any idea what happens in a shower) instead they caulked with acrylic painters caulk. Well, acrylic caulk is not water proof, its not even water resistant, so Ive spent the morning digging out the acrylic caulk to replace it with silicone.My advice, if you are going to use Diamond Cut, either request Jeremy be there for the entire job, or you sit there and play the part of the contractor to keep the installers in line. Inspect carefully before accepting the finished product, and by all means hold them to the fire to make the job right.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend Jeremy Faerman from Faermans Construction D.B.A. Diamond Cut Granite Company. He gives great customer service over the phone, is very eager, always available, good at scheduling, and willing to meet you at the right price point, but when it came down to the actual work that was done, the quality suffered. Perhaps it was because of the crew he used that day - perhaps it was because it was the Friday before a long weekend and they simply werent there to do their best work and instead did their fastest work - but numerous people have commented on how poor the fit and finish of our counter-top is.After they had installed our white marble counter-tops I pointed out that there were brown striped stains in certain places - I then determined they had left the thin wood template they used to cut the slabs to size, sandwiched in between the slabs while they traveled in the truck, and the rain had leached the stain out of the wood and into the marble, drip lines included. They said the stains would eventually sink into the marble and disappear, but it was so bad on one of the pieces that they used up more of our marble to remake that piece, but didnt have quite enough to make it the same size, so had to glue a small piece on the corner. But it was so late already that they rushed the work and it didnt come out well.The sink was installed using some pieces of broken plywood, screwed crooked to the inside of the cabinets to sandwich the lip in place. Not exactly proper installation hardware.After that, for an additional fee I was sold a sealing treatment for hundreds of dollars, which turned out to be Jeremy using a thin old rag to wipe a stone sealant liquid over the surface - except nobody cleaned the marble off first, so it still had layers of dust on it from all of the work that had been done with it that day - resulting in circular swirling scratches over the entire surface that readily appear in sunlight.One of the bar counter-tops isnt level and visibly tilts forward, one of the back splashes isnt flush, and all over the kitchen, the edge laminate seams and slab seams have chips filled with grey epoxy filler in multiple places, not to mention a couple of the chips that were in the top surfaces already when they arrived (this has to occur after delivery to the stone provider because you can tell when they have no polish on or in the chip). And those stains they said would disappear? They are, almost one year later now, still very visible.So after it all, even though Jeremy (who never came out again himself) sent an associate to check on the stains, they did nothing to rectify anything, but still demanded final payment for the work. No refund, no offer to redo or correct anything at their expense.It may be BBB time, except they arent registered with the Bureau....
