We needed a bunk beds for our son and Rick was so helpful. The prices were very fair for good quality solid wood bed frames. The delivery guys were careful putting it together.

I was on the search for a preferably white metal framed twin over twin bunk bed that wasnt too tall and also had the ladder on the end instead of the side. I had a budget on price. I looked online and in-store in my area for several weeks. It was looking more like I was going to have to compromise on some of my wants for my budget. I decided to case my net a little wider and I am glad I did. I went to Cox Furniture and found exactly what I initially began looking for. I mean exactly. A white metal twin over twin bunk bed that wasnt too tall, ladder in end, and within my budget.The salesman was very nice. They delivered and assembled the piece.I am very pleased with the service and overall experience.

After coming here several times and figuring out a price for a specific picture frame and coming to pick it up i was told after i could not fit this frame into my car as the frame was bigger than i thought that the sales person would not deliver this item because they lost to much money on this product when i planed to spend 800 plus dollars at this store location. I will never shop here again especially after being told it would cost 40 dollars to drive 20 minutes to deliver this item to me when it was raining out! Stay away from this place

I bought a bedroom set from him and it was right before Harvey hit. He delivered the set by himself, you see it was the day before Harvey started to come a shore. I thought here is this man that should be getting ready himself from the Hurricane and he wanted to make sure that I had a bed to sleep in. For that I will always be grateful. I will diffently buy from him again.

I was driving for a relative. When we went in it took a minute or two to get someones attention. Once he finished his phone call he took care of us very nicely.

We searched all over the county for a media center. Found the perfect one and a coffee table at Cox at a better price than any we had seen that day. I was greatly pleased with the price and service. I will be going back the next time I need furniture.

Bought a captains bed for our son a year ago. We were told it was made in USA, however we just moved and upon reassembly found a made in Brazil sticker on the bottom of it. Either they dont know their products or they just plain lied about it. Also one drawer never closed quite right.

Not very helpful nor was they interested in my business. The Man was to busy to help me. There not really that friendly.
