Went on 11/1. Changing from Verizon to Cricket saving $200 a month. Baba assisted us for 3 hours because Verizon would not give us the proper information and locked our account. 11/2 we go to Verizon ( Logan Town ctr) explain to them what was going on. She tells us she fixed it and gave us an improper pin #. Go back to cricket and same deal as the day before, locked account. Baba calls Verizon and gets the correct information and now we are proud carriers of Cricket! Good job Baba!

They give you the run around without s good address, i finally got disgusted and was able to amazely do it onlie without the help of Cticket.

BAHA was the best and most patient man we have ever had the pleasure of working with we had to spend nearly 3 hours on the phone with boost mobile porting our numbers over this man is a saint and we thank him so much!!!! Would recommend to even my enemy.

I had amazing service today at cricket by martins in Altoona pa ... The sales representative Steph had us in and out && she provided friendly && fast service as she transferred two phones ! Cricket needs to hire more people like her ! I was dreading changing phones over because how long and boring just one transfer of a phone can be ...let alone two ! Let me tell you though - hands down she was the best representative I have ever had to deal with .... Fast is an understatement when saying how fast she was && thorough... She made sure everything was working and she even answered a few questions we had with a fast response time ! When walking in the door she was very polite and made sure we knew she seen us by addressing us even though she was busy with someone else ... She multitasks like a boss ! Very good work ethic and very presentable ! If you ever go into cricket hope you have the pleasure of getting her to be your representative ... You wont be disappointed ! ...Today i went in and paid my bill and dealt with BABA .... It was a good experience .... He ended up greeting me as soon as I went in to the store && treated me with respect .... !Today I went in 8-2-2020 I dealt with baba ... Im really dissappointed with cricket ... First they made the charge from 3 to 4 dollars when you go into pay. I think if you already had service with them before they uped the price you should only have to pay the 103 ... We as customers have to pay 4 extra dollars to pay the bill inside the store ... We pay them 4 dollars to hit 3 buttons ... And now they added a 15 dollar shut off fee ... If you ask me I think since the coronavirus crickets trying to get a few extra bucks ... I get its only a dollar more but thats a dollar more for every customer that pays inside on top of the 3 dollars your already scamming us for && ive called about my daughters phone who is also on my plan and it hasnt worked since we got it from them -- yu can see theres no activity what so ever from her phone and that was since we got it ... Well after they sold me the glitchy phone that dont work they wouldnt return it at the store and switch me for another one that worked ! Im so over this phone company anymore --

I was at this plank rd store and while I was there the employee named Tarah lied to me about reactivating my line and also was beyond rude to me while I was there. Also there was people working next door that I guess made her mad so she was using profanity in front of me and my 2yr old son that actually made me wanna leave. Im sry but I will no longer come to this store I will seek other cell service or go to a different store. I just think that if this employee is having a bad day or dont like her job that she should quit or called off not be the rude, disrespectful jerk she was. Sry and hope that you get someone with a better attitude to work your stores.
