If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! The management at this store is very friendly! Very knowledgeable about all of their products and were able to answer all of my questions and help me choose the right products for me. I had mentioned that I didn’t really know what type of lingerie would look best on me, and the lady who was working was able to give me some very good suggestions on which types of outfits would look good with my body type. I felt like a goddess talking to her. She’s very good at hyping you up and making you feel beautiful! I would recommend this place to everyone!

I discovered this store by chance, and was very impressed by the customer service provided by the woman that worked there. I had gone in for some gifts for a friends upcoming wedding and was at a loss as to what to purchase. The woman (I believe was the manager) was friendly, welcoming, and listened to all my questions. Such fantastic customer service is always welcomed and my friend loved the items the woman helped me pick out!

Walked into the store, no one was there except the male at the counter.He said No Mask, No ServiceN0 Problem,took my money and walked out.💯 Had no problem spending my cash at a different location. 👈 I will never comeback here again.

Since they reopen they are staffed by managers no staff. They are so rude in there now and do not know anything about the products. I was in there Thursday night and my wife now sat tonight. Same rude manager. Was rude to me Thursday and now rude to my wife tonight. They are not knowledgeable of their products. In past they helped me find what I need or order it. The product purchased Thursday was not what I needed and their lack of kindness, no help and rude behavior now looking for another store to shop at. Horrible service, period. They need to bring back their qualified staff instead of these rude managers who dont want to be there who dont care to be polite nor helpful.

The customer service was HORRIBLE!!! I visited the store (approx. 5pm) with my guy to shop for plus size lingerie. The sales clerk was very rude. She informed us that the fitting rooms and restroom was closed due to COVID-19. That was understood. My guys mask had slipped off his nose. She informed him that, you have to put your mask back up because they are watching us. They did not have to watch us because she watched us like a hawk. Not once did she ask how she can assist us. She made me feel like she didnt want us in the store. I felt like we were racially profiled.

I cannot say enough about the amazing customer service at this shop. Very knowledgeable staff, very helpful and courteous.

Been quite a few times. Great place for someone who is exploring. While staff does seem to change frequently I havent had a single problem with anyone hired and overall have had very pleasant experiences. The only issue I have had is the displays can be confusing at times for the vibrators (no issues with other displays)and that there doesnt seem to be a clear distinction between experiment toys and long term I know I like this toys. Honestly sometimes I wish there was a coffe shop area just so I could hang out there it is such a pleasant place to be.

Love it go there every time i get paid lol. Great overall experience every time.. The lady that works there has always been pleasant to me and my husband no complaints.. Hurry and open back up..lbvs

Loved my first visit to this store, but The second time the girl that was working was ridiculous. She watched us like hawks the entire time we were in the store as if we were going to steal. Every time we picked up an item to look at it, read about it, she’d peak her head around until she had a clear view of us. I understand preventing theft, but watching two people the way she did made the visit very uncomfortable. They have a decent sized tv with cameras on all angles of the store behind the counter. She could’ve watched us there without being over the top about it. Also just didn’t have great overall customer service skills.
