I dropped off my car on a Monday they assured me that they would be done in just a couple days at least before Friday!Friday came in went no car They didnt have any loner cars so I ended the spending over $700 in a rental car which was more than what it cost to get my car fixed I didnt get my car back until the following Wednesday and I had to show up there myself and they said oh we were gonna call you! The plus side of all of this is most of my repairs were covered by my bumper to bumper warranty and some other warranty that I had on my Buick and Ill end up spending a 169 out of pocket I use Buick reward points and have 50 dollars took enough the total price which was 219 and then left me to pay the 169 and some change

Service visit was excellent. There is a problem with my Terrain’s radio and there is a service bulletin stating that there is not a fix for it yet. So that is frustrating.

Our daughter bought a NEW 2020 Buick Encore GX she has had it for 4 months and has had it in the shop 4 times! This last time They said they could not find anything wrong! We tried to have them buy it back because we felt the car is dangerous because the brakes grabbed and pulled her off to the right.Also the car would not go over 30 mph when it was cold outside. Along with other things wrong. She bought the car for $22,000 (which they just told us Belleville sells the same car for 16,000 so Quality has higher prices ) GM only wanted to buy the car back for $14,000 4 months after she paid 22 thousand for it. She wanted to trade it back in for a different model as she felt the Encore had to many things wrong. They did offer for her to trade it for another Encore but she was afraid it would have the same problems. She has only had it 4 months! So my advice is Do Not buy a car from them. They will NEVER have our business again!!!

Your customer representatives were not interested in my business. I had my vehicle transferred to another body shop.

Received only one set of keys/fob and salesman wouldnt replace . No key for tool box and salesman new this 3-4 days before and did not take action to correct . Will have to make another trip for toolbox key , plus ignition key that will be added cost . Must order my own fob also , as the price was too high through salesman . Other than this , satisfaction 8-or 9 of service . Light came on in vehicle about 5 miles of driving , returned to dealership and problem resolved after 3 hrs .

Terry told me my water pump was no good.Was told it would be 550 dollars to fix. Get a call a hour later saying I had a broken bolt in the water pump. ( was broken when taking out old water pump) and it was going to now require alot more labor to fix broken bolt now was going to cost 1800. Tried to make me feel better by saying he would talk to the manager and maybe get the labor cost down. Altogether paid 1671 so he saved me a big 100 dollars and

Very discouraging. Found a vehicle that i thought could work. Called the dealership and explained to the salesman my situation and what I was wanting to do. We set up an appointment to meet. I make the two hour drive only to find out the car was sold. The car selling is business, the lack of communication is unacceptable. I was only met with I’m sorry and I don’t know what to tell you. I could have been informed that the car was no longer there prior to making the two hour trip.I’m sure to this dealership it’s no big deal, one $8-10k sale lost is no impact. To me it was my time and effort to be honest, to have everything lined up (including pre-approval) to try and work with a dealership to rebuild my credit.This place couldn’t give me a car after this experience, but it won’t matter, I’m two hours away.

Him along with Wayne Chamberlain, made my experience very pleasant and exciting! At no point did I ever feel deceived or pressured which is usually the norm when purchasing a vehicle. I’d also like to recognize Justin Windmiller who works in the finance department. This is usually the most stressful part when buying a car. Boy was I wrong! He was totally upfront with me, and I appreciate him for not (secretly) throwing in those hidden, unnecessary add-ons in my quote. I am very dissatisfied with how long it took to get my oil change done here. They claimed they had 3 mechanics out, but even still an oil change should only take 20-30 minutes not an hour and a half.
