This is the WORST Pawn Store in Florida!! I recently got out of the U.S. Army and went to the pawn shop to make some cash. They were very rude and disrespectful as they kept letting others that came in after me sell their stuff before me. If I could rate the store 0 Stars I would. Roberto had the audacity to say I wasn’t in the Army and doesn’t know what he’s doing and the manager without a name tag has no respect for veterans. Nor does he know how to run a store! Thank you

Theres a man there his name is Roberto, he tried to tell me my Military I.D. That I served the country for 3 and a half years for was a FAKE!! Went in their cause getting kicked out of my apartment checked my id and everything to tell me that I can’t pawn something unless I’m 21 what kind of bs is that you have to be 18 to pawn something like I need help and pretty much refused to help like even the 50$ that they offered for my tv

This is the worst Cash America in the area - They are rude, dont call like other stores when tickets are up so you can have the opportunity to save your pawned or layaway item. They give you the lowest amount in the entire area. Do NOT recommend this place.. The store in Longwood is MUCH MUCH better....

Ive had a bad experience anytime Ive had to go in this place... not with the employees but with the assistant Mgr... he turns me out the door and I go to another pawn shop and get $1300 for the same exact items I brought to him... I will try my best to not go into this store and deal with him

This has to be the best pawn shop in Florida. I can always find what Im looking for and if they dont have it they will find it for you. The manager is a real customer service manager and holds his employees to a height standard of excellence. I recommend this pawn shop to everyone I come across.

They just let 300$ walk out of the store. They didnt even do any research and told me I could get a loan on it over the phone. Drove all the way their and was told he couldnt test it. Its a new infinity air brush. You blow on the air conduit to see if it works. Never used it . Brand new. But they dissed me for gas and time after they said i could get a loan on it. They dont have a clue on what they are doing. Way to pay the bills.

My observation is most locations of Cash America are dumps. Certainly this usually depends on the surrounding area of the pawn shop, but even so, this location is well stocked of stuff I do not need, well lit and very reasonable. I usually deal with Michelle, because she shovels the tough as fast as I can give it to her. Awesome customer service. Quite honestly, while I continue to try other Cash America locations, I always end up back at this one. Well done, Michelle.

First thing is you feel safe in this location. Next is the cleanliness of the store and how well stocked the store is. The employees greet everyone that come through the doors and everyone is pleasant to deal with. The manager is hands on and visible friendly as well i have dealt with on i few occasions. I recommend this location.

The customer service is always great. The manager and team are very knowledgeable of their product and always willing to go the extra mile to help get you the most value for your possessions. I always recommend my friends and anyone I meet to this location especially knowing that the manager Neil Reynolds will make sure you leave satisfied.

Drove a very good distance because one of the employees said they had I product I was looking for. Got there 2 hours later, they could not find it even though it was in the inventory still. They said I would need to come back another day. I asked for the manager, he was off that day. I asked for the assistant manager (alan) I think, he would not come out and speak to me. The employee looked at me and said he is like that all the time. Needless to say , I wasted 4 hours and $40 in gas for nothing. Find a better place to go instead of this store.

Pawn shops are basically the same. However, the associates at this shop make all the difference and they are great. Friendly, courteous, polite, and professional.I met Juwan and Michelle, and they are really awesome.Check them out.... I believe youll be pleasantly surprised.As of 11/02/19 Juwan nor Michelle are there. Different staff and the difference is like fire and ice. Not as good and certainly not as friendly.

Dont waste your time. Go across the street to cash value pawn where they treat you like a customer, CASH AMERICA ARE STAIGHT RIP OFFS, Alan the manager (if thats what you want to call him) straight lied to my face. I took a Snapper mower (brand new) used one time valued at 325 dollars used, he looks it up on his computer and said that theyre 125$ brand new so I spun the screen around so I could see for myself!! (He told me to leave for doing that) 425$ brand new and the lowest was 300. Long story short he said 60$ was the best he could do, so I w went across the street to cash value and they said I could borrow up to 200$ on it, no problems at all. And I only wanted 100$ for a phone bill. So like I said they are RIP offs and I think people should know that they (Alan) is a liar and thats not exepital.

Got in a car accident today and I didnt quite catch the name of the lady with short blonde hair who helped me, but she was an angel. I was in a bit of shock, not thinking properly, and before I could even look up after it all happened, she was there helping to get me out of my car and in the most comforting way. The black manager mike told me he will sell me a Taurus 709 slim for 200 when they come in due to the fact they are only 240-250 out the door brand new in stores. They came in he called me and said 280 I said hey its the girls that you already have a price to a week ago. I went all the way there because maybe he needed to see who it was to remember I got there and he completely ignored me and said I never said that so oh well its 280 I said why would I come all the way here if you didnt say that #1 then #2 they are only 240-250 BRAND new not pawned and used in stores. The kid jr laughed and said you wasted your gas just to get told a no. I said this is horrible customer service. Someone needs to fire that manager and get a manager that sticks to his words and has good coustmer service

Watch out for this place horrible customer service purchase a cell Samsung Galaxy S7 for 250.00 good deal.But so good to be true ,found out by doing a research on this cell thru T-Mobile that s7have a outstanding balance of 200.00 or more ,meaning that cell is lock thru the carrier ask the employee before, buying it, if the Galaxy S7 is lock he said that is not lock.So he lied by trying to make a sell.when is lock it mean that you only can use the cell true T-Mobile only ,and if the balance of this galxy S7 is not paid or is delinquent account T-Mobile can lock the cell ,and nobody can be able to make calls.Cash America pawn is interested on your money not taking care of the customer.l believe that nobody shouldnt shop here ,this is the worst pawn shop I have ever seen, maybe the worst one in the world,my recommendation is nobody should pawn or buy anything at this pawn .

I have been a customer since 2012 when it was Value Pawn when it was sold to cash america I still went. Now they are not worth going to the customer service really is terrible. And this young shmuck!#! They hired this guy JR IS RUDE no customer skills what so ever has a temper. I would not recommend this pawn shop.
