I feel bad about these reviews because I received a great experience. My sister and I came in on Halloween, and the young lady taking care of us was exceptional, professional, and attentive. Furniture came in three days and looks absolutely stunning 🤩 Thank you Simo Furniture; we’ll be back !

I bought a sectional and it already broke and you can see that it looks like it literally was an old couch redone… I would only buy tables and things that you can decorate with but never something to sit on! Not sure if there is a weight limit maybe wasn’t told so …

It was very pleasant doing business with you Lily. She worked with my budget and was very kind and professional. She handled everything and communicated every step of the way and even had same day delivery. The delivery guys were also very nice and even called to let me know an ETA. I won’t lie, I read the reviews after I paid for my furniture, then I was afraid, because we paid in full and supposed to pick it up 2 days later, After I read those reviews I was like maybe I made a mistake.. 2 days after at noon, they texted me that my order was ready for pick up, we went to pick it up, It was amazing, They helped us to put it on the truck, service and help is amazing, I came home and checked and everything was perfect. They worked with my budget, I loved the furniture I have now, thank you for your service and compromise!

I am very unhappy with the service I received and the merchandise I received at the store I had a another review up which got deleted and pictures I will never give a false review as I have others where I was very pleased with the service and their merchandise I love to give feedback cuz I know it will help others with being new to the area I know it really helps Ive attached pictures of the merchandise and the invoice since he says I only paid 1100 and its not about the money its about customer service its about owning up to your mistakes and making them right I would never go for a company because I have my own but when I feel like you are now being threatening copying and pasting pictures off my pictures here in Google I take that serious I will not back down and I also will let the authorities know. In the pictures below you can see where the ottoman has endurance from like something was sitting heavy on top of them and also the middle of them have sunken I just made this purchase or last Friday I would never intentionally damage furniture in my home. The table its cracked on two sides of one of the legs if you didnt feel like you had done something wrong why did you offer me a $50 credit on my next purchase

Stay away from these people, if you buy anything out of this store make sure you get it “Right Then And There” don’t let them ship it. We are still waiting for our Paid in Full merchandise. They have given us many excuse after excuse to why we have not received it. And when I spoke with the manager, Who is real nice, she really acts as if she cares but never updates us on we’re of stuff is. Keep in mind many of the same items are online with free delivery and cost lesser. The store has a No refunds and in store credit policy. Red flag that I missed cause the owner convinced us that we would receive our money back if we didn’t get it by the date on our receipt. All I can say is that I’m disappointed in my experience with this store. I’m sure I’m not the only one as I over heard the same complaints from a customer when we initially were shopping.

Had a Positive experience buying a couch at the outlet store in Altamonte.Simo was courteous and up front in letting me know which couches were on back order and what the estimated date of delivery was. I decided to buy a couch on back order for 3 weeks, to my surprise the couch was delivered in a week by two outstanding moving men. They were able to fit the couch through a tight squeeze in the door way. I will definitely go back to there for more furniture

If I could rate no stars I would! I should’ve saw the red flags in other reviews and the way he responds. The owner and very rude and unprofessional, I was looking for a bedroom set explained to him what I wanted he kept trying to upsell me on other things when I said I couldn’t afford it he made looks and unprofessional comments.. do not waste your time coming here!

I would strongly advise against this place. For one I was concerned when they asked me to use Zelle or cash app to make an $1,800 purchase that I had not received. I absolutely declined to make the transaction and the owner followed me to my car to persuade me to make the purchase using another payment method. I was definitely using my Amex for my own protection. However he agreed to use my Amex so I decided to go back into the store to make the purchase. I was told my bed and nightstand would be delivered in 2-3 weeks which was no big deal. After 4 weeks had passed I called the store to check my order status and did not receive an answer. I then get a text message, (Yes a text message) saying they missed my call what can I help with. They basically told me they did not have the King Bed I paid for, but they can exchange the order for a Queen Size bed or I can get store credit to find something else. What a joke of a business, completely unprofessional, and I would not recommend anyone to do business with them. They have these no refund rules and they make you transfer money directly out of your account so you can lose any protections that you would have otherwise had. I understand the no refund rule, however how can a business not refund you when they dont have your product or know when they would have it? If they had told me during the purchase they have no idea when I would get it do you think I would have paid them $1,800.. #ScamLikely

I am very pleased with the Bedroom set I purchased at Simos Furniture in Orlando, FL. It’s hard to order furniture, these days, there are delays and back/orders, but Simos delivered and I am so very grateful and happy with my quality product!

Very professional and helpful stuff. Highly recommend. They showed us various choices and made our decision very easy. Simo met us as soon as we came in the door and answered all our questions and then some. Other girls were always very courteous.

I was interested in shopping with this company based off the photos I seen on marketplace but after googling the business, seeing all of the bad reviews and unprofessional responses from the company, has definitely changed my interest. Based on the companys response under each of the bad reviews has proven how rude and unprofessional they are. I most definitely would never want to do business with a company like this! Poor hospitality, not very professional, no one was helping me find what I was looking for.

Workers of the store were very persistent, and pushy. I explained how my cat passed away on my couch (after battling cancer) and that I was in the market for a new one. They persuaded me to apply for the “accima” credit, I was approved for $2,500. After they explained I would get 24 months interest free and they would make a couch and rug work within my budget I signed for the couch/rug set. After the red flags of how pushy they were, they had me “cash app” them the first payment on the set.Well, when I got home that day my parents surprised me with a new couch so I quickly called Simos furniture to cancel my order. It hadn’t even been 12 hours since order was made. The receptionist was very rude, telling me she couldn’t “cancel” and that I had to call the credit company myself. Called the credit company myself, just for them to tell me that “simos furniture” has to be the one to cancel. When I got upset with the credit company, they were very nice and told me straight up that this furniture company “simos” was being dishonest with me. I called Simos again, and they again gave me the run around about calling the credit agency myself. When I explained what the credit company said, simos furniture just said they don’t do refunds and hung up on me.I called them again, and they explained they were going to deliver my couch/rug set TODAY (it was already around 3pm). I was very upset because I was getting ready to go into work and no notice was given. They never showed up.Again calling the next day, they explained I could cancel the order if I now paid a “restocking” fee for the couch/rug (mind you that I haven’t received). I asked to speak to a manger and they said one would give me a call ASAP.No phone call and 2 days pass by, then “simos” texted me asking if I can cash app them $609.20 for the restocking fee. What a joke, I will not be paying them anything, other then what they have already stolen from me.This place is a complete scam. They will over charge you, lie to you and treat you poorly. Please do not waste your time and money even walking into this place.

I am very disappointed with the customer service and quality of the sofa I purchased. I have reached out to the customer service and still have not had any response. when I receive the couch upon delivery it was dropped and had a few tears along the edges. The warehouse department never responded to my several emails. I have had the couch for five months now and the quality is horrific, the arm pieces when you lean onto them break and I would never recommend this place to anybody I know. I regret the purchase I made there and will never return.

I have been shopping at Simo’s furniture for the past 5 years because I like the quality of their furniture and how long it lasts. When I was younger I couldnt afford to buy furniture of this quality so I shopped at stores like IKEA and Urban Outfitter would wear within a year. Also the wood chipped much faster. As you get older you dont want to have to replace your furniture as frequently so you want to purchase something more durable. To this day I tell all my friends who come over and compliment me on my furniture, how satisfied I am with the quality of my furniture and I would recommend them to anybody!

Happened to find a listing of a couch on LetGo which is how I found the place. But upon arrival the couch we had found was too small for our liking. But the place had good prices on things and seemed good quality. Being a first time couch buyer Mohammed was there to help us and give us options and prices on things. Honestly the place seemed sketchy. Especially when it came time to purchase the couch we had used like CashApp and Zelle. I was worried they had taken my money and wouldnt give me my couch in return. But to my dismay. The delivery was fast and some problems had came up where there were things missing. But I had called and got everything resolved in one day which is great. The couch isnt perfect and has some minor scuffs and scratches on it but I can live with it. So overall the place alright and the customer service is definitely there. As I sit here and read all the reviews i see the place can be a hit or miss. Its safe to say i wasnt ripped off or anything and received everything with a little customer service involved. This place was a hit for me. Not entirely sure if I would gamble and buy something from here again but 🤷🏽‍♂️ then again maybe.

How do you have a specific price online (we confirm it also) then drive into the store waisted GAS and TIME!! For them to say it is now $499 not $399 (that’s is a $100 difference) and say well that price has changed now for that but let me see what is the best price we can give you!!Basically if you need to lie to the public (not customers because customers are people that actually buy something from you) To get them to come into the store, you guys really are bad and i can only imagine what type of owners this business has!! It clearly reflects on the store as i have been on hold now going 16 min waiting to speak to a supervisor or someone as my wife was the one that went into the store. I would like an explanation on how you advertise a specific product at a specific price and same day it changes by the time you make it into the store on the SAME DAY!!! i doubt i would get any response from anyone, but i have a better chance at telling everyone i know and hoping people read this and realize what they will be dealing with.Ps. This place is a scam will never buy from them again. Called about a bed that was damaged and they completely ignored my request to have it replaced. Great experience! No hassle, stress free sales person, I was able to wonder the store and not be hounded and once I had questions they were answered. Purchased a mirrored queen bed and will be back for more. The experience awesome and delivery was reasonably priced. When our bed arrived we had to put it together ourselves or pay for installation but it was quite simple and worth it. We literally went in one day and delivered the next day as promised. I’ve shopped with all the major furniture stores and honestly they could take a few lessons from Simos furniture in Altamonte when it comes to great customer service experiences.

I walked into Simo’s furniture I had an excellent experience I dealt with Simon and Jared they were very friendly helpful they went out of their way to help me find just the right items not only did I buy a full sectional six piece with multiple recliners but I also bought a dining room set coffee table and end tables and accessories.

Clearly the good reviews are fake, also, if you were right and had doubted my claim, you wouldnt have hung up on me and my attorney in fact 3 times, but you were disrespectful because you know you are wrong. I have pictures showing that you left my table out in the rain where water accumulated due to bad wrapping. The pictures show the exposed parts. Further I have filed a complaint against you with BBB for further actions and I will pursue through legal channels to get my full refund and protect others from scammers like you and Jared.

Really nice place and people. We were able to stop by get exactly what we were looking for. And the best part is they actually had it in stock. It was scheduled to be delivered the next day due to it being later in the evening when we got there. But something came up on our end and they were very understanding about it and held it a extra day for us. We got our chocolate brown sectional and ottoman also a area rug delivered today 8-11-17 we ordered it on 8-9-17. But like I said it was supposed to be here on 8/10 but because we had something come up it was held a day for us. We very much appreciate it. Will be doing more business with them again soon.

I got furniture from this place a couple of weeks ago when they delivered my furniture it was missing pieces I was never contacted about the missing furniture the only thing the delivery driver told me is I would receive it no date no time and still til this day I never received it i called the store a couples of times about this matter no answer I would not recommend this place of business to anyone

Buyer Beware! If I could give zero stars I would. Purchased furniture for my home. Couch dining room table. Couch is fine other then it comes in a box to be put together, but table came with chairs that were warped and didnt fit to table size. Contacted them to make them aware and ask for my money back, but to no avail. Apparently its exchange only . After looking through another catalog I found different chairs. Waited 4 weeks for them to arrive and guess what!? They arent the color that they were in the catalog. Called back to exchange them and was told that we couldnt. Basically sorry about your luck. Thats what you picked out. So, if you want a business who is not professional choose Simos. Any other furniture company would have returned or refunded the product. This guy will try to keep your money to any course. I really try to support small businesses but this is why people dont!

Well in the end my experience turned out fine, I loved my furniture. I just think the company could be alittle more informative on delivery schedules and answering the business line. And Im thankful that the manager did accommodate my family with a complimentary delivery....thanks alot and well satisfied with our furniture....!!!

Dont get scammed like I did. I got 4 items delivered, 2 of which were floor models that came without packaging. Was expecting brand new in packaging obviously. I received a large heavy crystal wall art with warped brackets from the way they had it mounted on THEIR wall. A mirrored nightstand was thrown into the truck with no protection and came damaged obviously (another floor model). When I contacted the owner/manager he said it left the store in perfect condition.. um okay well it was damaged in transit? No response. So Im stuck with a cracked floor model nightstand. Guy in charge clearly doesnt know how to run a business or care to retain customers.

Shockingly bad customer service. The first time I went in just to browse for a new couch. As I left the salesman offered to take $50 off the couch I was interested in. I haggled it down to $75 off and I scheduled to pick it up the next week. That’s when he hit me with I needed to pay upfront for the couch but charged a 6% fee for credit card transactions. I scoffed and nearly walked out again. He said I could come back with cash. I came back the next week after they called to inform me my couch had arrived for pickup. I handed him the cash and he said his delivery driver had actually brought the wrong couch. He said I could either drive to their storage facility on OBT to get the couch or take the floor model. I told him I would take the floor model but it was used and I wanted some of my money back. He initially insisted the deal was done and he could not give me any of my money back. I asked for the store owner’s phone number and he sighed and peeled off $20 to give back to me. Finally loaded up my couch after that ordeal. The only reason I’m rating it 2 stars is because it’s actually a really lovely couch.Bottom line: I wasted my time; learn from me and don’t waste yours.

Ive bought a lot of furniture over my years and found the service at Simos to be beyond exceptional which made the whole experience very pleasant. They are well-informed about what they sell. The furniture was delivered EXACTLY when promised and it is FLAWLESS. Ive referred my daughter there and I will be returning for additional furniture myself.

Luis was wonderful in helping to make a bad situation good when I received some damaged furniture. He along with Simon worked together to get my damaged stuff exchanged and Luis did a wonderful job of meeting me at my house and delivering the new furniture as specified.

This place is a joke- first time I went by the store and it was closed even thought the hours on the door said opened. I have been communicating with someone thru Facebook marketplace for 2 weeks trying to set up a time to come see a particular bed. Made an appointment to come in and see it when I go there they said they had sold it days before and tried to convince me to order something from an iPad instead of seeing it. I tried to explain that I wanted to see the item and the salesman was very rude to me and kept talking over me and not listening to me at all. I told him he was being very rude and then he said you can leave the store.I feel like they are doing a bate and switch to get people in the store to try to sell them something else. which is illegal and I have reported them to Facebook marketplace so hopefully they will get shut down from there.This is sad for me because so many people like myself who run an honest buisness and have to work so hard to earn people’s trust because of buisness like this. I tried to contact the owner and no luck.Save your time and energy do not go to this store!I have been contacted by the owner to try and rectify this situation and was informed that this employee has been fired.

Easy purchase. Very helpful and responsive. Went above and beyond to pull multiple items up to help my indecisiveness. Definitely purchasing additional pieces in the future here
