The delivery team worked a minor miracle lugging a pretty massive bar/buffet up to the third floor. I had told the salesperson that I was in a building with no elevator and on a high floor, and she assured me it would be assembled by the delivery crew with the 5-star delivery addon.Well, Im glad I bought that, because it came fully assembled, and it took a team of 3 very courteous gentleman to get the whole piece upstairs, with no real damage.With only a single small scuff that Ive already buffed and covered, the piece looks lovely and will be a great addition to the home.For the price and quick service, Im surprised at how quality it is, a very hefty wooden behemoth, it looks great and feels like it will last.

I had a great experience from purchase to delivery. Cliff, my sales associate at the Altamonte Springs store, was able to explain the details of the furniture that I purchased. When I had follow up questions he promptly provided assistance. The delivery was even nicer because I was one of the first stops in my delivery time window. Luis & Luis were extremely professional and were able to answer all my questions about the assembly of my furniture.

Went to 5 different furniture stores the day I went to American Signature. Upon entering American we were greeted warmly and with smiles. They offered advice and direction but never made us feel pressured. Anywhere we were in the store we were able to see them in case we had any questions. Every other store we went in the employees were all just sitting together on their phones and barely looked up let alone greeted us. Also when we were approached they just followed us from room to room and walked alway when we didn’t show interest in any pieces. It was very awkward and uncomfortable to shop in the other stores. American Signature has a way better and more beautiful selection of pieces and made us feel comfortable in our purchase. A very nice man named Marc introduced to the store on our first visit, and an amazing man named Henry Williams helped us finalize our bedroom set purchasing needs on our second visit. He was so sweet and made such a great impression on us, I will be recommending American Signature to anyone looking to find great pieces for their home. Have to add that even when leaving American Signature they even acknowledged us by saying goodbye, which again in every other furniture store did not happen. American Signature for the win!

Me and my husband went into the store and was promptly greeted at the front door. However, no one attempted to show us anything in the store. Then when we asked Henry Williams a question the female that initially greeted us tried to take over. The bottom line she wanted the commission but was not willing to show us the merchandise so she lost a sale. She is the reason the rating is a 4 instead of a 5. It was comfortable, looked stylish, fit our decor, and came at a great price.Delivery was also a piece of cake; we got an email with the estimated delivery date less than 24 hours after we purchased the furniture, a call confirming the delivery date 3 days before, and got another call updating us before the truck was scheduled to arrive. The delivery team arrived on time within the estimated delivery window, was very professional, and unpacked our sofa in minutes.Well be going back to American Signature for more living room furniture in the future!

I called the customer service department as my couch was being delivered to report that the couch had a few dirty spots. The representative was extremely courteous and helpful. American Signature scheduled a cleaning company to clean the couch this week. Things happen and its nice to have a company that stands behind their products!

I picked out a lovely mattress and took it home and discovered it was a little to firm for my liking. I called Mr. Clifford and he encouraged me to come back to the store to find a mattress that fits my personal needs. Mr. Clifford was very nice and genuine and made me feel comfortable and not rushed with switching the mattress. He resolve my issue quickly and efficiently.

Terrible experience, I waited six months for my couch. It was just delay after delay after delay. Cliff was awesome and the customer service reps I spoke with were nice, but the manager there was exceptionally rude. Im normally an even tempered person, I hardly ever get riled up. But I lost my marbles with how rude and dismissive the manager was with my concerns. They said I confirmed delivery, which I didnt, and that Id have to pay a $50 rescheduling fee. I waited 6 months for my couch only for a manager to dismiss me when I asked for the fee to be waived or mitigated. The furniture is fine, but Im never coming here again.

I normally dont post reviews, but I gotta say, this company absolutely sucks. Theyre employees are incompetent, they dont know what they are doing. Weve been waiting 5 months for furniture to trickle in and they lie about where items are. I had a nice conversation with Sue who was kind enough to issue a refund on the delivery fee. I appreciate her customer service, but I will still never recommend this company to anyone I know. Its too much of a hassel.

We absolutely love our new couches. Theyre super comfortable and made great. We had a wonderful sales person, Karen. She did not suffocate us and was on top of reading the room. She noticed that we sat on this set longer than others and by the time we got up to her to start the process, she already had them up on the tablet and got the ball rolling right away. I look forward to shopping there again for other pieces.

At first I thought my experience was great as they worked through my pickiness. However, when I got home, I noticed they charged me for one item but not the other which was a few hundred dollar difference. We discussed each item in great detail so there shouldnt be a mistake. I had to call and spend another 10 minutes getting it corrected.Then I was promised a certain delivery date and now that its close to that date, the delivery gets moved 2 weeks out.Furniture is good but service is ok at best.

They lie to you to get you to purchase their furniture. They told me a date for my Furniture to be delivered when I called to get an update on delivery they pushed my delivery date back even further they are not empathetic to the fact that I have been waiting almost 3 months for my furniture since purchasing it they stated there’s nothing they can do I am not satisfied with this outcome I don’t think I will be back here to purchase any more furniture in the future like I had originally planned

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. Let’s start off with buying a couch from them before Thanksgiving and was told that the couch wouldn’t be in stock until mid March. Totally cool because I wasn’t planning on moving until April. It was discussed that my pickup date for the couch would be 4/1 without any problems. Fast forward to today 3/24 and the couch is in and ready to be picked up. They called me twice without leaving a voicemail and the third time I answered and when I tried to explain to the lady on the phone that I couldn’t pick up until 3/31 at the earliest she literally said “You seriously can’t find time over the weekend to come pick it up?” What kind of customer service is that??So I called back asking for a manger Andean told there would be no manger in until after 12. I call back at 12:30 and still no manager can speak with me because he is in a meeting. I try to explain the situation to another team member and she tells me that they don’t typically hold the couch for more than three days. She explained that she would try to see what could be done and I even offered to pay to have it delivered on Wednesday 3/31. She had to do some research and call me back because when I mentioned that I had asked to pay for the delivery earlier in the process they wouldn’t accommodate.Mind you, I paid through their Acceptance Now program because it was 120 same as cash promotion. I really wish I hadn’t because the past two times I’ve gone in to pay off the couch they have REFUSED to take my money because they want to have a remaining balance after the 120 days is up. They give me the run around about how it’s helping my credit. It’s not because my credit doesn’t need any help. I’d like to just pay the remaining balance, but they will probably come up with some other excuse that wasn’t in the fine print. Funny how they took cash from me the first two times I came in, but when it came closer to the 120 days ending they would no longer take it?I still was not able to speak with a manager and the only solution that was brought up was to charge me for the delivery for the original date that I had asked for. I’d really like to be contacted by a manger because this whole couch saga isn’t right.

Leo and Michael came and delivered our new couch. They were here ahead of time and it was unpacked and set up in matter of about 15-20 minutes. Love this new couch, love this new modern design and that it’s different from the traditional sectional couches that are still being designed like it’s 1987!

DO NOT ORDER anything unless they’re immediately available. I have been waiting for the same bed to deliver since July last year. It’s been delayed twice already going on to their time. The “tentative day” keeps getting pushed back. We liked the bed that was unique and the sales rep said most it’ll be delivered in 2 months. It’s been 7 months now. I highly recommend NOT buying anything unless they’re immediately available. The model bed we saw was just for the store. They did offer half of the delivery fee waived first time delay in October and said it’ll be there end of January. I even received a call this week confirming the delivery and made arrangement to be off from work to be home. Today I get a voicemail they’re missing a part and the “new tentative day” is next 45 days later or so. The associate Christina (I believe the name) said there’s nothing she can do for the inconvenience and this soon to be 1 year anniversary of waiting for this bed. Poor customer service. Will be sticking to Ashley’s or city furniture, at least their customer service has been good when they weren’t up to mark.

Just had my couch delivered this morning by Leo and Juan. Ive had plenty of furniture/appliances delivered to my various homes by different companies and you always hope the delivery guys are going to treat your product and home the way they would treat their own. These 2 fellas are a prime example of not only professional, polite and respectful but also get the job done quickly and neatly. The store scheduled my delivery for today between 8-10am but told me the delivery guys would call on their way. Leo and Juan called me when they were 15 minutes away which was plenty of time for me to step out of work, I let them in and within 22 minutes (I was timing myself for how long I was out of the office) my sectional couch was carried inside (very cautiously avoiding bumping any walls and even wiping their feet with the heavy sections in their arms), unpacked and assembled with care. I offered to help them in any way with the process but you can tell these guys have been doing this a while so I just stayed out of the way. Leo and Juan were friendly, they answered some of my questions regarding the new couch, they were very respectful and professional while inside my home, cleaned up the cardboard and plastic packaging and away they went. We need more people like these 2 guys in that industry, thank you again guys!!-By the way I just wanted to add a quick note about Tim, the sales rep in the Altamonte location. Tim was great! After shopping around numerous furniture stores in the area for a couch, we finally decided on one of the sectionals we liked from American Signature. Tim was very helpful, polite, informative, and must say my absolute favorite part was that he did try to hound us or follow us around the store when my girlfriend and I told him we were just there to look around and take some measurements. He simply stated to let him know if we had any questions on any furniture and he left us to ourselves. I do not like being pressured by sales reps when I walk into stores and Tim was one of the only reps at the 5 stores I went to that did not follow me around the store when I stated I was just there to look around.We will definitely be back soon for more furniture from American Signature as long as we get Tim, Leo, and Juan.

Update: The back of the couch broke on the bottom where you sit. We called and they said it was covered under warranty. They sent someone out a couple days after we called. The said they would order a part to fix it. After nearly 3 weeks and many phone calls to figure out what was going on we were finally told they were just going to replace the whole section (love seat next to the chaise).Kevin and Martin came out and quickly got it changed and they arrived an hour ahead of the initial arrival time frame of 2-4!Moved down to 4 stars due to durability of the wood (looked like pine which isnt super strong but is light). We were also told dogs should be fine on it. The fabric definitely looks well worn compared to the new part of the couch. Still a VERY comfy couch and would recommend especially if you dont have pets.(Old/1st part of review) David and Goe did an awesome job delivering our couch! Steven did a great job helping us find a great couch for our space. Very informative about what all they have to offer and the different seat types. We went with the 4-piece Winston sectional with the Cumulus cushions. I am 63 so I wanted something deep and pretty tall. I can sit back and look like an average height individual in this couch. The lumbar support pillows are great since you can sit all the way back and your legs sticking out and dangling. Overall great experience and great purchase. Dont forget to tip your delivery people!

First off, all of the staff have been pleasant to deal with and the furniture is reasonable quality for the price, however... Last October we ordered a 4 piece bedroom suite. At that point it arrived as promised within a few weeks. Unfortunately, upon delivery it looked like it came from a scratch and dent sale so we sent it all back. After the New Year we received a partial shipment of two pieces. I picked them up myself unopened... got refunded the delivery fee. So far so good. Was told the remainder was delayed till March... OK... One of two identical pieces (nightstands) showed up in early May, picked it up myself, was in good order. I was told the last piece would be available June 22. Just got a note that it wont be available until August now. Going on 12 months, Really??? Last time Ill buy anything from them now.... Its back to Hagerty and Baer for now on. Oh and MT, dont bother to respond, this for the publics consumption, not your companys platitudes.

I was greeted at the door by Henry Williams. He told us to look around a let him know if we needed help. He found us about 10 minutes later just to check on us. He let us know of some promotions they were having. I love that he gave us space and didnt keep hounding us. He was very friendly and professional. I will look for him again next time!

On black Friday I was passing by American Signature with no intention of buying anything. In passing, I saw a lamp Id been coveting for months now but had only seen online, and in my procrastination hadnt taken the time to order.I went inside - quickly deciding that regardless of price I would be leaving with that lamp (forgetting one usually has to order the inventory and wait for weeks before you could pick up or it be delivered- as had happened with my bed that I had pre-ordered from American Signature months prior.)This is where this great, friendly personality, consultant Henry Williams comes in. He greets my family and I and immediately makes us feel comfortable and acknowledged. He was extremely attentive, full of wit and was impressively resourceful. He answered all of our questions and concerns with a cheerful and willing disposition. He somehow works this elaborate magic, because next thing you know, Im walking out of this place with everything I want and need (my highly coveted, aesthetically pleasing floor lamp and my scrumptious faux sheepskin rug...ugh, I love them so much), at these HUGE markdowns! Best day ever!He went above and beyond to make sure this moment happened for me with little to no hassle.I am so thankful for his hardwork and his exceptional customer service, despite having worked a long shift the day right after Thanksgiving his spirit of service did not waver. He showed up and showed out and made my experience at American Signature that much more enjoyable. Thank you for that pleasant black Friday experience - my first one ever.

Ask for Henry Williams. He was very helpful, and answered all our questions without being pushy. Most of all he is honest. When we didnt see exactly what we wanted he was quick to answer and give us options. Henry made it a very pleasant shopping experience.

Henry Williams was very welcoming from the moment we walked into the store. My wife an I truly had no intention of purchasing that day but with Henry’s knowledge of the current sales and promotions, he made it easy to understand and easy for us to make our purchase. Henry didn’t stalk us in the store and allowed us to make decisions without pressure and persuasion. We will definitely be making our next purchase with Henry. 5-star customer service!

The service I received at American Signature Furniture was excellent. Mr. Cauthen is a real asset to the sales team. He not only helped me find some of the best deals, but he was congenial, funny and made sure I found everything I needed. Additionally, my furniture was delivered even earlier than originally scheduled leaving the rest of my day free.

Still own our furniture from here after 15 years. Quality and value are found here. Mostly indoor furniture. Across from Costco in Altamonte springs.
