The Apple store in Altamonte Springs were absolutely Amazing, knowledgeable, quick but also took the time to find out what the actual problem was with my phone and had the repairs done within 2 hours. If I would of had to get the phone completely replaced through a phone company it could of taken up to 2 days. I noticed everyone who was working there did an exceptional job with all of their clients.

Actually this is not a store. This place is designated as a repair shop for your Apple devices. You have to make an appointment on line first. Probably the busiest place in a whole Mall. It start to make me wonder about Apple product quality.

I went in for a warranty replacement and had confirmed availability the day prior of the Airpods that were to be replaced. Showed up on time and was told they did not have the airpods and there was nothing else they could do. This was the second store and appointment made that did the same thing. They had no care or concern for my time do to the amout of customers in the store. Neither employee I dealt with had any customer service skills as I guess they are not needed for a job at Apple. People will buy their product regardless of how they are treated and they know it. Sad times for this generation of selfish individuals.

This Apple stores staff is horrible. I purchased a iPhone from this Apple store online for in store pickup. Went in to pick up the iPhone that I purchased out right and they said there was a block on the order. They said they don’t know what the block was and I have to call to fix it. I called while in the store and the Apple representative on the phone had no idea what was wrong and never heard of a block on a order. The Apple employees in the store basically said sorry we can’t release your order until the block is gone but I don’t know how to fix it. Also the mask policy in the store is ridiculous, the employees and security care more about bothering everyone every two seconds about face masks more than their own products.

My bf and I went into the Apple store READY to trade in our XR for the 12 Pro. We walked into the store and was NOT greeted and after standing there for over 25MIN no one ever asked us if we needed help but proceeded to stand near the entrance and greet other people as they came in and ask them if they needed any help. So they lost 2 sales and we UNFORTUNATELY left without new phones. 100% DO NOT recommend this location to anyone, will gladly go to any other one.

No one cares about you. My insurance company won’t replace my phone because it says is a guarantee issue. I agreed, the issue w apple is that even if both white strips to detect water inside are still white is enough evidence that water “wasn’t there”. He showed me a screw! And said, is dark so that means water “was” there. Fine, but how water got there then? According to them the “seals” are still good so if water got inside was trough “other access ways” by “ water submersion” for too long. Never have I done that! Apple is NOT what is used to! Me and my family, unit of 5 are 2 generations lost for apple..due to the lack of quality and customer service! Wanna waste your money in trash? Get and Apple!

This store is random chaos.No greeter to ensure people are helped in order of arrival, no sign in sheet, no counter or desk. There is absolutely no guidance for what to do upon arrival, except to wander aimlessly around this store until out of frustration at being ignored you rudely interrupt someone, so you can check in for a “genius” appointment. There is no oversight-no one with the “big picture”. No way to ensure someone waiting 20 minutes is helped before someone who just walked in. This new concept of total open disorganized random chaos is a joke of a business model.

I brought my daughters computer there to have it checked out I made my appointment and waited about 5 minutes before I was take it back and told about the process of repairing my daughters computer. Seem very simple and straightforward I am as of now waiting for the computer to be completed and I will pick it up when its ready. Thank God I had the Apple Care save me big bucks

Drove all the way to this apple store to get a screen protector and a case for my new iPhone 13 pro.They told me they don’t have an applicator to install the glass screen protector.Wasted my time coming to this store.Installing these screen protectors is one of the biggest features people come to the store for.Very disappointed.

Cracked screen.. My experience was fast, efficient, friendly, & respectable! I had to give info to Apple employee to generate my “repair ticket” then he took my phone and gave me a return time (about 2 hours) once I returned it took about 15min to be sure all functions were in order ( my phone had to be replaced couldn’t be repaired ) and all content was transferred. Then I was on my way!

Theyve completed revamped this location and it looks great! We popped in just to see the new digs. They re-opened their doors a little later than anticipated due to the hurricane, but it was worth a few extra days wait.The new location is bright, airy and open. It feels like you are walking into a boutique with natural light. Everything is spaced out nicely and they have tons of display merch out for you to look at and test out.Personally I dont own Apple things, but I get the draw to them. This store is a great space and loving all the updates.Overall: AGreat newly re-opened location thats been completely redone. Loving the new look!

Talk about the A TEAM! Even with Apple being slammed inside, never is there Delay in customer service. I find it very impressive that the whole store seems to be working together to meet all customers needs.I was quickly able to get in and out during lunch hour while picking up order I had placed online. They also have a kid section for kids to be able to interact with the Apple devices.Apple does host classes for those who are not Apple sappy, I typically stand around listening to all the cool tricks the Apple technicians are teaching new Apple users.Definitely a must see and switch to Apple!

It was my first visit to the Apple store due to an issue with my IPAD. Kenny was attentive to my concerns. He did the diagnostic on it and explained my options to obtain a new IPAD. Mt tablet had taken up writing on its own all type of jibberish. John was trying to help get the new IPAD ready for me but we couldnt obtain the code from the old tablet due to it writing continually on its own. He finally took it and attached a keyboard to it and he was able to get the necessary codes. I was so impressed with the level of gracious service I received. Thank you Kenny and John for helping me get the best service and product for my needs. Awesome job.

Well, the most reliable brand Apple went bad. I have arrived to the store with my Mac book pro 2017 that suddenly had a pink screen. I have googled it and YouTube it before I went to the store so I could possibly troubleshoot it myself. To my shock, I found 1000s of videos and forum discussions that many had identical issue. All posts had 100s of comments, stating the same. It is the hardware issue for many lab tops that are 2017. Many went to Apple. Apple is well aware of the issue, yet acting like they do not know what is going on, Harding a hearty free of $500 to $700 dollars to fix. Now that I gave a bit of the background story, I am going to describe in great details my experience at the apple store. I have arrived to the store and was informed that it will be 45 min wait. It was OK, since I have been to apple service before.I have asked to speak to the general manager and was informed by Khalil, who made my appointment at the door that he was one. I have elaborated my issues, saying that is unfortunate that the apple store has already a 3.5 review and something needs to improve. In response, he say: then you should not come here and go away elsewhere. WOW. And this is a general manager’s response. No one apple store and products are on decline of the quality. I was told 45 min of waiting time, soI have planned accordingly, arriving back to the store 45 min later. The appointment was pushed back twice and I was able to see my service tech at the very end of the day. My tech professional, Phil said that he has no idea how to fix it, so it will be sent out for service and yes, I will pay for it regardless that 1000 it not 10000 of people are having identical issue. I did show him all the YouTube videos . Well, not good store experience. The scheduling is bad. The general manager’s response to go away is bad and the fact that the store makes you pay for the issue that obviously not the customer issue but a hardware flow. I will never come to that store again and possibly stop using Apple products.

Don’t bother scheduling an appointment here if you live in the wrong side of Orlando. I missed my appointment by 10 minutes due to the disaster that is exit 92 on I4 and they canceled it without warning. Due to Apple’s awesome store design I got to watch 9 associates standing around play on their phones while the manager told me that no one could help me.

I am very disappointed with Apple Store in Altamonte Springs, Florida not only was I discriminated but also treated extremely rude. I went to the store to buy a MAC Pro and an iPhone 12. While in line I had told their staff what I was interested in buying. Once it was my turn to go into the store I was told I could only go in if I purchase the item in full price/ cash. This rule is NOT on their website. I then proceeded to call Apple Customer Service, I was on the phone with them for over an 1 hour. The representative from customer service asked me to speak to the manager. I then spoke to one of their staff members and I was told I could no speak to a manager. The representative called the Altamonte Springs store 5 times and could not get a hold of them. I did not appreciate the way I was treated during my visit and I was told there was nothing they can do.

Terrible customer service. Appointments are required but no notice of this sudden requirement. Security at the door saying you need an appointment. You call for an appointment and they tell you that you must purchase online and make an appointment for pickup. Apple Stores are strictly for pickup only. Leave and go to Best Buy and done in 30 minutes. Much better customer service!! Never will I deal with Apple again!!

They remodeled this store, not sure why but its different now. The staff here are always aware of your presence, understandably, because everything in this store is more than 500 bucks. That does translate into good customer focus and immediate attention given to newly arriving shoppers. Seems like they hire very smart and personable employees. They look the role dressed in their Apple garb. BUT they sure do know about Apple products. I mean everything about their phones, tables, and computers down to the hardware specs...amazing!Apple is way more expensive than say the Microsoft store. That is primarily because Apple hardware is top of the line and supported by experts. The new stuff just keeps coming from Apple. If you buy Apple expecting to get the latest and greatest your doing to be confused. Apple has an event every 6 months with new products and old product upgrades in hardware and software. WOW and double WOW!

Can you post a zero star review? We wont tell you the managers name, wont even let you talk to him/her. Tech support says return the computer. Leader (Daniel) we can only give you a gift card despite the problems being identified prior to the holiday return window. But wait, while we dont have the model that is yours (brand new Apple chip and Big Sur OS, that is not working and resulting in multiple reboots while using for internet only) you can buy the next model up...its only $300ish more.SO buy a more expensive computer with a chipset that may not be stable with standard internet things like Youtube and I should spend more money on the system.Who is the store manager? We are all leadersI would like to talk with the general manager? I wont give that name out. I would like the manager to get on the phone to discuss. My IPad charging port malfunctioned on Sunday morning. I called Apple and they diagnosed the IPad and said I would have email it in or go to a store. The Altamonte Store did not have any appointments available so I had to come in as a walk-in. They lady online was awesome and setup the case number online. The process was smooth and easy and she spoke my language as a primary language. I was not sent to an Indian phone room with a representative that did not speak English understandably.Thirty minutes later I arrive at the Apple Store and signed in. The wait time was 1 1/2 hours and they said I could go anywhere in the mall to wait. 40 minutes later I was texted and informed I was next. I checked in the store and had my IPad diagnosed by John. He was knowledgeable and informative. He verified the charging port was defective and I was given a replacement I-Pad with no hassle or excuses.My IPad was backed up and loaded on the new IPad which was the longest part of the process. I was very please with the Apple phone and store service.

I came in today for a scheduled Genius Bar appointment. From the moment I walked up it was nothing but a positive experience. Winsal the security guard greeted me with cheer and a calming spirit while conducting the temperature screening and directing me to the proper spot for my appointment. Once it was time for me to enter the store I was greeted by Leishla who took care of everything that needed to be tested on my phone before submitting it for repair. Leishla also was very helpful in picking out the proper case for my new phone. The staff at this location are always so helpful and compassionate.

This afternoon, I visited the new, Altamonte Apple Store and spoke to a Mr. Cisco, who was extremely patient, courteous and helpful. Helped me setup a new email address, as I recently retired and needed to change my business email to a personal email address. He spent a great deal of time, very patiently, walking me through the steps to do so, and setting up new G-mail address on my Apple I-phone and laptop. Hopefully his superiors read this and he is recognized for his good work and great attitude!

This store (and all of Apple for that matter) sells products that break on their own right after the warranty period ends, and only advise that you buy a brand new, extremely expensive Apple product that will once again break in a couple years. They will not help you. They will not treat you with respect. And they certainly do not value your time. They will cancel your appointment without telling you and not offer you a new appointment. They will not work with you on anything. They will lie to you, and they will do it with a smile. They are a large company that does not care about their customers and this store exemplifies those characteristics. Shame on this company and shame on all of their pitiful, emotionless employees.

I went to this store for service after Best Buy failed me. I live an hour away from this store. Despite the Apple technician assuring me he would take care of my concern the visit to Apple took almost 2 hours and I had to jump through many hoops that a customer should never have to. I rated my visit and the supervisor called and left me a voicemail which told me a lot about the store. The supervisor did not want to hear my feedback, basically this store is going through the motions. Disappointing.
