I highly recommend this company to anyone that is having computer issues. The tech, Ernie was amazing. I called them and within minutes he responded to my home, took my computer back to the store, repaired it , brought it back to me and reinstalled it. Ernie made sure everything was working properly before leaving. For all the work he did the price was incredibly reasonable. I never received that kind of service from any of the commercial repair shops. He was professional, polite and did not try to sell me services I didnt need. I will definitely use them again in the future.

These folks are my heroes! I had a very bad computer issue and they resolved it in less than a day. Not only did they finish sooner than promised but the cost was less than quoted! I recommend them to everyone and feel very safe and warm knowing they are available to save the day.

In panic mode because a file transfer done by someone else proved to be a big mistake. Entire google account was lost and after 3 hours of self attempted restoration, one call to Ivan and he was able to recover and restore what I thought was lost forever.
