I have been doing business with The Futon Place for over 30 years. I bought 2 end tables and a coffee table which are in excellent condition. I have a sofa,chair and ottoman. I have recovered them 3 times. I replaced the sofa mattress once. The family who owns the business have always provided EXCELLENT service, if you are looking for furniture give them a consideration. The product is multi functional and durable.

I called them 4 years (!) after I bought my futon because I was having trouble closing it. They walked me through it over the phone, with incredible kindness and patience. Ive been happy with my futon, and their customer service is out of this world.

We ordered a full/twin bunkbed online. Could not see in a store, due to Covid restrictions. My wife and I were nervous buying a full wood set online, sight unseen.Wow, were we impressed. Easily the best priced set around, we ordered on Monday 4/27, it was delivered on Friday 5/1. Steve the owner called multiple times to update. Dave the delivery person was prompt and friendly. We were so thrilled by the price, we also ordered a chest of drawers and a dresser. All high quality, solid wood, easy to assemble, and easily the most solid and secure bunkbed Ive ever seen. My wife is happy, my 2 sons are thrilled. We will definitely be return customers.

Needed a new mattress for my grandsons futon. They had a great selection and we bought one there. Great customer service! Nice people. Liked the variety of beds there too!

Very informative people in the store. They were knowledgeable about the products, and competently discussed the options, took the order, and arranged quick delivery. Its not like a store where you order something and six weeks later it gets delivered. They have a good inventory - they keep almost every possible option that they carry in stock in their warehouse. They deliver as far away as Georgia or Miami, FL.

I visited this business almost a year ago while looking for a bunk bed for my sons. I stopped in a few places before arriving here and the person was very attentive and responded to all the questions me and my wife had. Furthermore, I told him that I would like to verify other places before making a commitment. He said that he was fine with my decision because he can guarantee that he had the best price and quality in the whole area. He was right. I verified multiple other places, even RTG and the quality offered by all of them were very bad and almost double the price. I came back and purchased the bunk bed from The Futon Place. I assembled the bunk bed, except for the latter to the top bunk because my sons were sleeping in the bottom bunk. Fast forward to today, I purchased a mattress for the top bunk and started assembling the ladder. I noticed that the ladder had 2 left sides, therefore, I could not put it together. I visited the store and the attendant asked me a few questions about what I purchased and when I purchased it. I did not have the receipt, however, she looked for my name and the transaction date and found it. She looked for a complete set of the ladder, took the one I had in, and verified that I had the tools and parts to finish the job. They were extremely courteous then and continue to be exceptional now. I am planning to purchase the trundle from them very soon. Great experience.

Working with these folks to select the bunkbed we wanted was a joy. And the delivery was as scheduled and the installer fast and courteous. I highly recommend the store and the products.

Julie was helpful in helping my Daughther make the a decision to fit her needs and considering the her space. This company have been around for 20 years and they have a variety of futons. This is the worst furniture store I have ever dealt with. I rushed there after work one evening to arrive before they close at 6:30.They had closed their store early leaving no option for customers who came to pick up their order. It was an hour out of my way there and back. As as a result of this inconvenience, I requested a free delivery of my item. They refused to do so. So, I asked for a refund. I was then told that it would take three days BEFORE they would even process the refund and it would take three to five days after that before my money would be returned, so nearly two weeks to receive my refund. I dont want to fail to mention the awful way the women who answered the phone argued with me about what day I said I would pick up the furniture, implying that it was my fault that I was unable to pick up the furniture and had nothing to do with the fact they closed the store early. She also had nasty responses to my questions about my refund. She was very unprofessional and the whole store is incompetent. If you need furniture, DO NOT order from this store.
