What a pleasant experience! Visited this business today with my daughter-in-law. The shop was very well stocked, not crowded, and practicing safe and sanitary procedures. Both staff members were very helpful - specifically they were friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and compassionate. They put their customers first. When some adjustments were necessary for the wig we chose they brought in a stylist who made the changes on the spot. Fantastic place!

A little disappointed. I came here a few times because it’s convenient and close to my home but things seem a bit higher priced than at other stores I’ve been too especially for them not to have full variety of popular items. I came to this store yesterday and spent nearly $100 on hair that normally doesn’t cost me more than $70 (at most). I got home after running errands and realized i picked up the wrong color of hair. Tried to call back to ask about just exchanging it as the packs weren’t even open or used and couldn’t. The guy who answered said his boss doesn’t allow exchanges. Very disappointing for the style i was going for when i all wanted to do was swap the color.

I usually buy my items online but I stopped in to get braiding hair and a few little items after seeing the good reviews. It was a great experience! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been to a beauty supply shop and the service is so bad. It was the opposite here and prices were pretty good. Definitely coming back! :)

Took my wife there to look for a hard to find item and she was able to make the purchase. The staff was very knowledgeable and made sure all her questions were answered, even making great recommendations for complimenting her purchase. Great atmosphere and well stocked.

Came in yesterday with my boyfriend and got a few items. The item she recommended for edge control was very helpful and it works great! Will be shopping here more. Also the owner is so sweet and welcoming.

First off, let me share how incredibly happy my cousin was getting her two hair pieces today after undergoing chemo and losing all her beautiful hair. June was the lady helping us today and she was extremely patient and all smiles. That woman deserves an award for nicest sales person in the beauty industry and possibly a raise if her boss is reading this. She was very sweet and gave my cousin several options for hair pieces. She was attentive, nutruing and sensitive to my cousin as well. I originally had gone to another wig shop in Orlando but this one beats any of them out of the water. The wigs were affordable and they had so many to select from. You wont be dissatisfied here.

I just visited June Beauty Supply and was treated graciously by the staff who were very helpful. They had a good supply of natural products for my natural hair. I bought African Shea butter and Black Soap, ecostyler gel and edge control. Its nice to beattended by any assistant that knows about, and experiences, African hair.

June beauty supply has been in business many many years and everyone I know that purchases there is always satisfied. The owner is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and the employees are always friendly. I would recommend this business to all my friends and family.

This place is over priced ! Nothing in that store is worth what she is charging for it . By the way she’s locking the door behind u when u come in makes me feel kind of weird . I didn’t feel safe at all . A regular bottle of alcohol 5.99 that is beyond outrageous!!!! A human hair wig with a closure in the front not even the whole lace across the front 699.00 I will never visit that place again !

The store was beautiful and the hair was presented very nicely. His face was a little smaller than I expected but the customer service was great. They do have good hair but compared to other hair store they did not have deals. I would definitely return here for service again.

I have gone to this store several times (about 4) because there is no real ethnic hair supply store close to me other than this one and I wanted to really give this place a try. That being said: Its a no from me. Heres why:Each and every time i go there, no matter who I get helping me...they dont really know what theyre talking about. They kind of just mutter something that feels synonymous to a shoulder shrug type of answer. Like Im not sure, but it should be good. And once I purchase the item, its never what I really needed and I always regret trusting their advice, whether its hair or hair glue or everything in between.Also, they do not have variety. Im sorry but Ive seen other beauty supply stores that have way more of the basic items. If they choose not to carry it, that is obviously their decision as a business and i respect it. However, im just letting you know dear reader that the selection is limited (though it is well presented, i must say).Wig selection is not the best I have seen either, and that is also limited.I want to fully support a black owned business, but the business has to be thoroughly worth it for me. I have experienced better. But the people who work there are ALWAYS kind and the store is ALWAYS clean. I will definitely say that. They are always willing to help and are patient with you when it comes to deciding and asking questions. The customer service I appreciate.So for me its not a one-stop-shop as someone else stated. Thats a stretch. Its like a nice little pit stop if you have nowhere else to go (and of course in this area, for your needs this is the only close place available). If you dont mind a little distance, I recommend traveling to The Beauty Exchange or East Orlando Beauty Supply. Both places have AMAZING prices, a WIDE variety, and they have people there who are great with suggesting anything you need, whether its make-up, wigs, bundles, skin products, anything.

Today was my 1st time visiting. As soon as I walked in I was happily greeted. I asked for a specific product that I have been looking for and was taken directly to it, which meant they had it in stock where others did not. Both of the girls that work here were very knowledgeable about the products that they carry. The prices that are amazing and very comparable to other places. I dont think I will ever go to another store again!

I wish I knew about this place sooner because when I went in I was in a rush! Didnt get to spend as much time to see all that they had to offer. Will be returning!

Staff is very nice and the shop is nice also. The prices are higher when compared to the surrounding shops. IE a pack of Remy Pure is 64.99 14 inches vs a competitors price for 37.99. I was shocked actually because anyone who buys this brand knows that’s price gouging big time. So instead of supporting this shop I’ll go elsewhere.

I enjoy browsing the selection of hair products and speaking with June who is extremely helpful. I was disappointed today with my experience because a young black woman kept following me from aisle to aisle. I do not steal and do not want to be followed around as if I do. I do not feel comfortable shopping here anymore.

They have alot of great stuff. A little pricey but this so far is the best hair store Ive been to since i moved to central florida. Huge wig selection, braiding hair and hair products for it to be so small they have aloootttta stuff. Plus the women there are so kind.

I gave the store two stars because there is no exchange or refund. I bought a hair piece that did not match my color hair. I thought I could dye it the same as hair piece but it did not come out the same or even close, so im out $60 and a hair piece I can not use. Disapointed with the no exchange policy, I would have like to change it to a different color.
