Everyone was so kind and friendly and professional. They worked hard to repair my car quickly before I delivered my baby and kept me updated. Definitely recommend.

This is my second time dealing with Caliber for body work on my car from collisions and I absolutely love this company. Everyone is always so friendly and very professional. This last time I got my car fixed I dealt with Alex at the Altamonte location and he kept me up to date with everything on my car. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. They also help coordinate picking and dropping your rental car at their location when picking up your car which is awesome. I will always continue to use Caliber Collision for all my cars needs!

Really nice staff. The guy who worked with me for my claim estimate was a guy named Alvis. Really polite dude, really respectful and even stayed late to wait for me to pick up my car same day because I really didnt want to get charged by the car rental because that would have legit ruined my experience. I got my car back and I was impressed with the repair and detail. Shout-out to that body tech too. Aint too many in the customer service world, like these folks anymore. I went in expecting a whole lot of maybes but, boy was I surprise with serve Matt gave me. I was side swiped with red and black paint. My vehicle is brown truck. Matt looked at it and heard my story. From start to finish, everyone was very professional! I live in Daytona and it was 110% worth the drive. They work quickly and the repair was immaculate. They definitely went above and beyond. They even vacuumed my floor mats!

Went there this morning to have someone look at my front end after having a scary collision even though it was minor. Let me starr by saying they do awesome work. Origional time estimate to get my vehicle repaired was about 2 weeks. I have never before gotten as many regular updates on the status of a repair as they provided. They kept me in the loop on when parts were arriving and what part of the process they were in with the repair. In the end they somehow managed to cut the estimated time to complete the repair in half and had my vehicle back to me in exactly a week. I would highly recommend them as they are extremely professional, do great work, and make the process as easy as possible. If i could give more then 5 stars I would.
