This was my second time renting a car trailer from U-Haul, Altadena. Bluntly, from Logan, manager to Jaime, attendant delivered exceptional service. For example, once I completed my paperwork, I immediately received an agreement in my email inbox from Logan. Next, on my return, Jaime had the trailer disconnected (chains, hitch and wiring) before I could gather my stuff to exit the car. In short, I will most definitely recommend and share my exceptional service experience with anyone who needs a rental truck or trailer. Excellent work team!

Logan is the man. Super friendly and on point. Check-out and check-in was painless. I was running a little behind but Logan was cool about me returning the truck an hour later. The truck was clean and in great working order. For local moves, UHaul is the way to go.

Tire was low on air but they gave it some and everything was smooth.

On May 2, 202, We needed refill on your propane gas. There was at least 2 workers there one was just sitting not assisting other worker. The one that was slouching as he was sitting yelled out When he is done the other worker will help you. We were waiting a ridiculous amount of time because it doesnt take long for a refill. No team effort to make U-haul a better company.

Ive always enjoyed shopping at the U-Haul Moving & Storage of Altadena stores (including the one in Walnut Creek). The variety is extensive, fun atmosphere, and the employees are helpful and friendly. Prices are reasonable. Whats not to like?

I rented a 15 footer. The staff was great! When I checked out the truck Jake was thorough while checking out the mileage and scratches. The best was that I was given an extra day and it truly came in handy! When I reached my destination the staff in Sacramento was equally kind and helpful. Thanks for helping to make a stressful move less stressful! Based on these experiences I would definitely recommend U-Haul!

Shipped my belongings in November 2015 and was double charged 1400. It wasn’t at once or even a week later. I was charged the day it arrived, and then charged a MONTH later. It wasn’t a freeze, I was charged and couldn’t get it reversed. I was 18, had just moved to a new state and had to sell my first car to pay this so I would be able to pay my rent. I will never do business with uhaul ever again, regardless of my items arriving early and damage free.

Incredibly slow service. Understaffed on weekends. Dont go here unless it is off hours. Confusing paperwork that the employees dont even understand.

Great people here with great customer service i want to thank Chris especially he goes above and beyond and makes you want to come back to this location.

Propane tank refilling. On very busy days, employees are helping moving & self storage customers. You need to let them know you are waiting.

In store service is excellent but if you are waiting for a call back regarding something good luck getting it

I have rented from on two separate occasions and they have always been nice and friendly.

UNRELIABLE DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. I reserved a twenty foot truck for a move and the afternoon before I was supposed to pick it up uhaul contacted me and said that they had over booked and that I could drive close to an hour away to get the vehicle I was supposed to get here. I had friends coming to help move and having to spend an additional two hours in traffic was completely unacceptable for me and my family. Also would end up having to pay extra for gas and mileage. They cannot be counted on. Also the lady I spoke with acted like it was my fault that they over booked

They called and confirmed truck ready for rental. Drove 90 miles to get it and they did not have it. They dont care and will waist your time too.

This place is a nightmare. Ive had multiple issues which lead to me writing this review. First we reserved a moving truck a week ahead of time and then they called the day before to tell us they didnt have one for us even though we had already paid and reserved it. Another time I go into to buy 3 boxes and they have one guy working and hes out filling propane tanks the whole time. I finally just left with no boxes and there was still 5 other people in the store waiting to be helped.

BE WARNED - they swipe your card twice, charging you twice and cant tell you why. they also hold on to charges after youve paid them in full.Theyre also slow, arent organized and lazy. NEVER AGAIN at this UHAUL.

Cheap trucks rentals and at some locations there on site storage but employees all ways seem to busy for customers and there questions.

Constantly understaffed. For some reason, the person who helps you at the counter is also the person who hooks up the trailers. So the line waits while every customer is walked to their vehicle/trailer.

Buy my propane from them. Price is higher than other wholesalers in the valley but this is close by.

The charge a lot of money for large propane powered vehicles
