I had very stressful night here, you cant imagine how lazy this people are. I waited almost 11 hours to get loaded. Extremely Terrible. Dont ruin your night stay away from this place unless you had no idea what they are.

I was very much worried about this receiver from all the reviews I read. I agree 5 min befit appointment time to check in is kind off disappointing. My appointment was at 1100 arrived 1045Checked in and I was told about the 5 min then. Got a door to dock in at 1110 unloading started 1115 and I was out by 1230. So I am sorry my interaction was good.

Unloading seems to be fast, appointment at 7 checked in 6:30 almost done unloading by 7:15 AM. Also you can most likely park here overnight if you can find a spot. I parked in the back across the check in window

7:00am delivery but showed up the night before. They let me sleep on the property. Shipping office is all the way to the back of the building but don’t try to check in any earlier than 15 min before your appt. It is 7:41am now, as I’m writing this and they’re half way done unloading me already. My first time here and so far so good. 👍

When checking in I was told I will be worked in showing up late. If I showed up on time would I have been in and out faster? Advertising Resources, Shipping or to pick up Load u gotta come all the way back to the building from the last entrance of 11601 building. I Checkin at exactly 5:00pm Nd now it’s 8:55pm. Almost 4 hours on the Dock nd still not sure how long they gone take

Expect 9+ hours to stay drivers plz avoid this place if you can. rude unprofessional the shipping lady is rude to the drivers. My appointment was 2pm check in 1:30pm and was loaded by 11pm very terrible never ever come back to this shipper

Arrived for pick up 1 pm with 4 pm appointment, backed in dock 3.50 pm, 4.50 pm moved to another dock, left not loaded 6 pm, avoid this place or get your dinner before u check in!!!! Toxic

Firstly, thanks to all previous drivers for writing reviews of Kenasha Packaging warehouse, First Step for new drivers, go back if the building through alley way road to Door 27 for Shipping/Receiving. Second Step, Appointment Number, PO Number, CDL, your own pen, Cell number and park away from doors,. Third step, after discussing your appointment time, they will call you for Door and DONOT break trailer SEAL, back into assigned Door, conminicate with receiver, pull out and open doors and back in. Regarding time spent for me, it was 1 hour offload. Be on appointment time. Good Luck. Lot of overnight parking, portables.

Very rude receiver and lazy staff to unloading dont take half an hour early appointment. After appointment time they will call u for dock . Thats depend on them when they call. Waste of time at this location try to avoid.

Arrived at 1150 for a 1200 appointment, was told to come back in half an hour as they are on lunch which is fair enough. 45 minutes later I try to check in and no one is at the window. After waiting a total of an hour, I finally get checked in and they said they would call me in a few minutes to tell me what door to go into. 20 minutes later, I walk back over to the window and they tell me to back into door 8. After another hour they call me and tell me to go ahead and pull up and open my doors as they finally cut my seal. After sitting for another hour or so, they call me and ask me to move to door 3 because theyll be able to unload me faster. After sitting there for a few more hours they finally start to unload me, and to their credit, it was pretty quick once they started. I finally left here at 1845.

My appointment was at noon 12:00 pm. I checked in at 11:30 they instructed me to wait until they call to give me a door. They called me at 2:18 pm just to give me a door. Now I am at the door waiting for an hour and a quarter unfortunately they havent started yet. The people at this facility are lazy and unfriendly. And I dont have the slitest idea when I will be released??

Truckers avoid this company I had 8:00 am appointment now it’s 10 am they said we wil call u nobady called me yet almost 11 truckers are waiting no unloading going on they are sitting at the office doing nothing

So I had a 0600 live pick up... I got there at 0500, sign on window says check in 15min prior to appointment time, I checked in at 0530, got a dock door at 0615, and out by 0735..not bad at all.. you need to drive around back and str8 thru gate at dock door 27 to check in

This place doesnt have proper management. Second shift always late, always drama.

My driver has been at this location since 8am and they refuse to unload him and the staff there are very rude and arrogant and have no manners or courtesy towards the drivers, very unpleasant experience and honestly very sad that people at this company have no respect or regards for anyone.

Checked in at 5:15pm for 6pm appointment for live load,check out 6:20pm , pleasant and polite employees

Take by appointment, can’t load on time. Take 3-4 hours after appointment time. Stay away !

When you get the door, don’t brake the seal and park to the door, wait when they allow you to pull out and open the door, park to the door again for unloading, wait again

Appointment 10AM now its 2 PM still not empty. Girls(if you can called them girls) at window are very rude and dont care. Texting their phones while talking to you. I will never book with westside transport no more. They dont care at all called them few times and they keep telling me pe patients. 🖕🖕🖕UPDATE IT IS 330 AND I AM NOT EMPTY.

So what I e learned is this location has 2 parts, front & a rear. I would suggest backing into a spot at the front, head over to the window (be patient). If your in the wrong spot they will send you around the building to Dock 27.Have I.D. & P/U #7.......... MORE THAN ENOUGH ROOM TO MANEUVER. looks like they cleaned it up a bit since you alls reviews. Loading... well Ive been here since 8 and I dont even think they are half loaded with me. Unless Im pulling air. So still prep to sit. Turn your volume up on your phone and take a nap. Safe Truckin.

Arrived 1200, scheduled to load at 1300, and as of 1715 had not been touched. Cannot get any help from them, and telling driver they have not even pulled his load, and do not when he will get loaded. Had another carriers truck show up (2) two hours after our drivers appointment and was being loaded in 40 minutes of showing up. (I have seen this suspicious activity before, so my mind is wondering whether or not there is some underhanded activity going on--my opinion---remember this is Chicago, IL which is known for its corruption). This shipper is obviously NOT carrier or driver friendly. This means this shipper is also counter-productive for carriers and their drivers, thereby costing both value time and money unnecessarily. Make sure your rates reflect that if you are to do business with them. Personally I would put an additional $750.00-$800.00 fee somewhere (within the rates) to help offset the lost of productive equipment time, driver productive time (much more than that is driver retention in a market that most productive businesses realize is a nationwide problem, and are taking necessary steps to combat it by forming alliance with carriers and improving their in/out times significantly in some places). Drivers are deserving respect, not only for the job they do, but also for the conditions they encounter at shippers like this. Finally loaded 1846, almost 6 hours later.

Beware of the light skin lady at the check in window. She thinks she can talk anyhow to Truckers. Hopefully they get rid of her.

Pathetic place to deal with. Slow and dont care about you not being able to blind side into a dock.

Overnight parking space along side of building. Not much space for roaming, looooooooooong waiting period. Dont show up late, or they will hold you for hours on end. Lost a load waiting for these guys to give response.

6 hours plus loading and unloading

They unloaded me quick and even let me stay in the lot so I didnt have to find a place to camp for the night. Will make you wait if your late which is understandable I was 70 minutes late to y appointment

Appt 8pm. In dock at 7. Out 7:30. NO EARLY CHECK INS. Waited here since 2:30pm. Only allow an hour and a half early check in.

1 star just because I can’t take away any from them. Their scheduling is completely out of whack! If you are bidding on loads to and from this place ask for extra pay from your broker before hand at lease 4h worth. They are never on time! Or even close to that idea.

Arrived and checked in at 10:19 for 11:00 appt.At 10:30 I received a call with a door.Backed in with trailer doors closed. They cut the seal from the inside and then got a call to open doors. Pulled up and opened doors then backed in.10:45 They started to unload me...11:10 got call. Unloaded. DoneParking along side of customer building.

This place is great, they unloaded me & loaded me in less than 3 hours, & they had a lot of trucks. The clerks were nice & helpful.

Appointment was for 10, I showed up at 9 and was in a door at 930. By 1020 I was empty and on my way out. Cramped docks but would be 5 stars if not for the rude office lady

Showed up 30 minutes early for a 1pm load appointment. Assigned to door quickly and sitting in front of that door for 5 hours and they have not even opened their rollup door to load me. Still using the excuse we are pulling the load and will be with you shortly.. Do not come here you, will sit for hours if you dont speak spanish.

This is one sad place, where people are not motivated to work. Waited to get loaded for more than 7 hours. At the end they messed up load and had to fix it. Never ever again

Strict on appt times so be on time, not early and specially not late be here at the least 30 minutes early for p/u and delivery. They do take a bit to unloaded and load so bring snacks and a movie.

There early, told to come back an half hour before delivery time; came back then and was told load was supposed to be there the day before that they werent going to unload it. After 2 hrs was told by DM to find out persons name and a phone number to the place, all of a sudden husband has a dock door.This is not how a company does business, if they were super busy that would be one thing, but this is bull.
