We contacted Brian on the advice of the our cabinet supplier. He was great to deal with we had no issues. He sent to United Granite and Marble near Sox park to pick out slabs. They had a great selection and we found the perfect slabs. We had to select two, but Brian only charged us for the amount we actually used. Our counters came out awesome and everyone that has seen them has loved them. Highly recommend Brian and Pro Source Granite!

This is the 5th time that Pro Source Granite has done work for us in our home. We could not be happier as every piece of granite and quartz has turned out great. Brian, Roy and his installers are great people to deal with. Measured on Tuesday, installed on Friday! Plus at a huge savings! Thanks!

We looked at and received quotes from several providers. Pro Source was the best to work with and offered the best pricing saving us hundreds of dollars.The new Quartz countertops were installed yesterday. They look great. And the installers were friendly, courteous and clean.Plus, one of the installers had a Russian Blue cat like ours and was very knowledgeable about this special breed of cat.All in all from the first visit to Pro Source through installation, we could not possibly be happier.

This was my second time working with Pro Source, they did the kitchen in my last home. What an all around stand up place to work with!! Roy was right on with the measurements and Brian was very helpful with ideas and making a selection! Now that its done I couldnt be happier, what a streamlined and great experience!

Our initial experience was quick and effortless when picking out our counter top. We were told it would be approx a week before installation. The install date came and went, I placed many calls, for days before speaking with Brian or Roy. I was not happy that they didnt even return my call and that I had to chase them down. I was told my counter would be in later that week and would be cut and they would call me to setup a time. That week came and went also. I placed several calls and left messages and still no call back. I finally connected with Roy on a Tuesday and he said he would call back Wednesday to confirm either Thurs or Fri for an install. Wednesday came and went... Thursday I called all morning before connecting with Brian as he told me they would be out to install within a few hours. No prior warning, thankfully I was able to leave work early to let them in as I didnt want to miss the window and be put off even more. The counter tops looked great and were cut perfectly! The installers put them on and didnt align one side and were leaving as I told them to fix it as the cabinet extended further than the top, a quick fix and then they were loading up to leave. I had to again ask them to seal/silicone the counter to the cabinets as they had only done one side. From the top down, VERY unprofessional in my opinion! No communication from anyone, there is no schedule to plan as they dont keep with their promises. The product is great and cut correctly but I would rather pay a bit more and have better communication and not be left wondering. Good Luck!

I made a HUGE mistake using this company! I picked out 2 slabs of granite at MSI Stone, which I photographed. They came to measure and I assumed that they knew what they were doing. I told them I wanted the large vein ( approx. 4-5 feet) to go on my peninsula and bar area too. I sent the picture to Brian so there would be no mistakes. When they installed the granite, I realized that they did not give me the slabs that I had picked out. There was no vein. I called Brian and he was so rude and denied doing that, so I checked with MSI and they said they only hold slabs for 3 days, according to them he did not purchase for at least 20 days! When they put my cook top in place it did not fit and Brian told me I would have to move my gas line! They miss measured and ended up cutting the granite in my newly cleaned and remodeled kitchen. They did not tent or do anything to prevent the dust going throughout my whole first floor! After they finally left, I realized that they cut the granite short on my buffet area. The overhang is barely a 1/4 inch. This was a nightmare! I wish I payed attention to the one review. Please note there are zero good reviews, that says it all!

If you want to be treated like a jerk make sure you ask for Brian, who is one of the owners. We tried to get 2 pieces of granite for this joke of a company for 2 weeks. I just got off the phone with him and he couldnt have been more rude. We gave him specs for the the granite 2 weeks ago and he said he could have it ready in 2-3 days. When I called today- two weeks after I gave him the info he said he didnt know when he could get it cut.Stay away from this company!!!
