They don’t have anything they advertise on the website, tried to order like 5 different things and they only had one. How don’t you have birthday cake? Lol

Went back in October and opened a complaint and still haven’t heard back from the location. I went in to order pints bc I had a tmobile reward but then they didn’t have what I wanted. I asked about packing me one fresh but then they didn’t have the right size container. I asked can you just put the size I want in the bigger container and was told no. I ordered the bigger size and then saw the employee out their gloves on and opened the case to grab the ice cream container. He then proceeded to touch his mask while he was scooping my ice cream. While he was doing this he used the same gloved hand that he used to touch the scooper, the case, the ice cream container and his mask to push the ice cream down in my container. Disgusting. I want to back would give 0 stars if I could. 3 months and no one addressed my concern or tried to reach out to me.

Service is always good when I go. Nice employees. Good space to kick back and snack with friends, plenty of space and chairs.

My grandson and I like this place. They are always nice to us. They get our orders correct. Its with the product I have problems.I have 3 issues with this location.First - the price, way to high.Second - if they make a mistake they try really hard to make it your (my) fault. Things go wrong, they should just accept fault.Third - frequently their doughnuts have gotten hard and they are still selling them.STOP, after so many hours you know they dont last that long.They cost way to much to eat hard.It is a big treat to go get doughnuts, milk and vanilla chai. Its when we buy more than 2 doughnuts we run into trouble. The take home orders. When we sit down in here no problem, we have a great time. Nice environment for a talk and visit.I feel, They need to have the doughnuts delivered twice a day not once. As for sandwiches I have never gotten a bad one here, they are always correct.

The one employee was pretty rude , I can tell by her face and her attitude she didnt want to take my order , it made me just want to leave

I ordered hot coffee. I got Luke warm coffee. The window person was not helpful.

Went through the drive through at 2:00am. There was literally NO CUSTOMERS there, in the store or in the drive thru, I was the only one. I ordered a shake and the guy didnt even tell me how much it was. I pulled up to the window and looked in and and saw NOBODY, not a single staff member inside. I waited literally about 6-7 minutes, nobody, nothing. The guy didnt even come get my money. 10 minutes, still nothing, nobody. I looked to the right and saw about 5 cars had gone through the white castle drive thru while I was waiting like a scmuck, so I pulled out and drove there.

Prices for things must have gone up at baskins & this location is very stingy. I haven’t even drank from my shake yet.

Ordered a mini cappuccino blast with whip cream and cinnamon at the drive thru, couldnt hear the employee over the speaker so I said sorry whatd you say? She responds in an irritated tone: pull around. Get to the window, the cashier didnt get my order right, I said excuse me politely and she ignores me until the 4th excuse me. Still doesnt get my order right. Really rude employees, Im from Texas and Im accustomed to friendly curteous service so I was a bit taken aback by the behavior Of the employees here.

The young women who work the night shift at this location are so rude and have no customer or work ethic whatsoever. Been here twice, disappointing both times. Will contact district manager

Order was completely wrong and didnt get a spoon for ice cream. They also were out of like, everything. Screw this place
