Today I just opened up a new line. Lety is amazing. She has outstanding customer service skills, very detailed oriented and knows her job well. I will recommend this location because of Lety. I actually called another Cricket store and they were very rude. I decided to call this Alsip, IL location and because of Lety speaking to me on the phone telling me to come in and help me I was relieved. She also helped me save $50.00. I would like her supervisor to know that Lety should be recognized for her outstanding dedication to the company. . Thank you Lety.

It was great experience, my husband and I we went to get a cellular line service and the great lady she was so attend with us and help us with all phone details and she gave us $10 discount from $80 service because we didnt have all money. Im pretty sure that this business itll become so successful for the help to all the customers. People can appreciate when we get some help. On this time everything cost money and nothing its free. So I thank full to this wounderfull lady and good luck to her new business.

This location Ive been a customer for about 4 years now they are very unpredictable. Sometimes i have a good experience and sometimes im confused. They let go and hire a lot of different people very often.

Horrible service there a phone took 2 hours to get,was charged twice thru my bank because they said it didnt go thru on there computer here at cricket and it did,the girl put the store address on my billing receipt instead of using my PO box and I will be up there to have it changed immediately,the entire thing of purchasing a phone and service seemed so shady,this was supposed to be a new phone I told her I did not want a used or refurbished one,it had 67 apps Im sure it was USED Dont go there cant trust them and my glass cover protector had spots all over it on the sticky side a waste of 10 bucks

The customer service at this location was HORRIBLE! I NEVER had the salesperson total attention because he was multi-tasking. This RUDE and ARROGANT salesperson identified himself as the owner which is very hard to believe!! smh. If that is true, this store is in trouble. I dont think if I was a man I would have been disrespected! There was some confusion about me switching over my phone... additionally what should have taken approximately 15 minutes took almost 45 minutes because he was multi-tasking. I strongly suggest you stop trying to multitask because you do a Horrible job at it! Cricket should have you take customer service 101 again because your customer service is bad! There is no place for Arrogance and Rudeness in customer service...and just like you said to me that doesnt make sense! I would NEVER step a foot back in this store again and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone. Terrible experience with the alleged owner and a Poor representation of the Cricket brand!

They dont answer the phn. We went 2 weeks ago on a Sunday at 5 pm and they were close when they were supposed to close at 6pm

Clearly this store has changed hands and since doing so the customer service is terrible. Be careful how youre swindled here and what kind of deal you get. Dont worry you wont ever be able to return any of it either. Regardless of their policies either. Scammer city.

I love going to this store location because theres a girl name Carla that always helps me out with my phone problems she has great customer service compare to the manager hes always rude & over charges for all my things never helps
