The salvage process is complex, primarily due to the states strict policy. However, Illinois’ lack of clarity on a solution is impossible for the average resident to decipher. Joe was not the cheapest licensed rebuilder I stumbled upon, but I went with my gut & am so grateful for that.Even before money exchanged hands, he was responsive, knowledgeable, prompt & professional. He simplified, went above & beyond and will, without hesitation, get my business again one day. Joe helped me with a TX salvage title. He was quick and delivered my paperwork to me the same week. He even included a detailed checklist to make sure I had everything ready for the inspection. He responded to all questions quickly. I should have contacted him sooner. I was dreading the rebuilt title process but he made everything really easy. 5 stars for sure.

Stopped in to look at a few vans. They said Joe wasnt in until the following day but gave me a price on the vehicle I was eyeballing. I called the following day spoke to the main man he said he was busy running around and he would be in later. When I asked about the price he said he didnt know but that it was definitely way higher then what I was told. He said he won all me back with details and a time I could come in and check it out. He never called never gave me a price and I never got to test drive.. the vehicle still sits there a week later. Clearly they didnt want to sell that same day I went up the street and bought a newer model.

I contacted Joe to assist me in obtaining a rebuilt title for my car. I had looked many places and had not found anyone that seemed reputable to assist me in going from a salvage title to a rebuilt title and understanding the process. I reached out to Joe. Within one day I received a packet from Joe outlining the steps to receive a rebuilt title for my car. He even went as far as to include a prepaid envelope addressed to the correct department at the secretary of state. I followed the checklist of paperwork needed and have sent all forms to the Secretary of State. I would still be lost and probably paid someone that didnt know what they were doing if i didnt find Joe and his business. Cant say enough good things about his communication and professionalism.

Was trying to figure out how I would complete repairs on a salvage jaguar and get a rebuilt title. Well Joe and his team handled the minor repairs I needed and the paperwork and I received my title no issues at all. If you buy a salvage car, please call joe first to work out a plan. Joe got it done! Was given a bike by an acquaintance, tried to get it registered and titled, came back salvage from some other state, bike has nothing structurally or mechanically wrong so searched the interwebs for a solution.Thank God Joes info popped up!Its worth it if you have a ride that had a similar situation to mine, got my rebuilt title, bike is streetable and now the miles are climbing!Yeah baby!

This place is a rip off scam, my girlfriend baught a vehicle from here literally had it less than a yr paid almost 5 grand for it. She babied it she did all the schedule maintenance on it. Within a month of having the vehicle, it started to fall apart like literally everything started happing to it from underneath the hood to the tires barimgs tie rods trans mision literally everything we bought it for almost 5000 dollars n put about another 3 into it finally i decided enough is enough im not puting nemore money into that thjng. Tn the crazy thing is she barley put 4000 mile on it in the yr she had it. Obvisly this guy new it was a matter of time before it was gna start doing that.

Joe is the MAN! I was so worried and concerned that I wouldnt be able to get a drivable title for a truck I bought at a Copart auction. I had 1000 questions and Joe was patient and thorough. Joe is a little expensive TO ME but COMPLETELY worth the peace of mind to get the process completed CORRECTLY. The process is quite involved so dont bother trying to go around the crooked IDOT system. Just accept the fact that if you have a salvage title and you want to drive that car LEGALLY in illinois, you gotta pay the toll! That said, THANKS AGAIN JOE.

I have been here two different days & still giving me the run arounds, theyll tell you what you want to hear just so you come in and waste your time. Today Some man came in there & they had supposed to fixed his car, told him it was ready today & he was pissed he said he car still doesnt drive & he gave them $700 a month ago and still left without his car or money . Ameer had us waste time. Once we walked onto lot, no one greeted us. Ameer came out 5-10 MINUTES later to smoke. Seen us standing out there and still didnt acknowledge us. Finally I had to ask a mechanic for help. And he brought us ameer. The Nissan I was interested in, he didnt have keys for. After about three times of him calling the owner, we decided to leave. He left no wiggle room on sticker price. But he obviously wasnt trying to sell anyway. If in that area, drive over to ez motors.

Granted I JUST left the place with a friend if mine whom was coming 2 check out a van for working and form whay I saw it was presentable as well as the employers were polite and helpful so... theyre A ok with me...

All of this is false advertising. They not who they say they are and defitnely not good at what they say they do. Its more to it then you think. There very unprofessional and unfit. I wouldnt recommend nobody go up there and waste your time. Defitnely not worth it.

Before you go in there regardless of what they say over the phone make sure you have a BANK ACCOUNT or a HIGH CREDIT SCORE and you have to make $2600 a month before taxes and the cars are overpriced!
