Dont use this place. Apparently they charge $7, almsot double, to ship a USPS small flat rate box. It is completely ridiculous, all they do is hold for the postal service to pick it up, and they charge almost double the $8.30 to do so.

Bought a $30/hat 2 days ago. Got it home, doesnt go with the outfit I bought it to match. Called the store telling them I needed to return it. Sorry. No returns now bc of whatsw going on. I replied No sign or stamp on receipt saying that. Silence on the there end.

They were willing to drive to Golden Acorn to help us out with Notary paperwork! A+++++ in my book. Even one of their employees was willing to stay extra hours at work so they could take care of it for us. This is the best experience I have had and they suggested meeting us there. AMAZING!

Nicest people, friendly and efficient on all levels. The store is clean and very attractive. All kinds of gifts for anyone on your list. This store definitely rocks.Never a long line so you get in and out fast. You can get copies made while you mail your letters or just look around at the many awesome, unique gifts and jewelery throughout this store. I highly recommend it! Go check it out.

I would rather take all of my business to these guys than the post office. They are always super friendly and work fast to get me out of there in a timely fashion. The new owners have really stepped it up in there within the past few years. Postal Annex handles all my shipping and printing projects and even helped me design new business cards for my business, going so far as to download a special font for them. My cards came out great. LOVE THESE GUYS!!!

Wonderful customer service. I live in both Europe and US and they are always available to help me in person or by phone (when Im in Europe). Matter of fact Im going this afternoon to mail a phone to Romania :)

Love Postal Annex Alpine! Best Customer Service ever!!! We opened a box here after finally getting fed up with after 10 years at the Post Office in Grossmont Center. WORST PLACE IN THE COUNTY!!!!!! However, our experience at Postal Annex has been the exact opposite. The Customer Service goes above and beyond excellent. Every time a package is received on our behalf, an immediate text is sent to us so we can go and pick up. Very clean, very prompt, very efficient.

Worst post office in San Diego. Payed $10 to ship a package then checked my bank activity and saw that they charged $20. Since I threw away my receipt I couldnt do anything about it. Avoid at all costs!!!!!!!
