Never have what Im looking for and if they do have what Im looking for they are usually out. Their meats, especially steaks are never tender. I never understood how Albertsons and Vons are pretty much the same store these days but yet Vons is such a better store!

This Alpine CA grocery brings together the wide selection one would expect from a major food chain with the warmth of a neighborhood where friends greet one another.

The staff are super friendly and sufficiently efficient. I needed to use the Western Union located at this store. The gal that helped me was delightful and worked fast to complete my transaction. In and out of the store in 15 minutes, and thats after helping the couple in front of me. I will use their services again in the future.

In a hurry to close on time but they did unload my basket for me so I could use my digital coupon. Prices a little higher but overall it was an okay visit.

This store really high priced. Rosted chicken so small for 7.00 buck cant even family of 3. 80.00 dollars in groceries for carney meat toilet paper . Green onions. And 3 paper towels. 2 avocados. Not good prices too high for me.

After working a 10 hour day I placed my 4 items on the belt of check stand 3. Normally I would check myself out but previous customer was wrapping it up. The old lady clerk looks at me and then rolls her eyes at current customer saying..and I thought I could take my break... Really?? Rude!! I remived my items and walked over to check my own groceries. This was a horrible encounter because of a grumpy clerk.

This place is pretty nice. The staff come and go (which is rather unfortunate) so there is a high turnover rate. There is usually a well-stocked supply of food and the nighttime stockers are really nice and helpful.

Clean. No wait to get in the store. Everyone was kind and polite. Customers and employees were all wearing masks. They have an employee out front sanitize shopping carts after use.

Its the most expensive grocery store. We only go there because of convenience. Its 2 miles away . If we need to do bigger shopping we go down the hill . Which is 15 miles away.

Overall great experience. Really friendly staff. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!

This place is hit or miss. Sometimes you dont have to wait that long and sometimes you wait for a long time. Need to open up more lanes. Only big grocery store in town and I feel they take advantage of it.

Prices. They were really inflated. I was grouched at by the cashier when she wanted me to step back but I told her I was on the spot that was marked on the floor. Yet when I was paying for my goods, the man behind me walked up right beside me yet the cashier said nothing. How rude.

Stopped by Albertsons in Alpine today. It was the first time I had actually gone in to a grocery store in months. I was pleasantly surprised. Not a lot of people at 10 am. The shelves were stocked. There was actually toilet paper and paper towels. Everyone was gracious and friendly. So, naturally, I cried. Thank you Albertsons!

Manager Nadia,I have mentioned several times if you are going to lock your front doors at night before the actual closing time please have the courtesy to place a sign so customers know to use the door on the right side of the building to enter. I have seen customers starting to leave since they thought you were closed and I have told them to go to the other door. Your cashiers have also told me they have forwarded these complaints to you but they are ignored! This is poor management and needs to be addressed.

Clean and well stocked and wasnt super busy. They had a Starbucks inside next time Ill order a drink with my shopping. The staff inside were all nice even with my toddler crying as we were leaving and the cashier offered him a sticker would shop there again.

I shop here often but my last experience was enough for me to never return. Produce was wilted. No chicken to speak of. Some chicken breasts but expensive organic only. Purchased $16.99 Julian pie but it looked several days old when I opened it at home.

One of the better stores in East County. Large selection of products.

Its a big store and looks impressive and it is in some areas. I was surprised when I went to get some shredded cheese at the lack of variety and the lack of options for sizes of the bags of shredded cheese . Its either a small bag or the biggest bag . There were no in-between sizes like I have seen at other locations . Its a small thing but I didnt need the biggest bag at $10 and I needed more than the smallest bag. I expected more from a bigger store .

Albertsons in Alpine is like visiting family.The regular, long time employees are friendly, always smile and remind you if you forgot an item 🤗 Seafood is fresh, so is the fruit and produce.
