Excellent service... Jacob was very polite and we bought more items because of him he even talked to us in Spanish that I love it with his accent it was lovely

From beginning to end, our experience at this location was great. In addition to all team members wearing masks and takin all safety precautions, Jake was more than helpful; going the extra mile, answering all questions and with a genuine smile in his eyes (only way to tell with the masks on). There were three of us and Jake made our annual trip to the outlet stores a wonderful experience.

Ill be honest, Im not usually a huge Michael Kors fan. I dont care for the majority of the styles, so I had never purchased any Michael Kors handbags or wallets. I came out to the outlets to do some other shopping and noticed the Michael Kors store. It must be new because I hadnt ever seen it before. Well, I stopped in and there were great sales. I was greeted almost instantly and asked if I needed any help and told about all the current promotions from percentages off to their bag and wallet combo deals.While shopping my 6 year old was not the happiest of shoppers. Handbags are not really his thing to shop for. The lovely associates came and asked me if he was allowed to have gummy bears as they had some in the back. I said sure and a few minutes later she came back with Michael Kors branded gummy bears. How nice! I have never been to a handbag store where they treated us so nicely and seemed to care about the happiness of my child too. With a happy child I was able to find a beautiful bag and wallet. I had a great experience shopping here and would not hesitate to come back.

I understand the amount of customers and people the store must of had, but one of the Hispanic ladies working on Sunday the 22nd was extremly rude and an absolute disgrace to the company. I cant believe Michael Kors actually would have somebody like herself representing one of their branches because she was disrespectful and very rude. Very dissapointed with the service we got last night.

Sales rep followed only me around the store and made me uncomfortable. Theres 2-3 other people in the store do your job and help them too. What because Im young looking Im going to steal? Nothing worth stealing here.

HORRIBLE customer service!!! I bought a purse less than a month ago it was like a pink blush and when I bought it they didn’t tell me about the discoloration can happen to the purse. I tried getting an exchange at least and they wouldn’t do it without the receipt even though on the Michael kors website says they will give store credit or exchange without a receipt. Absolutely horrible!!! Makes me not want to shop at Michael Kors anymore.
