We selected Options Signs based on a referral and while the end product appears to be of quality build, unlike other sign companies, they did not send anyone out to survey the property and make recommendations based on existing conditions.We have a black lettered sign on a raceway which casts a harsh shadow, giving the appearance of a line running through the sign. Options Signs made recommendations from a cost perspective of mounting the letters directly on the building but made no mention of the aesthetic risks of black lettering clashing with a black raceway shadow.On one hand, we could look at it from a we got what we paid for / asked for but on the other hand, weve contacted multiple other sign companies to correct this who all found it surprising that no site survey was done or alternate recommended because of the shadow risk.We were hoping Options Signs would measure up to the reviews weve read but that hasnt been the case. Their team offered to provide quotes on fixing it rather than having their work fixed by another company but its been 71 days and still no quote. We held back 5% of the total cost until we come to a resolution on correcting this sign and rather than provide quotes and a resolution, theyve stated that theyll be starting the lien process for the 5% balance.Options Signs seems like a solid fit for larger property management companies with in-house teams and sign installation experience but if youre a smaller business with limited experience — we highly recommend choosing a company that will come survey your installation environments and make recommendations accordingly.

I am a property manager for a retail leasing real estate company and we used Option Signs to make repairs to one of our highway facing pylon signs. The sign was concaved on one side and bulging out on the other due to wind damage. Patti was very helpful in facilitating the repairs and the technicians who completed the labor did a great job. The sign looked as good as new after they fixed it! Would recommend Option Signs to anyone - they are very professional!

True American Craftsmanship and Innovation. This company really helped me when I was in a pinch and I needed something fast

Their craftsmanship is excellent. Theyve fabricated some great pieces for the client. However, they kept asking the client about building specs, code and county/city permitting. Thats not the clients job; thats the contractors job, to know those things, to research those things, and to procure permits on behalf of the client.
