I had the pleasure of purchasing a stunning Jeep with the help of James Boykin who was awesome. Everything from scheduling the test drive, to negotiating a trade in to financing even plate customization was super easy and everyone was super nice and welcoming. It is arguably the best car buying experience I have ever had!

Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced and that is before I have even received a service. Good luck ever getting anyone to answer a phone. The online chat feature is even less helpful. I was fortunate enough to be transferred to a manager who told me I have a lot on my plate at the moment so please call me in the morning... Going on 6 days so far of simply trying to have someone look up my warranty information and book a service. Evidently one also can not receive something as simple as an oil change without leaving the car overnight. All of which is not told to you at time of booking. Really blown away by this especially considering this to be a luxury dealership.

Not a great experience. Was told I could not get a loaner because the service would only take 2 hours and it took over 4 hours, I was very hungry. The cost of my visit was a tad bit shocking so I looked for a coupon on the website as I didnt see why this service cost so much more when basically the same thing was done at the other service visits. Service advisor had not clue what specials were being offered for service visits. If you know your business/customers and there are savings to be gained on service visits, you should be aware of them and offer to customers. This is a small ask and easy thing to do that customers appreciate. Just because we own expensive cars does not mean we dont like saving money where we can. Not to mention offering water to customers, even though we know its there, is also great customer service. We are in the middle of a pandemic and many employees were not wearing masks or were not wearing them correctly. I kept on my N95 for that reason instead of switching to a more comfortable masks. Thats how my visit went. Thank you.

Would give this place 0 star if I could. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Paid over $1600 for a repair and 60k mileage service and the work was not done. Rails came off immediately after picking up my car and my vehicle still has service required signals. Tried to reach out to service advisor and service manager with no replies. Even tried to bring my vehicle in to have them fix the mistakes and they couldn’t schedule that correctly! Absolute nightmare

My 2011 HSE Sport began to have tire issues and when I got a new set I was advised to have the alignment checked. I’m a retired car guy so I wanted an expert to set the alignment and check my suspension. David Kim answered my call and answered my numerous questions in a very professional manner. About an hour after drop off he called to inform me that the lower control arm bushings were in need of replacement. He took me to my car in the shop and Aaron was the tech with my car on his rack. He showed me the busted bushings and how they are fluid filled with a fluid that stains as it leaks out. I was impressed with Aaron’s knowledge but best of all the car drives like new now. I’ve had a knock in the front coming out of my driveway for a while but not anymore. I can’t wait to see how many miles I get out of my new tires. Truly a great service experience and a professional outfit. I will return and tell my Range Rover friends where to get excellent service at a reasonable price.

Service was fantastic but after spending $1500 on maintenance I would have hoped my vehicle could of been tidied up some. I had hand prints on the interior driver side door and not even a vacuum. My dealer in FL always cleaned my vehicle somewhat after service with previous vehicles.

Great Customer Service in Service Dept. Katherine Smith was excellent. Made me feel like I was important as compared to the HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I received at the Hennessey Gwinnett (Kaleb Dance, Service Dept Rep) Kaleb had no personality at all! Acted as if I was a waste of his time. Will never go back to take my car to get it serviced at Hennessey Gwinnett. Drove all the way to Hennessy Alpharetta where customer service is a total 180 degree difference! Better customer service at the Alpharetta location which is 50 minutes from my house compared to the Gwinnett location which is 15 mins away. Ill drive those extra miles to have a better more pleasant experience than I received at Hennessy Gwinnett. Loved my salesman, Roger! Felt, that I received a great deal and suv. I asked, about a declining of a recommended service. It was confusing, as I thought it concerned the windshield, but the description stated rear diff...so I asked about it. Roger, I presume went to ask the manager. Upon, his return, he stated that the windshield was declined because of the cost...but was repaired elsewhere. Looking, into it further, it appears as what was declined was the rear differential. Days later, a piece of the front bumper detail on one side...came loose. Im hoping that I did get a great suv, and that the declining of the rear differential...will not arise anything soon. Otherwise, I would have given more stars!!!

Ive had my F-Pace serviced two times so far with Katherine at Jaguar North Atlanta. Once I used a loaner and the last time I waited. Both times, everyone was friendly, work was completed without issues and they even wash your car. Katherine lets you know up front what things cost, whats covered, whats not, no surprises. Shes professional and knows her cars. Great service department, clean facilities and friendly staff.

I have purchased 5 Range Rovers over the years. My past experience with Hennessys service department has been fantastic. Here’s where it gets under my crawl. I purchased my wife a 2020 Range Rover on back in February 2020. Took in for service because of supposedly a computer malfunction. The engine would die at random times while driving the vehicle. Serviced it at Buckhead Range Rover where we purchased the vehicle. No sooner then we got back home it continued having the same issues. This went on for a couple more months to where it became so dangerous, that we contacted the Alpharetta Store. I finally had had enough and my wife contacted the Service Manager. They gave my wife a new vehicle at a an additional cost which I thought was total B.S. So we left with the new vehicle very unhappy due to the cost incurred. So now our new 2020 has a ticking noise once the engine is warmed up and you shut the vehicle off. It sounds like a time bomb is ready to go off. The ticking sound is that loud. Took it in for service and you guessed. They can’t fix the noise. After this experiences with two new vehicles, I am finished buying Range Rovers. You pay in excess of 100K for a vehicle. You expect it to run like a Swiss Watch. Not these two vehicles. Both lemons.

Andrew was great to work with and put a killer deal together before we arrived. We drove from NASHVILLE to buy because our local dealer couldn’t even get close. When we arrived, Roger, one of the sales professionals took great care of us and everything was as promised. Roger took a lot of time to make sure we understood how to use everything in the vehicle and even had the in house detailer fix a couple of scratches while we did the paperwork. Everything went great with the purchase of my Jaguar F-Pace. Roger H. and Roth were both very helpful. However, once I got home with my car I noticed there was a piece missing (a cover which hides the tow hitch Im assuming). We called and was told that it was removed when the car went through detailing/clean-up after the purchase. We were told that they would send it to us Fed-Ex. That was a month ago and we still do not have it. Not too happy with their customer service once you make the purchase and leave the lot!

The car purchasing process was fine. Relatively quick and not a lot of unnecessary haggling. The problem ensues once you leave the lot. Upon getting my F-Type home, I realized the Owners Manual was not in the vehicle. Had some communication issues (or lack thereof) with the dealership and finally tracked down my sales rep, but had to drive back to the dealership to get the manual. No offer to mail it or make it easy on me since it was their mishap. Again, the buying experience was good, just not a great overall experience in the end.

I have never been as disappointed with a luxury dealership as I am today. We had sent our F-Pace in for an issue in May which was resolved. However, while cleaning the car, the chemicals mottled the console and cup holders. We were told it was a just a cleaning agent and bring it in and they would clean it up. That didnt work, parts would need to be ordered and replaced.A week later the parts are in and they come to get the car. They were the wrong parts and as they were returning the car, the driver was rear ended in our car.They sent it out to be repaired and assured us all would be good. It was significant damage including the exhaust system. I explained my hesitation to put my family in a previously wrecked vehicle. The loaner they put us in, on the web site indicated it would be available for a lease below our current lease payment. There was some indication we would be able to work out a deal.Today, took the checks in from insurance to pay the repairs and spoke about the replacing. Suddenly, it was as though I were a customer walking in off the street. They said they could give me a great deal that would only be about $100 more than Im currently paying. ON a car that is advertised $100 less than Im currently paying.I kindly let them know we would not be making a deal.And got home to discover the parts to replace the damage console in the back of the car. They never fixed their originally mistake.Very disappointed this dealership did not take a more aggressive position to delight a customer whom they had significantly inconvenienced.

Unfortunately this is the first time I’m writing a negative review ever on Google. We purchased our vehicle here so this review is not about the sales process at all. That was two years ago and it went great we were happy. However we just had a horrible experience in the service department and I had to share. Brought my range rover sport in for an assessment and was told they would take a look at it and let us know their opinion. While we did not agree with everything and decided to come and pick up the vehicle for further assessment they tacked on $180 assessment fee that we were never told of. After reviewing the recommendations we saw they said I needed additionally new windshield wipers, a turn signal bulb, and back brake light bulbs. I had just gotten an oil change literally 2 days prior where all of the lights were checked and in proper order and we also rechecked upon getting the vehicle back . The windshield wipers were fine as well. Realizing they must be paid on commissions for service writers I will NEVER return and am so very disappointed in the dealership that I trusted .

Our sales agent, Brittany P, was excellent. We purchased a CPO 2018 FPace Jag. She contacted me immediately after seeing my inquiry online. Kept in touch without being pushy. Excellent service! My salesman, Brandon, was superb! He answered all of my questions and introduced me to the finance guy (Doug, I believe) who negotiated an awesome price on my 2018 F-pace! I walked away extremely pleased! I’ve already recommended Jaguar NP to a friend!Additionally, a nail was found inside my tire about a week after my purchase (my fault, happened to me with my last Jag due to ALL OF THE CARELESS CONSTRUCTION taking place downtown). Chris, in the service center, was exceptional! I popped up at the last minute because my rear passenger tire kept going flat and I was in a panic! Chris was able to find me a loaner with ease! The best part about it all was that the tire wasn’t as expensive as one of the finance managers (Veronica, I think) warned me it would be prior to me refusing the tire protection plan. I love my new F-pace and I am pleased with the services provided by my salesman, Brandon, and Chris in the service dept! Everyone I’ve met at this location is friendly, courteous and very professional!

Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Our sales associate, Andrena, was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and made the sales process as painless as possible. Doug explained our finance options thoroughly and made sure we knew every detail about our purchase. I would definitely recommend this dealership for anyone in the market for a Land Rover or Jaguar.

Friendly staff, no pushy sales people, in and out in a flash. The team there is willing to work with you and answer any question. Only negative comment is the detailing when I picked up my car. This could have been better, but they addressed my concerns.
