I really wanted to rate the company higher. I’ve given them months to get it together. The service, consistency and reliability just isn’t there. I like the tech, Jeremy, but the company is a mess. No online billing, no response without several follow-ups, billing for a Control4 4Sight subscription despite it never working. And also requested multiple quotes for additional services, like automated blinds, and it took weeks and my follow-up to get a response. It also seems they’re not very familiar with the product. After months, I’m still trying to undo/change presets from the previous owner, but only the dealer can do that. And isn’t.

A.I. Did one heck of a job! Not to long ago I came to A.I looking to put a home theater in my house. I am not very tech savvy, so I had a lot of questions. They walked me through everything, and patiently listened to all of my wants and needs. They answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable. A.I. didn’t just try up selling me, like I was expecting. Instead, they respected my budget, and helped me get a system that fit perfect in my house. They’re install team did a great job and was very clean and professional. I will definitely be recommending them to all of my family and friends!

Great experience with Austin and his team! Austin and Jeremy came to my house on time and quickly setup our entire home audio which had been established years ago with Control4. Their knowledge and ability to quickly get setup was impressive plus they saved my family from spending a lot more with other vendors who were recommending brand new amp and speaker setup. Excellent company! I heard about Audio Intersection from a friend who also had a great experience. I was so happy to find out about them. I always considered myself pretty handy with electronics and planning things out, but the expertise from this company is at a completely different level! The thought process behind planning and setting up our entire house with video and audio was amazing. Once I talked with Michael and Ryan, I knew that this type of project was safe in their hands.The installation is also top notch. We have speakers outside, they had to move outlets and wiring to the exact spots for inside speakers and tvs. After all of that, you cant see a wire anywhere. Everything is very clean and it appears that the house was built with the system in mind.All in all, excellent service, very fair pricing, and great expertise.. Definitely recommend!!

Im a harsh critic when it comes to both technology and service and I would recommend Audio Intersection to anyone in the state of Georgia. Dwayne and his team were so courteous (always took shoes off when entering the basement) and they knew their stuff. They even came out a couple more times to teach me the universal remote. They put in a new TV, surround sound etc. and my house (and basement) has been forever transformed. Ill use no one other than Dwayne. I look forward to upgrading my whole house with them.

The entire experience with this company was beyond any expectations from start to finish. They installed surround sound speakers in our downstairs room,mounted a television, as well as mounted another television upstairs. They were quick to answer any questions we had, and were friendly and professional. They coordinated installation in a quick, efficient and easy manner. They even set up the smart apps on our television.They wore shoe covers in our house and were friendly to our dogs. One of the most impressive things was that they were able to activate the cable jack downstairs, because we dropped the ball and did not call Comcast in time for the appointment. They stayed until we were proficient with our equipment. I have zero complaints and cant express enough how pleased we are with our new home theatre.

Had a custom set up installed in my basement with surround sound, a couple TVs and several rooms with additional speakers. Got a great deal, great service and dedication from the install team to get the programming correct and the sound perfect even with a custom set up.

Great services and expertise, Kris Brown was our specialist . He was able to install all our audio at Hacienda Vieja thanks to Kris Brown now we can enjoy good music and great sound in Hacienda Vieja Woodstock!

I hired Audio Intersection in November of 2015. They did a fantastic job. When I approached them originally about what I was looking to do, they actually talked me out of purchasing certain equipment that they thought would be overkill for the room. I purchased a Sonos Surround system from them, along with a wireless remote control that controls all of my devices. I also hired them to move my TV, hide all of the audio electronics so no one could see them, and set up my remote control so that I could use the electronics, DVR, DVD and Apple TV hidden from site. They did not leave until they were certain everything was set up right and I understood how to use everything. I could not have asked for a better experience.

My husband and I recently inquired Audio Intersections services in our home. We were beyond satisfied with the service we received. Brandon, the gentlmen that performed the service, was on time (very much appreciated), knowledgable, and extremely professional. He completed his services in a timely manner and before his departure, he walked me through what he had done and made sure I understood all the new epuiptment he had installed. My husband and I will use Audio Intersection again for any future needs and would recommend them highly to anyone!

I saw an advertisement for Audio Intersection in the local magazine and called them about resetting my speakers and tv in the basement. Michael came soon after and had some great ideas. Also mentioned that he could fix my internet connectivity issues if I ever wanted to address.Brannon and Dwayne came out and put together an excellent setup. I even asked them to do a few other things and they came up with creative ways to install my requests. Called Michael a few weeks later for internet fix and Brannon came out with the right ideas and set up. Now get signal everywhere.But the best thing about Audio Intersection is their responsiveness. Have had a few issues with the installs due to construction and wavelength interference and so I contacted them. Received immediate feedback and a revisit to the house. Any questions that I have they respond via email or text. Unbelievable customer service from these folks. I would recommend Michael, Brannon and the team to my mother, my boss or a complete stranger. In a day of automated phone lines and hold patterns that are excruciating when calling customer service people, this is truly the kind of company we all should support as they supported me.
