I brought my daughter’s violin in because it was not holding a tune. I tried to follow several YouTube videos online to Fox it but I couldn’t do it. When I walked in John stopped what he was doing and immediately worked on the violin. He charged me nothing. It is obvious they want to promote music in the community and build relationships with their customers. I will be coming back. Thank you!

Absolutely brilliant experience. Got my Jazz Bass from here & being a first time Bass buyer John was extremely helpful in making a choice on an instrument. My delight is even after months, I walk in there for something as silly as tightening a knob or adjusting the action (a non revenue customer) I get the same treatment him & his team.Highly Recommended

Love the entire staff at Music Matters. Our son began drumming at the beginning of this school year and just participated in his first recital. Casey has done a wonderful job working with him to read music and understand the timing and rhythm of songs. He really set our son up with the right song choice at his recital so that it was a successful experience for him. The entire staff is great to work with. Thanks Casey & Music Matters!

All 3 of my kids have had great instructors at Music Matters. The staff, from Dave to Lauren to the actual instructors are all kind and really understand working with kids. As a mom, I like seeing the diversity of students walking through and, in general, just enjoy the cool vibe the place has. I definetly recommend someone try a lesson (I think a trial lesson is free). We did over 2 years ago and are still going strong.

I love Music Matters! They have great teachers and a great staff. Everyone should be taking some kind of music lesson. Its been proven that music increases a childs scores in others areas of his life. And its great mind exercises for older folks. Its never too late to learn an instrument.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. My first experience was with the old Johns Creek location, and my brother taking bass lessons there. Solid staff top to bottom, and decent equipment selection. He and I attended summer camps here about 7-8 years ago, and the experience was incredible. Now, I bring my guitars here for setups (and maybe some mods in the near future). Dave, the GM, knows his stuff, is professional and personable (as are the other people Ive interacted with), and the prices are fair. Thank you guys for all you do! Keep being awesome!

They have great music instructors, thats where they shine, the piano instructor got my daughter playing beautifully extremely fast. You can buy all kinds of instruments but theyre mostly starter quality, cheap but plenty good enough to be a 1st instrument for your kids. If youre looking for higher end stuff there isnt much of a selection. They have all the other fun stuff like drumsticks, picks, strings, accessories for everything, sheet music, etc, and a waiting room to watch tv while the kids are in for their lessons.

Cant speak highly enough about the place. Everyone there Ive spoken to and interacted with is very knowledgeable, they clearly love music, and most importantly, they want to share that joy without any kind of pressure. Just fantastic.
