Staff here are amazing. Im making some herbal compounds. I have psoriatic arthritis and allergy/breathing/inflammation issues. My friend made this drink for me and it helped me so much I got the recipe and made some myself.Upon entering the building I realized immediately this place was MUCH bigger than it looks. They have A LOT of stuff, too. They even sell pre-cooked food! I love Indian food!Lemons 10-$1??? Unheard of! Tumeric ..amazing yellow tumeric and ginger..all together less than $10.I will definitely be going back,

AVOID visiting this store if you can and save your self from picking SUVIDHAs EXPIRED ITEMS.i purchased Atta on 07/01 and visited store on 07/06 asking for an exchange; my experience is HORRIBLE; SAVE YOUR RECEIPTs. I didnt have the receipt with me coz I wrongly carried a receipt which is dated in May2021. Even for a May receipt selling an item expired in Apr2021 is NOT ACCEPTABLE.Dont know how many times myself and other people have picked SUVIDHAs EXPIRED ITEMS and didnt realize. A convenient Indian/Pakistani grocery and food place. Quite sufficient with all sort of necessities shopping including Halal meat section for fresh Halal chicken and mutton variety of meat. Plenty of parking and easy in and out.

Worst customer care I ever experienced in my life.The coconut was rotten when I asked the customer care guy he is saying it is my mistake that I did not break the coconut and taken, as they cannot scan the coconut. Similarly to the vegetables, they really think that we Indians do not have the options , and the arrogance to the core. Am gonna try one more time if anything rotten kept in the store I am gonna complain with the evidence to the GA public health & safety dept. They forgot that they are running a store in US.

Good collection of Indian groceries. You would find everything here from North to South India. Place is very clean and well maintained. Staff is professional and good number of check out counters.The take aways menu too is awesome and food is priced correctly

Excellent kitchen.I waited to try out at least 3-4 times before posting and everything we have ordered or picked up from the kitchen items have been very good - biryanis, gravies, appetizers. Good quality chicken and veggies in the prepared dishes and customizable spice level if you pre-order and pick up. While we are there we buy some veggies and other groceries which are also good. And very good parking (they need more cart corrals tho) esp compared to the awful, inadequate parking at the location closest to me where I will get dinged and where the kitchen is only average with a mix of good items and greasy inedible dishes.

The bone less chicken biryani here is the best in town.It is super delicious and juicy unlike other biryanis which are dry.

I got Veg pulav , milk cake, chilli paneer, samosa. It was fresh and delicious. Will definitely buy again.

Awesome chicken biryani, I tried family pack combo, comes with papad, gulab jamun and fruit juice. Great value for money. Samosas and sweets are good too.

Store is pretty clean and organized. My favorite part was their kitchen and fresh delicious food but recently chef has been changed and you can tell by cold and blend taste immediately after trying. Because of that i give 3 stars. Previous chef was brilliant. Lot of stuff but this place is very very congested so you end up stuck with your cart. Good veggies but stacked too close to each other tucked under. They need to expand the place. Would have been good if they provided fresh made chapatis. Some good prepared food like Biriyanis are available to take away.

Chicken Biryani was not good and its not worthy to spend money

This market is huge, you can find all kind of Asian varieties. Vegetables, bakery, Indian curries, sweets- Indian, meat, groceries, spices etc.,The reason behind 4 star is, vegetables are not fresh always. Vegetables are only good upto 3-4 days as I observed. If you are planning to store your vegetables for longer, say 1 week, I doubt they survive.Prices are reasonable.

The meat store sells white meat and claims it goat. It has to be lamb or something else.Goat meat seems not goat. Customer service is very poor.

I have been here a lot of times in the last 6 months. I noticed that while they have fresh produce, the prices are exorbitant! $3.59 per lb of Okra? Unknowingly I paid $7 this week but it sure doesnt weigh like 2 lbs but who knows. All items are pricier compared to some other Indian grocery stores within Alpharetta/Suwanee. The other major issue is they never wipe the carts/baskets. People use them, bring them back and leave them all together with other carts/baskets. When I asked the person at the front kiosk they have, I got funny looks like I am the odd ball! I asked the Mexican guy who brings carts back and he had no answer. I had to tell someone else inside the store and the response was basically a smirk and we will tell the management! When they have large crowds (often), they dont control # of people coming into that cramped space. Standing in line to pay is a nightmare because youre into the aisles where people are right next to you shopping for items in that aisle and youve got no space to move away! I have cut down significantly on going here and I go to other stores now as much as possible. They cant justify the ridiculous prices here! Know that I care about the quality of items that I put into my body and typically buy organic stuff. So I am not averse to paying for good quality but conventionally grown, ordinary vegetables shouldnt cost so much here. Another factor I consider is that I moved here from an expensive city with cold winters and far from FL and I expected prices in GA to be more reasonable considering how much warmer it is in GA and how much they get veggies from FL (close by). Yet, prices here are much higher, despite the large population of Indians/competition for grocery stores. You get the point....

You can find a huge selection of Indian grocery here. Great for fresh vegetables. You must try their Onion Pakora.Lots of parking space unlike their other location.

Gem of a place. In store biryani and other food options are must must try. Reasonably priced take-away menu. Great samosas and jalebis. Overall impressed with it.

I ordered groceries online from this alpharetta location, they use postmates to deliver.. But the postmates guy left the groceries at the main building entrance instead of coming all the way inside to leave at the door🤦🤦🤦... Crazy guy!!! Be careful when you order online and make sure you track the order properly!

I went in on Sunday at 1230 to oder 2 entrees. After being ignored for 5 minutes I asked if I could order and was told they were too busy and I needed to come back after 130. Will never go back.

It’s a decent grocery store for Alpharetta, could be better if they work on their customer service, had bad experiences couple of times.. the 3 star is for the food and veggies, I just stop by for their biryani, it’s very good biryani and good price compared to the nearby restaurants. Please keep up the same standard for the food, that’s the only thing that brings me back here often..

Good service. Especially during covid-19 period the staffs strictly follow social distancing and request(force when required) customers to follow the CDC guidelines. Picking up good quality items for email orders. Order is made ready in few hours in most cases.

I have gone to Suvidha Alpharetta about 10-12 times in the past 2 months, so I am writing this review afte a very good sample set. I have never seen the cook wear a mask nor a hair net in all of my visits. The customer service is terrible but since we have limited options for Indian groceries in the area, we are going there(even though only and only for essentials in recent times) still. We recently tried their home delivery option. Surprisingly this was even worse than the store visit. Pretty much all our groceries were below mediocre. Prices were highway robbery. For example one small guava was $6.99, which by the way was terrible tasting. In conclusion by far the worst Indian or in general grocery store in Atlanta.

One stop place for any Indian item that you require. On top of getting cheaper vegetables and fairly priced snacks (samosa,puffs, sweets, cakes), you can also order Indian food here in store, through phone or through UberEats. They are delicious! You also get pooja items and idols here.

Hi grocery buyers in Alpharetta. I bought this frozen peas from suvidha last week and realized they coat with some chemicals/plastic which got separated once we boiled. This is the first time I bought from Indian store instead Walmart or target. Try avoid buying this brand products.

Great place to shop and a great place for food as well. Would highly recommend you go across the street to Persis Biriyani first to eat their amazing buffet before heading here. You never want to shop on an empty stomach.In terms of selection, this place has a lot of variety. You can always find whatever youre looking for here at Suvihda. Their meat is always fresh, and the snacks they sell are reasonably priced and flavorful.Highly recommend this spot, but make sure to eat across the street at Persis, first.

Drove an hour to this place after being told my order was ready, when I reached I was told the order isnt ready I shouldnt argue and wait 30 mins for it. This isnt india, people are busy and can buy from other places that arent rude.

First, I called and asked if they are open, then they said yes we are open till 9:30 and then I got there at 9:05 and they were closed and we knocked and asked and they said we are closed. This has happened twice

I purchased meat this morning at Suvidha, Alpharetta. I asked for Goat leg, but I got Goat mix.If you don’t have goat leg, just say that you don’t have it. If you have and it takes some time, I can wait. But don’t give goat mix when asked for goat leg. That is CHEATING and it’s how you lose customers.I am a regular patron of your store but got cheated today.

Awesome collection of groceries, fresh cooked food as well as frozen food. Especially try all the cooked food available- it is guaranteed that there will be something to your liking. The prices are very reasonable- look for the discounted items with orange stickers . They have a kitchen that has a menu from where you can order everything fresh. Best of all - samosas are at very reasonable price and not too spicy either. Highly recommend.

Generally clean and clear, food is pretty good at the little cafe theyve made. Groceries are usually fresh.Samosas are good, but oily. Please cut down on the oil. The chicken tikka Masala and biryanis were good. Brother in law loves the lamb biryani.

New bigger location. Love it when compared to the other Suwanee location. Vegetables are always fresh and of a wide variety. Prices are reasonable. Other grocery items are ok. Rarely, you still keep finding some expired items on the shelves, so pay attention when shopping. Plenty of parking at this location.

Hey hi I am new to Georgia. I been here in the US last 5 years . I ordered a goat dum Biryani , omg it’s was awesome . (May be the chef is from sounthindia )I never had a Biryani like this . Becoz the Biryani tastes like exactly South Indian style 😋😋😋😋😋meats are tender and the exact spicy level . One more thing is getting grocery and food in one place that makes me more comfortable . I recommend suvidha to my friend and neighbor. The Biryani makes me to come again and again 🤤🤤🤤🤤.

Its a grocery store . Very small and decent place for Indian grocery. good thing is they have all the necessary items . Its over crowded during weekend. Please avoid their food in kitchen . Had a horrible experience ordering chicken chukka . Very bland chicken mixed with some masala .

Samosa was VERY VERY oily yesterday. I know it is fried in oil, and its usually not half as oily. But yesterdays samsoa had way too much oil dripping all around. Please improve.

During this time of pandemic, Suvidha is not allowing customers without masks. Make sure you have one before planning the trip here. They are selling 5 masks for 9.99$ . They even allow a duppata or a scarf around your face. Gloves can be handy to come here.

I love everything about Suvidha. Customer service, veggies, meat, food and price. There is no doubt that you are one of the best indian grocery store in Metro Atlanta area. However, I’m very upset with “Lack of Covid maintenance especially there is no Sanitizer liquid in the Sanitization station, no tissue paper or wet wipes and no body is cleaning Carts after other customers used them and simply putting back into dock.Don’t you think virus spread from hands to hands??People should feel safe when entering and leaving your store. I’m not to writing this review just because someone forwarded covid news for Suvidha employee its my experience for past few weeks.Just look at other stores in the market and try to adopt cleaning protocols and build up confidence on customers.Hope Suvidha takes this note in positive manner and help community in curbing covid.

Worst customer service you ll find anywhere for an Indian grocery store. I get that we indians are little on edge all the time, but this is the worst. No sense of apology, and very rude when you tell them that they are wrong.You people have to realize that customers have many choices to go to for Indian Grocery in 10-15 miles radius of Alpharetta. Train/teach your employees, what it means by customer service.Have them keep their attitude in check with customers.On 5/15/20 I bought some packaged goods, it was expired on 3/2020. Be sure to check the expiration date on your food. When I went back with receipts to tell them it was expired, the cashier told me they dont take anything back. What a joke! I had to fight to get a replacement. Its not about $$ Im sure every Indian spends average of $300 per month and they dont even care to listen to us.

We are regular customer to Sividha indo pak grocery store in Alpharetta. Recently we had a very bad experience at store. We purchased 24 pack masala soda which is on sale for $20 since we like that soda. Bought 24 pack, but once after we opened the pack after a day, box had only 9 bottles and the pack was loosely sealed with tape. We are not opening anything we buy on the same day because of current situations. We immediately called suvidha store to check about 9 bottles instead of 24 bottles in the pack, they didnt pick up the call, not even did a call back to us. Next day we went to the store and the girl standing at customer service asked what is the problem, then I explained what happened. One more girl came in between and they were discussing how come we know box only had 9 instead of 24 and they told me to do my shopping meanwhile they decide what they have to do with the situation . While I was doing my shopping the girl came to me and said that they watched in the camera and the cart didnt have that pack and the bill I gave dont have the price for it. I went to the car and brought the bill that had the price for it. The box had the sticker that usually they stick to the groceries once paid, how come they dont see it in the camera I dont know. They acted as if I was telling lies. Its not me who is telling lies to them, they are cheating the customers quoting for 24 bottles and keeping 9 inside the box. Only mistake we did was not opening the box and looking at it before buying. When I went back with the receipt, the management people were also standing near the customer service and apologized me and asked me what happened and told to the girl to replace with 24 pack. I think the girls who are working there should have some ethics how to behave with customers and how to receive them when such situations happen.

Good to have Suvidha opened in Alpharetta. So far very good experience, got everything you need on a quick grocery trip. Kitchen is great plus serving fresh food and samosas. Will be good if they keep more vegetables.
