My daughter and I came here for brunch after Maple Street was way too crowded, and the service was great, and the food was delicious. Seating is VERY limited here, both inside and outside, hence the lower rating. Some customers are also unpleasant/entitled, but I suppose that comes with the territory when dealing with wealthy white people 🙄

Im a huge fan of Savory Gourmet! Whether it be their chef-prepared meals that I grab on the go, or when Im eating there, it is consistently great. I recently ordered a number of their meals to go for a girls weekend and everyone raved about how absolutely delicious every single thing was. Ive never had a bad meal from Savory Gourmet. I highly recommend the shrimp scampi or the pesto chicken alfredo! So glad this cute place is nearby + the people who work here make it even better!

WOW!!! We are from Chicagoland & found the best Jewish deli sandwiches here in Roswell/Atlanta. I had roast beef (in pic) was exquisite, melted in your mouth like butter! Mom had corned beef, Superb! Best weve had anywhere. 20 stars!!!!! Can you PLEASE open one in Geneva IL (similar shopping town like Roswell)??

While this place is a great idea, with all the fixes of NY, there are a few major issues. Prices are 30% higher than NY and more. Staff is not trained in many cases. Ill give examples, sausage in NY ( and elsewhere) $7.00/ lb.... Savory gets $16.00, Equal quality bread in NY is $2.00/ loaf. Savory is $5.95. Half the staff behind the counter has no training. They are willing to help, but dont know how. Took 15 minutes to warm a knish, that is not NY style.

The food here is amazing! It smells incredible from the moment you walk in. The sandwich is an Italian and was a generous portion. I also got a black and white cookie from the bakery section that had a nice cake like texture. They have a little market area where you can by food products and some kitchen items. Service was quick for a to go order. Will definitely go back soon!

Today I ordered two deli sandwiches from The Savory Gourmet for pick-up. On one of the sandwiches they left off two items I had ordered (and paid extra for!). Although the sandwich was tasty it was not what I ordered. I checked the receipt and it was correct (thanks, Madison, who took my order and got it right). It appears the kitchen staff didn’t read the order/make the sandwich as ordered. In the future, I recommend opening the to-go boxes and inspect your order before departing. The sandwiches at The Savory Gourment are high priced…for what I paid I would think they could get the order correct! Disappointing to say the least!

We drove to this restaurant from Woodstock(about 30 min away) on the recommendation of a a friend. It is Sunday afternoon and the restaurant closes at 3:00. We arrived at 2:28. We took 2 min to decide what we wanted and proceeded to order. We were told by the young lady at the cash register the kitchen just closed at 2:30. We both checked the time and confirmed it had just turned to 2:31. We asked for a manager and was told there was not a manager. We were told the kitchen staff would be angry if an order was taken. They refused to take our order. We informed the young lady we would not be back and we will not recommend this to others. Such poor customer service. We are now at the Greek Restaurant around the corner(Vas Kouzina). Wonderful Restaurant.

If you were to conjure up the most delicious food that a caterer could serve, it would mirror the menu at Savory Gourmet. Bonus - the food is even better than it appears on the menu. We used SG for a catered party of 60+ and could not have been more pleased with every single dish they prepared. Your guests will applaud your superb choice and your taste buds will be going through withdrawal for days after! Phenomenal! As I told them, my only regret was not having more leftovers... AAA+++

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary by taking a Charcuterie board making class Joy and Beth. The experience was fantastic !!!! We loved everything about it. More than top notch. Italian deli meats imported from Italy 😍. Pre made foods all made from scratch on site. It all tasted amazing. This is a must try class and a must shop gourmet deli. Simply the best!!

I had an opportunity to meet an owner of this restaurant when he delivered a gluten free pizza to my chiropractor’s office. It was amazing! So I had to visit his market.This is a very nice, very friendly shop with a great assortment of meats (one of the only places in Georgia you can get a Margarita brand pepperoni!) and cheeses, a kitchen making sandwiches, pizzas and what have you. Word is that most of the really good things come fresh from NYC super deli, Katz’s!I ordered a pastrami on rye (sorry keto!). It was good...personally I like a little more fat in my brisket...but it had a great flavor. Even my wife was impressed.I’ll be back to try more. I strongly recommend you give it a try, especially if you are a NY/NJ transplant in need a a taste of home.

This place is pretty special. Great fresh and organic foods. They have pre-prepared meals, can make sandwiches and other meals on the spot, and also have a sort of grocery section with unusual and hard-to-find items.

Savory is the best! They have hot and cold sandwiches that are super fresh. They have pizza soups and pasta plus tons of pre-made food you can heat up at home. The staff was fantastic and happy to talk to us about the store and all the amazing food they make. Looking forward to going back soon.

This place absolutely rocks. Used for catering a brunch of 15 and was a hit with all...presentation, taste, uniqueness. Wish I had grabbed a picture but missed doing so before all jumped in. I wish I could re-name this place for them - the name makes it sound like a gourmet gifts shop. I met a friend there recently and was shocked to discover amazing deli sandwiches and hot food. It was a great spot for our coffee meeting. If you are looking for a great NY style deli in downtown alpharetta this is it. Ironically, they also have gourmet food gifts if you need those as well.

We have gone here twice. Each time the tables arent clean. We ordered two sandwiches (no sides), a water and a can of soda. $37. The Tuna Salad was gross. Ended up throwing it out. Just not worth coming back.

After ordering our sandwiches we found out they have omelets as well, but based upon everyone elses order sandwiches appear to be the go to.Quality of the ingredients and taste of the sandwiches was excellent. Speed of service was pretty slow though, it took 15 minutes to get us our sandwiches with only one order of two sandwiches in front of us.Moral: definitely check it out for breakfast if you have some extra time.

Phenomenal! Everything is amazing! I stopped eating pizza years ago b/c of carbs, etc. Savory Gourmet makes a pizza crust from cauliflower. My wife brought one of their cauliflower pizzas home but didnt tell me about the crust. I had a piece and told my wife it was one of the best pizzas Ive every had. And oh by the way...their sandwiches are ridiculously amazing too! Frankly, its worth going in to check out the various meet Adam has prepped!!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful! We got curbside pickup for my birthday. The food was huge portions (I could only eat half of my Reuben,hubby ate the other half). My hubby ordered the cheese pizza and Im eating that for dinner. It looked really delicious! He loved the pizza. I also order the charcuterie board for 2 as an appetizer which was very good. The cheese was best I have had in a long time! I didnt realize the portions were so big and ordered the Lorraine quiche for dinner. I can say that I know the quiche will be yummy too.I would definitely recommend this place! I will definitely have to go in sometimes and check out the gifts and other things. My family and I have been to The Savory Gourmet several times, but Im still always taken aback by the level of love and effort that the team puts into making each plate! Today, we all ordered meatball sandwiches, a pepperoni pizza, a Reuben and their Prosciutto sandwich. Everyone was raving about their meals and there wasnt one leftover to take home. Chef Adam has created a fantastic place and experience in the heart of Alpharetta.

We stopped in today for our first visit to TSGM! We were very impressed by the selection of sandwiches, to-go dinner options, meats & cheeses, as well as gift items. Yummy samples. Friendly staff. And while we couldn’t partake in the wine/beer selection, we will definitely be by after work hours to check it out. I enjoyed the chicken salad (Mitties recipe) and my husband got the meatball parm. Great addition to the neighborhood!

Grateful to have an authentic Italian deli in the Alpharetta area. At the house specialty sausage and peppers on Spotify bread and it was outstanding! Also took home some fresh cut prosciutto! Delicious!
