They were very knowledgeable and did a great job even though there was bad traffic and they were not able to get their own time they still did a great job and more than made up for it. We have a custom garage that needed a custom built door and they were able to handle it and all the problems that it presented. The final product was fantastic and works beautifully.

Quick response time, I generally use overhead door of Atlanta DHPace but they have a very slow response time weeks later. Balanced Garage Door is 10 times faster , better and more professional. I have a commercial account with DH Pace but no longer…. Matt was my tech and he did a great job and was genuine.

We had Balanced Garage Doors come out to look at repairing a dent, but wound up deciding not to pursue that. We did, however, ask them to replace the weatherstripping on the bottom and both sides. The technician, Dylan Gibeau, was knowledgeable, experienced, very professional, as well as friendly. The job was performed efficiently and to our complete satisfaction. We asked him while he was here, to service the overhead system. He examined, did a few tweaks, and said it was already in tip-top shape so did not charge anything for that. He also reprogrammed our outside remote keypad which hadn’t worked in year, also at no charge. This company’s level of service is a true testament of the days of complete customer satisfaction. Balanced garage doors is the ultimate win in garage door installation and repair! Not only were the the BEST price around (we checked) but when Josh came out, he was friendy, and thorough and quick! A few days later we had a minor issue- the handheld remote wasn’t working unless close to the door, so my husband called back and Cord came out quick and friendly service again and REPLACED the unit- For. Free! (Something was faulty about the sensor board- they had a few do this recently and were in the process of figuring which ones were showing up faulty.) Never did they question, they just made sure we were taken care of. The quality, the care, and the neighborly friendliness was, is bar none, THE ABSOLUTE BEST. Call them today, they never disappoint! I tried to reset my Garage door opener on jan 20 and in doing so my remote stopped working.I called Balanced Garage Doors and they came way ahead of schedule the next day.Glen and Cord inspected my garage and found out that the wrong size springs were installed. They came out on an free estimate inspection (10/14/20) as I was having issues with my garage door opening and closing. After a few minutes, it was determined that the motor (circuit board) had run its course after 22 years and was unable to pick up the signal from the remotes. Glenn, the service tech, installed a new smart motor within a very short period of time and was back up and running smoothly and efficiently. Glen came out the day after Christmas to fix our garage door. He could not have been any nicer! He called because he was ahead of schedule to make sure we were ready and arrived early (who does that these days?!) and had our door as good as new in no time. There were no hidden charges and the pricing was very fair. He told us our garage door was older but he could still get parts if something broke so it wouldn’t be a problem. My garage door opener broke on Sunday. I called Balanced Garage Doors Monday morning and they sent a tech out within a couple hours. Cord from Balanced Garage Doors did a great job. He replaced my old Liftmaster garage door opener with a new Liftmaster 8550WLB with a belt drive instead of a chain drive. Much quieter operation, better lighting, battery back up, auto lights, and can control door with an app. I highly recommend this model and Balanced Garage Door company. I like it so much, I’m having them swap out my other 2 old Liftmasters as well.
