Jeff was very helpful and not pushy at all. Their furniture is so much more comfortable and higher quality than anywhere else I looked. I was able to take a perfect condition floor model same day instead of waiting months for delivery. Very happy!

I went looking for some pillows for my sister in Raleigh who after 23 years with another Lazy Boy sofa finally decided it was time to buy a new sofa and recliner. I worked with Jeff and he was amazing. Walked around the store and we found the exact sofa my sister had ordered. From there we found the perfect pillows to go with her fabric. He was great to work with!

I’m a first time buyer with Lazy Boy store, and my experience was 5 stars. i had been looking on their website for a swivel chair, so i knew the two i wanted to see. Jeffery was very pleasant and easy to work with. I purchased two swivel chairs which were thankfully in stock. Will definitely be returning. Chairs are sooo comfortable. Fabric is excellent.

My husband and I went in with a general idea of what chairs we were seeking. We were quickly helped by Jeff who went on to help us with coffee and end table suggestions. Beth also helped us with rug ideas. Excellent service!

Super disappointed with this location. Been waiting for a year for my furniture and have called the store 15 times and left 15 different messages with different people to try and get some answers on my order and also make some changes. Nobody seems to care that I have called so many times or wishes to help in any way. Lazy Boy furniture is back ordered 40-50-60 weeks in many cases, so good luck working with them through this horrendous process. Not worth it.

If I could give zero stars I would. We purchased la-z-boy products before and still have them and they’re great, so when it came time to buy a sectional for another room, we thought we’d come back to la-z-boy. Big mistake!!! Something must have changed in the quality of manufacturing in the last decade. We spent a ton of money to get a basic fabric sectional that has felt uncomfortable since day 1. It sagged horribly and doesn’t hold its shape. We called in the warranty and all they did was send us new cushions to shove into the sofa, which did nothing. Fast forward 4 years and the stain warranty they sold us on and insisted I store covered everything accidental is USELESS. We were painting something in the house and sat on the sofa with wet paint accidentally, which stained the chaise portion of our sectional. We called the stain warranty, and because it’s paint it’s excluded, yet if it were shoe polish or pretty much any other substance it would have been taken care of. The manager of this store actually told my husband to call a custom upholsterer to get a quote. If you know anything about upholstery you know that is ridiculously expensive, especially for the poor quality product we are now sitting on. For a product that has lasted less than the warranty (which again is useless) , save yourself a TON of money and go next door to Rooms to Go and get a couch that will last as long or longer for a quarter of the price with better customer service.

Takes advantage of 90 yr olds! My 90 yr parents wanted to buy each other recliners to celebrate their 70th wedding anniversary! I took them to Northpoint and Jeff sold them two lift recliners. $4000!!!!Upon delivery and set up, one of the recliners they couldn’t get to work! In hindsight, I should have taken the day off, made sure they wouldnt get scammed and then sent the chair back right then.My parents grew up in a world of good, honest people. They believed the workman, when they said it was fixed.Three days later it broke!!! Lazy boy has a policy of no returns after 21 days! It took almost that long to get the chairs delivered!! By the time, my poor Dad got someone to FINALLY call him back, it had been 24 days!! They won’t take the chair back and can’t send someone out for 4 weeks to fix it.90 years old, can’t enjoy their chairs or sit together in the same room. This is how you treat the elderly!! Calling Action 5 tomorrow, not going to let this slide.

I entered La-Z-Boy because I knew it would be a good quality product… It was presidents day weekend sale… There were mostly couples in there looking at furniture, I am a single woman. It took me to go in search of a salesman to help me because I was alone and not with a partner or significant other… The gentleman who ended up helping me saw me walking around and he ultimately got a very easy sale but he was very kind and pleasant to work with so for that reason I’m still going to give La-Z-Boy five stars, but to the staff there don’t overlook a single woman walking around assuming she’s not there to purchase some thing.

We went into Lazy Boy on Northpoint Pkwy on 4/18 to look at recliners for our bedroom. Came out with 2 RE liners and 2 sofas customized for our decor. Service by Mohammad, store manager was excellent. Having the designer, Beth, available was helpful in providing guidance to make our choices. So glad we went in there. However, be aware that delivery is taking 6 months.

La-z-Boy delivered a used floor model recliner instead of the new one we ordered and paid for. Be VERY careful when dealing with these people.

If youre looking for quality products La-Z-Boy is your choice. My parents had La-Z-Boy couches and chairs all growing up, weve had 5 dogs and kids trample all over them but the couches always look new, no scratches from paws or accidents. Its incredible! So my fiance and I just recently purchased our first house together and knew we had to outfit our living room with La-Z-Boy couch and chairs. This was our first time in a La-Z-Boy store, they tell you right off the bat no one works off of commission and it makes the world of a difference. Prior to hearing that, we were anticipating wed be up sold to the most expensive set, but it was the exact opposite. They worked to stay within our budget, were extremely helpful in explaining the different options, combinations, and fabrics that were available as well as picking out perfect matches based on our style. They told us dont be afraid to lay on the couches just like we would at home, tuck your feet under, lay across, throw a leg over the arm, whatever youll do when its in your home I mean have you ever heard that before? We felt like we were buying from a friend or family member rather than someone who was trying to get an extra dollar out of us left and right. When it came to the checkout process it was quick, easy, and extremely painless. I would say Ill definitely be buying my next couch from La-Z-Boy but Ive seen first hand just how long they last so itll probably be a while before I do.

If a material was not going to work well in our environment or he had some wiggle room on the price, he would tell us. We purchased a sofa and a love seat from this store a few years ago and they both are falling apart. The upholstery padding on the arms is gone! The coloration on the leather recliner has rubbed off also.We contacted the customer service manager and they said they were not responsible for the problem!

I visited this location with my daughter and literally walked pass 3 associates standing in a group talking, not one associate acknowledged us or asked if we needed help. We have owned several La-Z-Boy chairs and other furniture pieces over the years. We have 5 old ones right now in our basement. Two of them are 30+ years old. We were looking for two new chairs (one recliner, one rocker recliner). We visited Meredith at the North Point Store. We were there several times and tried every chair in the store. We even visited the Mall of Georgia Store to look at a chair North Point did not have. Meredith was very patient and helpful. We purchased two James chairs.Thank you for the assistance and the great experience.

I recently ordered a recliner from the La-Z-Boy store on North Point Parkway, and the salesperson I spoke with was pleasant, professional, and went out of her way to locate from the warehouse, the recliner I was hoping to purchase. If the salesperson had not taken the time to see whether the recliner I needed was available in the warehouse, I would have had to wait a minimum of 5 - 6 months if I ordered the same recliner through the La-Z-Boy website. I am very grateful for all of the salespersons efforts in helping me over the phone. Thank you so very much for the excellent customer service I received.

The quality is worth the money.Cons: Too long of a wait for your furniture, everything nowadays is due to Covid......I think its time to go back to full factory staff and expedite these orders a little faster.Just my opinion folks.

Clean and well decorated showroom with very professional and helpful staff. We visited three times before we settled on a specific couch and chair. The showroom could use better lighting because the lights do not show the true color of some of the fabrics. Having several pets at home and a busy lifestyle we needed a fabric that would be durable and comfortable to sit on.We chose La Z Boy because the cushion foam and fabric that they use is a much better quality than two of the other major competitors. Although the price is a bit higher we feel comfortable that the cushions will retain their shape and the fabric will not fall apart on us within a year...

Pictures show the loveseat and sofa we purchased 3 years ago for our family room in the red fabric swatch seen on the arm. We had great customer service with the selection and purchase. We took advantage of the free in home design consultation. When two weeks after delivery, our sons broke the back of the loveseat frame (man size teenagers) when having a fight, we found out what great customer service is when they came picked it up took it back to repair and then waived the repair fee. So it was a done deal to return now that we want new living room sofa and 2 recliner sofas for our media room. So the buying experience today with Cindy and Hayley was great again. We are purchasing the Aberdeen sofa for the living room in a black Velvet like fabric and (2) Oscar leather reclining sofas in red. Looking forward to refreshing the media room

Kelly Reed at the North Point Location was extremely helpful to myself and my husband. He explained how the store was organized making it simpler for us to shop for the sofa we wanted. And he made helpful suggestions such as fabric options and manual or electric, and memory foam. He also helped us to figure out the best way for us to pay explaining the details of their financing plan and other convenient ways to pay. He was happy to answer our questions. he even saved us $95 by giving us a list of places to donate our old couch to rather than paying for La Z Boy to pick it up.The thing I appreciated the most was their sales approach which did not make us feel pressured.

Love my new recliner! This was a replacement for my leather on that was 20+ years old, and the leather had torn due to my not taking care of the leather...chair still worked great! Since I know I’m not good with leather, I got a linen-type fabric this time. Love the color, love the comfort...I’d never have anything else!La-Z-Boy makes the best recliners!!!

Experience was fine....I was shown everything I asked for...even in this difficult time. Everyone wore masks (emplyees), but some customers did not.....that was disappointing. Delivery is taking much longer than I ever expected (or was told). I will post later after the furniture arrives.

Went into La-Z-Boy as a joke because I was looking for a more stylish updated recliner and was pleasantly surprised to find such a variety of designs. Dave was a great salesman, (not too pushy like at most furniture stores) giving me space when I turned down assistance but being available when I was ready to chat. I was pretty quick to purchase a chair because the price was affordable and less than expected and I felt that I was getting a great quality piece without being pressured into it.

We were met at the door, shown exactly what we wanted to see and we were out the door in under an hour with what we wanted on order.If the thing we ordered comes in on time and as promised, I’ll give the extra star, but it’s too early to tell. The initial experience was perfect, however!
