Everything is back ordered! The date the tell you keeps getting delayed and delayed. Do not deal with Carol - she is not helpful and will just keep telling you to call back.

This was an extremely disappointing experience waiting well over 20 minutes after giving them the ETA 20 minutes before arrival. Trying to use the built-in chat functionality was useless and had to be on the phone over five minutes total before speaking with someone to let them know I was there and still waiting. They also didnt fulfill my order properly.

I placed an online order, I was calling to find out my order, A rude lady picked up a phone dont know how to treat a customer, forgot me on phone line had a huge wait time came back and said we dont have an item call us back tomorrow if we get in new shippiment tomorrow, I called next day no one has a clue whats going on. I placed an order to give a house warming gift which wasnt taken care in timily manner. Worst part is customer service both days ladies were rude with long wait period.

I like the store however the color and design options were little limited.

My girlfriend and I came looking for new glasses and a few other items this past weekend. We walked every inch of the store just to see what was new and see all of their glass options as there are multiple displays. Sadly, we had many of the ladies who work there look at us but not one person said hello or tried to help... we were in the store for 45 minutes and I am 64 pretty hard to miss. Left a bad taste in our mouth so we went elsewhere to look for glasses. Well after a day of searching we found out they had other glasses in stock that werent on the floor and it was the original glass she was after.We figured we would give it a go and go back to see if it was better and if not we were going to order offline so they didnt get a sale through their store. Well to our suprise we walked in a little more dressed up the second time from our 11am gym wear and we had 4 employees within 30 seconds ask us if we needed help and two employees successfully got our glasses from the back while selling us on 4 others and made us rethink how the morning trip went so wrong. How we wasted a whole day searching through countless stores to end up where we started the day. I feel often at the Avalon if your not sporting jewelry with your gym wear they arent helping you or dont think you have the money for all the upscale stores. Wearing dress clothes all week stinks so the weekend is for loungers while I have to deal with shopping.

Watch out for the mask police at the front counter. My wife and I were shopping here last weekend with our 1 year old. I was the one taking care of the baby and she was shopping. I hope people know this but I guess the employees at this establishment don’t know. Holding a baby while I’m wearing a useless mask is always going to lead to the baby tugging, pulling it down, or ripping the mask off. I guess you all know where I’m going with this. Women working at this place are so underpaid and are always in a miserable mood.

We bought a mixer there and need to exchange it for a different color. It was a wedding gift. Instead they lost our business and we are going to Macys to get what we need. They just didnt care or go the extra mile. We got our money back and heading to Macys. Hope you guys can take better care of your customers. I would have given you a 3 star but your Avalon store was nicely decorated.

I had a fantastic experience here. I bought my first sectional and the sales person helped through the whole process. Considering my budget, they helped me size the couch to my living room size. Ill definitely come back for more!

I came by your store today to give you some business, only to find that at 5:15 pm your store closed. I called and found out that your store is only open between 11:00 and 5:00. Since most Georgians are back at work, how do you expect to make any sales when your opening hours are hours that people work. With the rent at Avalon, I would expect that you would want to make as many sales as possible. Poor decision on your opening hours, if you are only going to be open 6 hours, don’t you think you would make more sales if you were open between 3:00 and 9:00 when most working people would shop. Idiot decision

Lovely store and friendly staff. Parking is fine. I enjoy walking its good for you. Crate and Barrel will pack up your bags and if you pull your car around the back, they have staff ready to load the packages into your car. No need to carry around heavy bags while shopping or walking back to your car.

Could not get anyone to help me and the lady was rude when she finally helped me.

Was the location in the strip center across from the mall getting a bit tired? Yes, but this was a poor choice in location. I live within walking distance of Avalon and its a good thing because you will not find parking here. There is also considerably less space devoted to everyday items in this location. I really miss the old store.

Service is the top! I visited several times within last few months, everyone is warm and helpful. The store is smaller than the Lenox one, but the selection is still great. You could find most of stuffs in store.

I go to this C&B often because my office is within walking distance. As a frequent visitor, I can tell you that the staff is consistently snooty and rude. I will gladly take my business to another store that actually values my business and treats me like a decent human being.

Very poor communication - took extreme amount of time to buy 2 gifts (like over an hour!), one not in stock. After call to pick up the one, over half an hour & they had to again get it from another store - wasnt there. Never want to shop there again.

While im a fan of c&b, Im not a fan of the lack of parking at Avalon. Honestly, how was parking so under estimated and not planned? The lack of parking anf traffic will keep us from ever going back any time soon.

I never got in the store. I went there at 2:00 on a Tuesday afternoon, Dec. 6th, and there is simply no parking anywhere. I tried the big lot and of course the very limited street parking is taken. Ridiculous. The old Alpharetta location I would just park in a huge lot in front of the store and walk and very short distance to get in. Yikes.

Terrible store location! This should have been built as a free standing store with a parking lot. The location makes it near impossible to shop for several larger items at a time because you then are forced to walk to a parking deck. It seems it wasnt designed to be open to the public.

Good luck finding a parking place at this new location. My husband and I drove around for 20 minutes and finally found a space about 100 yards from the Whole Foods store. Then the security guard told us we couldnt park there unless we were shopping at Whole Foods. There was no place to park so we could shop at the Crate & Barrel, so we left and went home after driving 15 miles to get there. Wont be going back. The design of this shopping area is a joke, seriously, who is going to shop at Avalon during the holiday season? The Avalon developers do not know how to plan a shopping mall. The cheap rent for the retailers wont matter when no one comes to shop.

Although it was pouring rain, Paul helped me fit a table into my sedan that would barely fit. That was beyond his call of duty and greatly raised my opinion of Crate and Barrel.
