Today it was my 1st visit in Halcyon and Pop bar! I really loved both. Pop bar has multiple good choices of flavors to use your creativity. The hazelnut one is very delicious combined with dark chocolate. I really enjoyed grab my ice pop and then headed to Halcyon area to see the movement while eating.

They sell Popwichs. Two thin crispy wafers dipped in choclate and made to stick on top and bottom of the popsicle. You can then have the whole thing dipped in a delicious concoction (milk/dark/white choclate etc.). Sprinkle with topping of your choice. Sounds convoluted but tastes divine.They have a big selection of pops, dippings, and toppings. You can go crazy with the combinations. Also the staff are super friendly and patient. They are following the COVID protocol quiet well. Great place to get pops.

I came here a few weeks ago and got the French toast pop with half dipped dark chocolate and sprinkles. I loooooooved it. It was sweet and creamy. I loved the crunch the dark chocolate and sprinkles added. I tasted hints cinnamon throughout the bar. This time I got Irish coffee with half dipped dark chocolate and almonds. It was pretty good not too sweet! It tasted like a coffee pop. The crunch the dark chocolate and almonds gave was a good addition.

I tried a coffee gelato bar, a white chocolate dip and waffle cone crumbles. It was excellent and I would order it again. Thanks!!

My cookies and cream had a lot more cookie than cream. If you like bread on a stick, consider the cookies and cream. Great place, fantastic employee, would go again.

The staff was friendly and very helpful in explaining the menu, and my husband said his popwich was good. That part of the experience was great!The 3 star rating is because the vegan milkshake was super disappointing. I’m not sure if it was made correctly or not, but it tasted like a sort of strawberry, sweet, watery slushie. Can’t recommend it, but can recommend the regular bars!

It was so great! I got the cookies n creme dipped in dark chocolate. It was so smooth, not overly sweet and the perfect portion. My boyfriend got the mango dipped in white chocolate with almonds and it was also fantastic. Very refreshing. Excellent service. Cant wait to go back!

The most fantastic snack spot ever! I love this place! Incredibly unique cereal milk pop. The waffle pops are made on the spot from scratch right in front of you. This is the perfect delightful treat to top off a trip to the new Halcyon.

I had door dash deliver & let me just say .... wow ! Amazing concept ! Loved the taste too. & the little tote is super cute to keep them cold.

We had popbar cater our sports banquet and it was perfect! They’re so easy to work with and it was so convenient to have the tricycle cooler. Definitely recommend!

Popbar is a one of a kind popsicle shop located inside the new outdoor shopping center; Halcyon! The shop is located across from Lizard Thicket and the CMX Cinema movie theater. You know youve arrived when you see the big orange frame around their front door (as seen in my pictures)!What I love most about Popbar is that they have many delicious flavors of pops to choose from such as pistachio, strawberry, mango, peach, pineapple, salted caramel, mint, Irish coffee, toasted marshmallow, cookies and cream and coconut just to name a few. The flavors range from sorbet, gelato, to frozen yogurt. They ALSO have one of a kind shakes (as seen in my pictures)!All of their pops are made fresh daily with all natural ingredients, hormone-free milk, and real fruit! They ALSO do not use any artificial flavoring or high fructose corn syrup.Currently, my top three pop flavors are the cookies and cream, spicy chocolate and the snickerdoodle! I have had all three dipped inside their milk chocolate and then topped with hazelnut crumbles. Im telling you its a flavor experience you wont forget. Your taste buds will be thanking you throughout each bite!I highly recommend trying the spicy chocolate if you want a unique pop experience. Its not actually spicy in flavor, however, you do get a nice subtle warm feeling in your chest after you swallow. The pop has cayenne pepper mixed into the pop!If you ever meet the owners when you stop in (it is a husband and wife), you will quickly understand why this business is as good as it is! Everything they do they put their heart into and it shows from the moment you walk in. You can see the passion they have for this business as they explain how POPBAR works and you can taste it in each flavor!

A unique restaurant which offers a variety of popsicle flavors that are customizable too. Tastes great, highly recommended!

Went here a few months ago with a friend and it was amazing! The man working was so kind. I asked him what his favorite bar flavor was and he ended up listing them all; I cant blame him though, I got coconut and it was delicious! Will definitely be coming back

Wonderful place with some yummy treats.

Popbar came and catered a drive thru baby shower. Charel was awesome! Came early to set up, was great with everyone, and never complained in the 90+ degree weather once. Was well prepared, and even had containers for leftover bars for us and even stylish thermal bags for us to keep. AND THE GELATO POPS, were AMAZING, everyone loved them! Definitely going to use them for parties in the future and go to their store in Alpharetta to try all the flavors!!!

Visited the NC location and was excited about the GA one, but it was great. My favorite flavor was unavailable.

Absolutely LOVE Popbar Alpharetta at Halycon! I have now been four times and each time I go back, I am more and more impressed! There are so many flavor options for the popsicle bases (gelato, sorbetto, or yogurt pops), then you can choose to customize them by adding one (or more) of six different chocolate dips - full dip, half dip, drizzle!!!, and then further customize it by adding any variety of toppings!!! The end result is not only a Instaworthy beautiful work of art, but these pops are DELISH!!!! I havent tried the shakes yet - they are next on my list - but my friend did, and she was not disappointed one bit! I have had a great experience with each of the Popbar staff that I have worked with. They are friendly and knowledgeable. Even when the store had to delay opening one day because of an AC issue, we were allowed to grab a treat before they officially opened because they didnt want us to leave disappointed! Now thats great customer service! I will be back again and again and again!!!

This place is so good! I got strawberry with dark chocolate and coconut topping and I love it.My boyfriend got strawberry with milk chocolate and his sister got raspberry with caramel and chocolate and sprinkles topping.We all were so happy with our popsicles! We will come back and maybe one day try the avocado one 😂!

Love this place!!! I love their cookies and cream and natural fruits bar! Also their mango with chilli powder... the place is owned by a couple they are so sweet... I have been going to this place since day 1 !! My whole family loves this place... they have different variety.. the fruit based bars dnt have any preservatives/ artificial sugars it pure natural! You can have ice-cream even when ur on diet!

These wonderful folks delivered to our neighborhood during these crazy times and it was our first taste of this wonderful product - but it wont be our last! So thankful for our neighborhood effort to encourage this family-owned business by placing multiple orders that were filled to perfection. These bars were fun to customize to our taste and a were high quality treat. Weve already told several friends to give this Popbar location a try, were confident theyll not be disappointed! Well be back!

Overall they have a lot of options and it is pretty good.

I needed a little pick-me-up so I stopped by while on my lunch. While there were a lot of good choices, the raspberry caught my eye, and I couldnt talk myself into anything else. So yummy! It was just like eating fresh berries. I look forward to going back and trying some gelato and maybe adding some toppings.

I love them when I say the milkshakes are so cute but will change your milkshake life...the staff and owners are beyond friendly. You come in a customer & leave family i love it. Pop bar is very unique just the whole experience is nice dont feel rushed. Just nice and easy. Oh the frozen lemonade is SPECTACULAR!!! Thank you!! Popbar at Halcyon is a weekend staple for our family - who am I kidding, weekdays too! When the pandemic started, we visited several times a week in hopes of helping our favorite small business survive. We’ve loved watching them grow. Not only are the pops exceptional, the service is too. If you’re in the area, Popbar is a must!

This is definitely where I take my girls when we want to have fun 🤩 with our dessert. We come here to cool off from the Georgia heat & indulge in a nice treat. I mean the popsicle flavors & combinations are endless. You’ll definitely find something you like here.I mean they even do this type of popsicle thingy with hot chocolate during the cooler months. I say drive out there to try it & youll be constantly going there like we do on weekends.

We have been to the popbar in halcyon quite a few times and have loved our service, pops and staff each time. You cant go wrong with this sweet treat!

I recently hosted a drive by baby shower and had the pop bar trike and the whole experience was phenomenal!! All the flavors tasted great and looked so cute as well. The guests really enjoyed it! The service was amazing as well. Charel is very pleasant to work with and was very accommodating. And they even made sure safety was priority. They even provided thermal bags for leftover pops. I highly recommend them if you hosting an event or you just want to grab a popsicle at their location!!

Their pops are phenomenal! I would recommend anyone to try it if they haven’t. Should definitely be a staple in Alpharetta! Can’t wait to have another pop.

Amazing ice cream and popsicle shop in the Halcyon shopping outlet. Food was fantastic and the service was great. Located in a convenient walk-in location near the highway. Highly recommend.

The best pops!! My boyfriend got the coffee cake special which was amazing. I got the vegan chocolate and it was incredible. Highly recommend .

OUR FIRST VISIT!!! I am very impressed. We learned of Pop-Bar on Thursday, then came on Friday and ordered 8 custom gelato pops, six hot chocolate pops, and chocolate espresso beans. We immediately drove them in a mini sealed orange thermal cooler to a few friends safely during CV-19. Then our moment arrived! We bit into our first one on the way home!!!! A soft mint gelato pop, half dipped into dark chocolate.........mmmmm......sorry. I had to take a pause! Ok,........as I was saying, dipped in dark chocolate with almond pieces sprinkled on top!!!! Hold on....hold on..........a tear just fell from my eye. It was enchanting!!! I was so impressed. Then once we were home, my craving overcame me once more. My hand slowly found its way to the freezer at home. As I slowly opened the door, the light shinned directly on the wrapping of the coconut gelato pop sandwich.......yes I said pop-sandwich because they added two outer layers of ice cream sandwich on the pop with a stick!!! That dipped in dark chocolate with mini shavings of coconut gently breezed on the exterior of this package of goodness. One bite led to another, then another, then another. Before I knew what had happened,...... it was gone, never to be seen again. Perhaps my wife will not notice if I borrow her pistachio gelato bar or her smores gelato bar. Yes it has toasted marshmallow topping from a torch!!!! If she does, I will once again make it my determination to return to the Pop-bar, and sacrifice myself to custom make 10 more, because I know how much it means to me.......I mean her! ;-D

Fantastic pop shop! Staff here is always friendly and the pops, dips and toppings are amazing. We always make it a stop on our visits to Halcyon, or sometimes grab a 6-pack for dessert after our Gus takeout.

The most AMAZING experience. Micheal and Isabelle were both so amazing!! So helpful, as it was our first time. We literally only wanted milkshakes but ended up buying a bunch of popsicles because the team was so amazing. I haven’t ever experienced such amazing customer service! And the concept here is really cool with the custom popsicles. They are VERY clean and tidy and cautious of our current climate. I felt very safe in here. Ask for Micheal if you go in! He’ll take such good care of you.

Love the pops here its our familys favorite treat spot in Alpharetta! We love that it is family owned and they are always very nice with smiling faces Id definitely recommend the Mango Coconut Pop with white chocolate it is my favorite!

This establishment is a jewel. The owners are infectious and the POPS cannot be replicated. I can guarantee that the overall experience is one that you will never forget.

We left one of the young ladies was very impatient. It was new and interesting so we drove 45 min to try it. We had a lot of questions and our children didnt really know what to partake in as well. One of the girls on staff was nice but the young lady preparing the pops for us was rolling her eyes, she was very short with us. It was very uncomfortable. I would have liked to have actually tried the pops but I dont want anyone doing anything for me or my family with a nasty attitude.
