Highly recommend A.R.E. Jed is very knowledgeable about flooring options. He was extremely helpful and patient as we selected LVP for our main floor and carpet for the second floor. Everything went smoothly – from measuring to scheduling to installing! The installation crew was great and did exceptional work. Lauren was helpful in researching availability of products. Philip followed up to make sure everything was satisfactory. I am very pleased with my experience at A.R.E. and love my new floors! The customer service is outstanding! I looked at other companies and made the right decision to go with A.R.E.

Jed at Alpha Rug Expo provided exceptional customer service. We went in store to pick our carpet, and he dedicated much of his time to talk through options and guide us through the process. We ended up having a medical emergency and had to change our installation date last minute. They were fully flexible and understanding and worked with us to reschedule. The installation crew that came out were great. They spent the entire day here and made sure everything was done correctly. We also had a stair runner installed which was done with great care and turned out amazing. We are so happy we went with Alpha Rug Expo. Great customer service, product, and team!

Just had the builder floors removed downstairs. Seemed like builder floors were better than they were. Very low quality product that couldn’t be refinished. Our house is one on a slab. Lowe’s wanted to charge almost 6k just to remove the old floors. Got a second opinion from A.R.E which is on post and hwy 9. Significantly better price and floors are much better than any of the big box store offerings. Highly recommend Daniel & Sable! They did a great job. 1650 square feet done. 1.5 days to remove 1.5 days to install and 1 day to do all touch ups we pointed out. Experience was fantastic. Day one was messy. Couldn’t be happier!

The team at Alpha Rug was great to work with and very responsive. We werent home when they finished up their work and Philip followed up to make sure everything met our expectations. He answered all our questions and quickly addressed the followup items. It was great to work with them. I agree with the other review that said the showroom is GREAT!!

Recently, I had an area rug cut into two pieces and bound on all edges. The end result was fabulous!!Although I am not in need of flooring right now, I know where I will look when I do need flooring---Alpha Rug Expo has every kind of flooring in many different styles and product lines. If you cant find what you are looking for at Alpha Rug Expo then the product does not exist.

Installation job was done November 25, 2019, the Monday before Thanksgiving.There were a few issues..... The installation crew did not bother to clean up the remnants from the job left in my yard and driveway and even left a pallet from their van in my yard. The floor leveling part of the job they were going to do was NOT done. And I was surprised to find them using MY table saw which meant that they had to go into my garage to get and drag out for them to use.I called Alpha Rug 3 different times to speak to someone but had to leave detailed messages describing the problems each time. They never called me back to follow up. On the 4th time I called, I was able to speak to someone and they said they had heard my messages and had addressed the issues with the installation crew but didnt see any reason to follow up with me personally about my concerns.I am disappointed that this is how they chose to handle customer service after the install.They were concerned about the floor leveling part not being done and said they would call back and schedule a time to see the job, but that was over two weeks ago and I havent heard from them. They said the crew takes before and after pictures to document the jobs so they would review those pictures and share them and any notes with me but again, I havent heard anything.So as much as I have liked working with them over the years, I will not use them again and caution others with this review. This experience has shown me that they are more interested about getting the job than they are about keeping a customer.

We had Alpha Rug put in a stair runner today, what a great experience from start to finish. Massive showroom with tons of options, great staff to help us pick the right carpet and design and the best part, the person who came to install it was super talented and professional. Warmest recommendations from my wife and I.

A few years ago I needed a large area rug for my living room. I had just refinished the wood floors and I was also concerned about damage to the wood finish. I shopped around and discovered for the size rug I needed it would cost thousands of dollars. Then I stopped by Alpha Rug Expo and explained what I wanted. They suggested I select a patterned carpet and have it cut to the size I wanted and have it bound around the edges. I found the perfect, high quality, patterned carpet and they made the rug for me at a fraction of the cost I had been quoted elsewhere. They also assisted me in selecting a pad that would protect my wood floors. It was perfect! I have moved that rug with me on 3 separate moves since that time and it looks as nice as the day I got it. I just recently moved back to GA and this time I needed large rugs for a couple of guest bedrooms. There was a flooring store near me so I first stopped and asked for a quote. It was outrageous. I recalled Alpha Rug Expo and made a trip to see them again. I selected the carpet I wanted and they quoted a price for both rugs that was less than a third of the price quoted by the other company for one rug. They are even delivering them for me. I won’t go anywhere else, and I’d recommend this company to everyone!

Prices were more competitive than Home Depot and local Hometown Carpet. Installation for two rooms of carpet and stairs was 3 hours total for removal and replacement. Very happy with the staff from sales to the installation team. Highly recommend this place for flooring needs!

Alph Rugs installed SEM manufactured hardwood floors throughout our house (entire 1st floor, Master, hall and Study up) 3 years ago. Within the first 6 months we notice peeling and chipping along the edges of various boards all through the house. Over the next year, they got worse and more prevalent. We finally tried to contact Daniel at Alpha rugs about the problem. It took quite a long time, a lot of emails and text messages to get them to finally come out to look at the floors.When Daniel finally came to inspect the floors, he obviously thought it could be/was a manufacturing issue. Especially since the damage wasn’t isolated to one area. He did mention that this manufacturer (SEM) has in the past blamed the home owner for using steam mops or the wrong cleaning methods. This kind of set us up for what to expect.After several more months, SEM finally sent an “independent flooring inspector” to come look at the floors. He seemed to be quite thorough. Needless to say, his report came back in favor of SEM, claiming it was a maintenance created problem. This is even considering several areas that have been under area rugs since day one.We have reached out several times to Alpha Rugs and SEM to contest this conclusion with absolutely NO response. Out take on this is that SEM flooring and Alpha Rugs are trying blame us for the poor quality of this flooring.Alpha Rugs recommended, and installed, these SEM manufactured plank floors knowing that we lived in our house and had dogs. Their conclusion seemed to be that we walk on our floors too much, we have dogs who walk on the floors (which they knew bc they recommended the flooring we chose bc of the dogs), we clean the floors wrong, we don’t clean them often enough, we clean them too often. According to SEM, our floors would be perfect if only we never walked on them or stay off the floor completely.After reading the contract we notice there was ZERO warranty with Alpha Rugs. They told us the floors would last as long as our previous hardwood floor (25 years) and these floors did not last 6 months.We have tried and tried to resolve this issue in an amicable, mutually satisfactory way, but they refuse. I would not recommend or use Alpha Rugs every again and please find a different manufacturer for the flooring, as neither have any sort of warranty.Photos on request!

Pretty happy with hardwood floors we purchased there a year ago. Great quality and good price. Well worth extra 1$/sqft compared to terrible quality floors I got from floor and decor. Installed myself.
