Great Publix located in the Flynn Crossing shopping center the store is easy to access and easy to get back out on the street. The staff are very friendly and service oriented. I was able to find every thing I needed in the store. If they have something I need and they don’t stock it they try to get into stock forYou. Great grocery chain - family owned and people staffed are friendly. This is just my experience. I was highly satisfied with my experience in the store and getting what I needed. And nice location

I am giving five stars to both Store Associates Russ and Dominic. Today was my first time at this Publix location. I am truly impressed with the phenomenal customer service I received. They were both so positive and helpful. I could not stop thanking them enough. I would definitely recommend this Publix for your shopping needs.

Now the store has self-serve checkout. Thats a big plus. And, they also have lots of new refrigerators for dairy, eggs, cold cuts, etc. Staff is very friendly. However, like most stores, they are temporarily out of a few items. I guess this is our new normal. With lots of buy one, get one free deals, today I saved $10. Still, one of my favorite places for groceries.

This is my go to Publix for my favorite electrolyte drinks Biolyte. They always have a big selection and they usually have a sale of 2 for $6. Thank you Publix for carrying Biolyte.

Its got a great selection. But there is nowhere to return carts in the parking lot and they dont support Instacart pickups.

This is my go-to grocery store. Grew up with Publix back in Florida. This store just underwent remodeling in the produce, freezer, and service desk. Looks fantastic!

Really good authentic Thai food. Their sauces are on point with just the right amount of heat. The squid was a bit on the chewy side for my liking, but had a really good flavor, especially with the sauce. I recommend the Num Tok, it has a really great balance of chili and lime.

Just for the customer service person who was a bit on the heavy side whom i asked if she can check me out responded, i cant hear you so i repeated it again, her response i cant hear you. So the younger customer service person politely comes over and asks, can i help you i said yes just want to purchase these here. She kindly did, with no problems of hearing me and what i asked. Very nicely told me to drive safe and be careful on the road due to all the rain. The other person should have just stayed home. I wore a mask and so did the younger smaller person who checked me out. Ive been vaccinated got both shots. Still i dont trust that everyone else has. If her ignoring me and being rude was for that reason, then shame on her. Just stay home because thats not good customer service.

I was trying to send some money to my family true western union and the person at costumer service do not know how to do it. She have to call somebody else.

I relocated here from NYC during my retirement from being an Officer with over 23yrs of service. That said lve encountered thousands of personalities both non and professional. Ive also shopped at various Publix Shopping Centers through out Georgia for over 11yrs of residing here. Manager Miranda and her staff are definitely beyond the best when it comes to courtesy professionalism and genuine care to customers. My experience only gets better with each visit and it is my favorite place to shop!

First time ever dropping off prescription at Publix Pharmacy. Pharmacist says itll be 30 min whats a good phone #. I give him number. I shop around(cleanest store ever!) After 30 min me thinking I would get a text, I go to my car to wait. After 10 more minutes I decided to go in and inquire. My prescription had been filled soon after 5:20. Never assume they will call. Need to ask next time what procedure is.

I happen to work here and it’s been an amazing place but i and many others have always had bad experiences when it comes to ordering cake from the bakery. The bakery manager spelled my cake wrong and used the wrong color on the flowers. It sucks because it’s not the first time it’s happened. They need to do better with training at the bakery as well.

Publix is Gods greatest grocer and there will never be another market chain to rival its cleanliness, quality, and service.

One of my favorite Publix. All the employees are so helpful and friendly. The veggies, fruits and milk is fresh. The old lady at the sub counter is so sweet and makes fullfing sub. Love her smile.

The Publix staff were super helpful on Christmas Eve. Several asked if they could help us find something. One young man left what he was doing and walked us halfway across the store to show us what we were looking for. Then he went and looked in the back to see if they had any more. Great attitude!

I really hate to leave a bad review but this Publix is not managed to the same standards as others. I left after less than 10 minutes of trying to shop. Produce was unacceptable. I literally picked up a bag of mandarin oranges that were gushing putrid water and found it was going from a couple of oranges that looked more like avocados! Out of bananas, raspberries, and tomatoes had dust on them. I was shocked and didnt even venture to the meat department and the horrors that were awaiting me there! Place really looked picked over. Not my first trip here, but by far the worst. Who is managing inventory and quality? Will gladly change my review if things turn around as I live close to this location.

Worst stocked Publix in GA hands down. I travel a lot in the south east and usually find everything i need. This store has had items out of stock for more than a year that is freely available at any Kroger in mass. This is Physical evidence that these people are not doing their jobs and scanning out sections for restock. How do i know? I was a Publix assistant store manager for 2 years. i went in for 11 items today and left with 2 due to poor stocking and poor management of staff.If i was working in Publix Corporate i would secret shop this location ASAP.

I love this Publix because its always well stocked, neat and well organized. The staff is friendly and helpful. Its never too crowded when I shop. The check out is always fast and with no lines. I usually find here the stuff I cannot find in bigger stores. Its a great shopping experience overall.

As I looked lost, floating through the aisles of Publix, a young man stopped me and asked if he could help me find something. He patiently helped me find what I was looking for. At checkout, the young lady offered to assist me to my car with my groceries. What a hospitable group of people.

This Publix is nice but the customer service here is horrible all the employees act miserable to be there. I come into this location because it’s close to my sons therapy place but I tell you every time I come here it’s the same thing the employees are so rude and act like you are an inconvenience to them. I need to find another Publix near by. Literally puts me in a bad mood every time I come here.

Customer service rude. A shame, i gave 5 stars a month ago for pharmacy. Today at 130p I am next in line. Im patiently waiting at customer service/lottery register. Another customer comes up with two food items in hand and stands sideways to me. When its my turn the publix guy looks away from me and motions for guy with food to come forward. That did not happen! I said i was next and the customer agreed and did not come forward. The publix guy employee was then put out, not nice in helping me. I wasnt going to leave a review figuring its a one off but I see that only a day ago a review came in as poor service.

The best Publix I’ve ever been to!!! Sweetest people! Helped us out multiple times and was extremely patient and even gave us free coupons! Will forever come to this Publix and so should everybody else!!! :)

Decent Publix..odd layout in my opinion.

My parents have six prescriptions total. Their family doctor sent three or six months refills, depends on medicines. When it is time to pick up refill, they always said doctor needs to send prescriptions. I explained that the prescriptions are worth of three or six months. Then they were like” oh ok” 🤡. I asked them at least twice if all of my parents ‘ prescriptions are ready, they said yes. My parents have six prescriptions total and we don’t want to make six trips to pick up six prescriptions. However, when my parents went there today, they said only one prescription for my mom and one for my dad are ready! Speechless 😶! It seems they don’t care about other people’s time. And this is not the first time that they did it to my parents! Such a careless team working together!

Cashier made direct racial slurs and remarks to my wife. My wife was speaking Spanish to the bagger, the cashier became frustrated, so she wore her frustration on her tongue in the most disgusting way possible. How can people still think this way in 2021?!?! How does management allow this type of behavior?!?!We will NEVER shop here again.

They are so rude to customers here in my opinion from what I have observed, in particularly to Black customers. They constantly ignore Black customers but it seems like they go out of their way to speak and to help non-Black customers. Its really unfortunate and a shame.

Store Is the best!

Publix super market has almost everything you might be looking for. Ample space for parking outside. You have Great Clips,saloon , Retail shop around and few more shops to grab some food.

It was my 1st time getting my prescription filled there, I was alarmed at the coupon they gave me, bring my cost from $50 to $12, that was amazing.

The deli department where they make the sandwiches is extremely slow 🐌. And they keep running out of Sweet potato casseroles as a side dish.

Worst experience ever will not be back! They did not have the carts for my disabled son so I had no way of fully containing him through out the store. He loves to get a free cookie from the bakery and they said the only way he could get one is ask for one. He is unable to request a cookie due to his disability. I had to deal with his meltdown of being denied a cookie for the rest of my shopping! Individuals with disabilities are NOT Welcome at this location!!!

Let me start by saying I have shopped at Publix for many years as I grew up in South Florida. My overall experience has always been a very good one; however, at this particular location I have received very poor customer service from employees on several visits with an attitude. Additionally, this location has a very poor, limited selection especially in the meat department.

The lady making sandwiches doesnt have a clue. Ordered an avocado sandwich she picked up the hardest one then sliced like a apple then struggled whether the pit was part of it or not. But, then again might not be her fault. Nobody train her. Like a bartender that doesnt drink alcohol makes great drinks.

Must agree w/ Dr. Kurt. This is not the typical Publix experience I grew accustomed to in Estero & Ft. Myers, FL. I would say inconsistent experiences sums it up. Promised Ovaltine Malt would be ordered six months ago. Still not here. Sold me an empty tank of LP gas with blue cap on it only to have manager tell me How do we know you didnt use it? when I attempted to exchange. I pursued following day to another manager whom was embarrassed by the first experience. Tank was exchanged free of charge that day. And yes, the meat is rather lacking most times even before Corona hoarders purchased up. Deli employees are average with a couple ostandouts.

My “home” grocery store. I’m there nearly every day. Well run, clean and stocked with all the necessities. I really like their BOGO deals up front as you walk in. My only criticism is that their beef prices can be high and it is often difficult to get help at the fish counter. The sushi lady is nice, but she only does sushi.

Deli is clearly understaffed. Asked for popcorn chicken. Told it would take 10 minutes for it to be ready. No problem I said. 10 minutes later was asked again how they could help me. When I told them I was waiting for popcorn chicken they again said, it would be 10 more minutes.I don’t blame the staff as they have a line of 6 deep of people.Management might need to step it.

I was pulling into the parking lot, which is one way strips, and there were pedestrians in front of me that I was unable to pass and a Publix employee with carts coming straight towards me. I was trying to be polite and let her pass on one side of my car and she didn’t turn her carts until very late. As she was passing she looked at me in my car and made a snarky comment.I decided to not give them my business because of her. This is the Publix close to work that I go into often but that kind of rudeness makes me willing to drive through traffic on highway 9 to get to another Publix I know has good customer service

I LOVE Publix and I shop there at least once a week. They have great deals and the staff is always really nice and helpful. I go to many Publix stores because theyre all over, but this one is closest to my house, so Im at this one the most often. Most of the time, at this store, they are out of stock of the Buy 1 Get 1 Free deals (and only a day after the deals start), which really sucks. Everyone is really nice here, except the bagging people. They are nice, but EVERY TIME I go they INSIST on taking my bags out. I like to carry my bags out myself and its like Im being forced to have them walk me out. I know its a complementary service and theyre trying to be nice, but honestly, if I say No thank you, Id like to take them out myself, then that should be the end of it. This has happened on multiple occasions, thats why Im writing a review. Its almost like a car sales man, you tell them no, but they keep insisting until you say yes. It really ruins Publix for me, at least at this store.

A couple of reasons for a 5 star review. First - MAJOR props to the Bakery Dept, my Dads birthday cake that I special ordered came out gorgeous and tasted fantastic. The colors and design and the 2 different flavor cake... loved it all. They even had it done early which was a bonus - we needed it earlier! So pleased and my Dad loved it too.Also, Publix has some of the best watermelon Ive ever had. Im not sure where in the USA they get it from, but wow... deeeelish! Its so fresh! I had a bad experience with WF (whole foods) - bought their watermelon to make a watermelon salad for my Dads bday... we cut into it and it smelled like onion and had zero taste. They sourced it from Mexico so Im thinking it made quite a (hot) haul to get here. It was disgusting. I went right up to Publix and bought theirs. I could smell how sweet it was just by holding it up to my nose in the store. :) It was perfect.Customer service - outstanding! Always friendly helpful people in every department. You can just tell the employees there take pride in their work. It goes a long way... especially when you compare it to the miserable folks that work down the street at Krogers. They think customer service there is a massive inconvenience to them.Grateful to call this Publix our Go-To-Store!

I always love shopping at Publix. This location in particular has very friendly and helpful employees and management. My only criticism is the quality of baking from their bakery department. Cookies, pastries and breads that are baked in house tend to be overbaked. Cookies that are baked within 24 hours or less are always hard to bite into. Ive given up buying them for my kids.

Lunch is usually pretty good here.

The deli has good food, but is super slow, especially around lunchtime. When I order a sandwich online its usually ready on time, but the big order I called in about was 25 min late. Otherwise, everything is good.

Prices are a bit misleading. The cherries said 3.99 but said a pound in small print. Publix prices arent as good as Kroger.
