Great fragrance products at very affordable rate. They introduce new products regularly. The main point I like about this store is affordability of products and availability of new products. The another advantage is that they provide sample of almost all products they sell. This will help customers to test the products before they buy.. Customer service is a plus point. Excellent staff who are ready to help when needed.

I worked at this location for about a year. At first, this job seemed great and the staff was super nice, almost too nice. Eventually, I came to realize that the management team was absolutely horrible. The managers were nice to your face, and talked ill about employees in the back room. Managers showed no compassion for employees and acted like working at bbw was our only commitment. Most associates were students and could only work certain days and managers would make us feel bad about the fact that we were in college and prioritized our futures. This job under pays their workers and OVER WORKS them! Managers also left most of the labor work for associates and would stand in one corner and chit chat amongst themselves. But the moment the associates would stop to take a break or talk, they would get down on us about not doing our work. The store manager often made employees feel very bad if they needed to call out for personal reasons. Do not work here ever. It isnt worth the pay, nor your mental sanity!

Im really sad to share that Ive had my first bad experience here today. Associates are normally very kind and go out of their way to be helpful. Rather than politely asking my husband to leave the store if store policy was broken, the associate proceeded to berate him about social rules in front of everyone, including my friend from out of town. My husband actually offered to leave in order to avoid any conflict and she said, yes, go! I could understand if his clothing choice involved hate speech, inappropriate things, or if he refused to wear a mask, but it didnt have those issues. It was not harming anyone. I am not going to name anyone specifically because its such a small thing that I dont want to cause trouble, but I do ask that more courtesy be involved in the future. You can ask someone to leave in a professional manner without making them feel small.

There was a guy named John who was working when we came in, and he was super friendly and charismatic. He is the reason we bought so many things!! He really sold us, and was very helpful. If I could, I would give him a raise!

Love the employees there, they always remember me and my service dog. They are always ready to help you with questions and help to search for any item you may be searching for.. They are incredibly friendly and so courteous. Love this store and love the employees. Big shout out to Indra, Cameron, Alissa and Niki. An amazing crew and dont forget to say hello to them and if youll looking for something special talk to Indra or Cameron theyll do their best to find it at this location or another location. Service with a smile always at this location.

One of the most helpful, friendly Bath and Body Works staffs I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. Always some great deals. My bathroom is a bit overrun with delicious smelling goodness!

Eh, its changed alot since the last time I had been to a Bath and Body Works. Its clean, they practice social distancing and you are required to wear a mask. But, I noticed the prices are significantly higher than they used to be. Maybe its just priced differently than the last Bath & Body Works I had visited in Seattle. But, I think $13.50 for an 8oz bottle of hand lotion is excessive. And their Buy 3 get 2 free is a scam. I paid just shy of $50.00 for the 5 bottles. If I had not been giving them as gifts...I wouldve walked away and not made a purchase.

I only go to this location around the holidays, but I always look forward to seeing Michaela. She has the best attitude and energy. She is always so friendly and welcoming.Everyone there is usually quite nice, but Michaela always seems to go out of her way to converse and make sure we find everything we need.

I came in to get some of the sales they have and I was very pleased. Everyone there was helpful and friendly. They guided and recommended scents for me and my mom. They made my experience easy and smooth. When it was time to check out there was a bit of a line but I didn’t even have to wait long before it was my turn. Great customer service! Friendly staff! I will be returning!

I went to the store Sept 30 to purchase a gift for my mom. A simple gift card. The cashiers behind the counter said that my card was declined three times & I needed to call my bank. My bank insisted that it was on their end. They finally switched registers and the purchase went through. I had four charges that have gone through my bank. I tried to explain this to the clerks that day & they could not be bothered. I called the manager & explained it happened on two registers and she didnt listen. She called back and finally listened just to pass me to corporate. Its been 5 days and my money has not been refunded. Corporate was suppose to refund it and it has not. No email. no apology from either the store who claims they are too busy or from corporate. As a person who shops at BBB since it opened I will no longer be shopping there. If you ever have a problem they will not give you your money back. Horrible customer service experience.

The customer service was was amazing!! my only grudge is the limited candle selection; although, there were many candles, they were all the same but with different wrapping paper. that’s the only reason i only rated four stars. otherwise, everything was great!

I was in the other day, I left empty handed, I was planning on buying quite a bit. The manager of the store, out in the open, got after an employee for having too many of the same things out on display. I felt horrible for that girl. Maybe learn how to speak to your employees in a respectful manner and not in front of customers. I had a basket full of stuff too.

I don’t write reviews often but I felt the need to today. To start off, I live near Lenox mall so I easily have access to about 3 bath and body works stores before I would drive 40 minutes to this location. I come here specifically for candles as they always have the new preview collections the other stores don’t always have right away. Every time I come here the associates/managers are very friendly. I am a self sufficient shopper as I have worked retail for many years, so I prefer to shop quietly alone (I.e. no assistance from employees). Becca is the main person I remember most of the time because she is the most energetic and present on the floor. Coming from a long time retail manager, I can appreciate her enthusiasm and floor presence, however I will say sometimes people prefer a bit more space when shopping (they may be introverted like myself). Overall, I do appreciate they are overly helpful as opposed to not helpful at all like a lot of stores in today’s age. Otherwise, great store and staff.

There was no one at the counter we are waiting patiently for someone to come and assist us as we were going to pay for soaps and lotions.... all of a sudden all these teens run up to the counter and a white thin lady with short black hair just starts to assist them and we told her after that we were waiting in line and she just told us to go to the other side and assisted everyone else.. totally didnt care about the fact that we waited for a while.... we left the products that we wanted to buy and will not be returning if thats the type of customer service we are going to be receiving here.
