Their customer service and workmanship are superior. Id previously had experiences at national chains where I felt pressured and overcharged. 2 Brothers Auto gave me a great understanding of the overall health of my vehicle and provided me with the information I needed to determine that even though my care is old, she still has at least another 100,000 miles in her! I highly recommend this business.

Another auto shop said the car was dead no way to repair it. 2 Brothers identified an ignition coil wire, two of them, fixed it and its running fine. 2 Brothers saved the day

He found out I was struggling to purchase 2 tires for my vehicle, one with the wire showing, and he stepped up along with his best friend Rudy, and Rudys sister in law Clara and replaced my tires! I usually give a place a few chances, and I did here too. Unfortunately there has been a clear pattern of poor workmanship, overcharging and fees.You might as well go to the dealer$hip rather than here. Do yourself a favor. Go elsewhere.The owner tries to defend themselves with technical data in review responses, which is ok, except there is a bit of a pattern there. Ive personally experienced this pattern and had paid him to do everything he wanted to, so I now believe the reviewers rather than the owner.He was yelling at me because he repeatedly failed to fix the issue and I was trying to get him to honor his work. He has no honor. He says he does and he says he warrants his work, but when he insists on more money for labor when he failed to fix the issues repeatedly before, there is no honor in that!Edit: I did review the correct shop at 1320 Union Hill Rd, Alpharetta, GA.

I was very impressed with the service that I received. They were very efficient & had fair prices. This is a great shop I had my suburban in for a radiator replacement they got it done in a few hours and took care of a few other items very professional and honest company, would recommend using these guys!!!

It is difficult to find a trustworthy mechanic. Will has serviced my car for over 3 years. I have never had an issue with any of his work. He is fair, and is happy to explain each repair in great detail. I feel like family when I walk into his shop.The first time I met Will I came in with a car that turned out to have a blown engine. He diagnosed the issue, and did what he could to help me get the car home. He didn’t charge me a dime. He gained a customer that day.Thank you Will!

Great, very fast service. They replaced a fuel Purge valve on my truck, I called around 10am, they had the part around 3, and it took about 30 minutes to install. They also offer a warranty on all work done.The foreman was very knowledgeable and even suggested a fix for a known problem with my car.I would definitely recommend getting your car serviced here. Ive already sent a couple other people there!

Paid a premium to have my differential replaced. I ended up taking it back several times for noise issues, and they stated the noise is completely normal. After coming back multiple times, they informed me that they would send it to a drivetrain shop who is better able (If I had known they werent properly qualified, I wouldnt have taken the car here).Fast forward about 12k miles, almost exactly as the warranty ran out, I find out my diff needs to be rebuilt because they had installed it improperly (the rear gears would have been a complete loss if I hadnt had suspicions about the rear end and stopped driving it when I did). Of course, they refuse to compensate me, so now Im paying $1500 to have their incompetence rectified, after throwing cash at them to have the job done in the first place. Pitiful.

I just got off the phone with one of the gentleman that work their forgot to get their name but my call was about a pre purchase inspection for a vehicle and he took the time to explain some important things when buying a used vehicle i really appreciate the time he took out of his schedule to talk with me and not rushing me off the phone that was so KIND of him ! I had a horrible experience. They sold me repairs I did not need and neglected to fix my issue. My check engine light (which was the reason I originally brought the car in) came back on 30 miles after the supposed repair and I was informed I would be charged $100 for them to re-inspect. Went down the street to Davant automotive who fixed the issue for a fair price. Place is an absolute joke. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! One star is being generous.

The whole team at 2 Brothers Auto Care is brilliant. They always give it to you straight telling you what’s wrong with your car, how serious, if it can wait a while before spending money on a fix, and even providing multiple options for you. I live an hour away from the shop and still bring my car up there for even the smallest maintenance. Mechanics like these guys are so very difficult to come by.

Great Shop. A1 Service! I took my car there for a problem with the CV/Axle Ball Joint problem. A couple months later they got the same part replaced for free from the part warehouse because they went bad again! They did a great job and work really hard to ensure customer satisfaction! A++++

Had a tire with a hole and they said it looks like these are new tires and are probably still under warranty and would recommend taking it to them. The also filled up our spare and offered us water for free. I will take my car to them from now on.

Ive never met a man that cared and knew more about all types of vehicles than William does. He values his relationships with his customers and the health of your vehicle FAR more than trying to make that extra off you.My 2008 Kia Spectra was almost toast when I brought it in. Always where I take our cars when they need service. William is honest, and will explain what is going on throughout the process. Always hard to find somebody to trust to handle your vehicles. This is your place to trust.

I took my car there for heat issues. From $250 I ended paying $ 805. I picked up my car and I noticed it was smoking. I found out that the coolant was linking completely. I called to report the issue and was told to bring my car back. To my surprise, they want me to pay an additional $550 to replace a supposedly broken radiator. When I took my car to this shop, my car did not have a link or a damaged radiator. If my car had had a link they could have diagnosed among othes think that they recommended before they started working on it. My car started smoking right after it came out from this shop.

William and his crew has worked on my car since I been living in the Sandy Springs/Alpharetta area and thats been a little over a year now and honestly they have been great. My vehicle is a 2005 Chevy Impala with over 200,000 miles and everytime I get it back out the shop it feels like a brand new ride. All parts and service are covered under warranty. I have no problem with putting my vehicle on a 200-300 mile trip because of these guys.
